Horrible customer service. Spoke to them on a truck. They didn't use my financing but said they'd do the sale through one of their partners dealers that do use them. I'm coming from 1000 miles away. Offered to make a deposit to hold or what ever they needed. They assured me the truck would still be there. Har family member take off work to watch kids. Had co signer take off work to travel. Bought plane tickets. Had everything planned to fly down on Monday. Messaged on Friday to verify it all and have my pre approval sent to them. I was told the truck was sold on Thursday. No text. No call. Didn't hold it like I was assured. So now multiple people missing work for nothing and money wasted on plane tickets. Very unprofessional.

I can t say enough good things about the Saia Auto team! They helped us on numerous transactions and every one has been smooth and seamless. Hands down the best in town!

Really good price on my Acura TL AWD. Blake, Lee, Warren and Becky were all very helpful and easy to work with. They even delivered the car without any additional charges two hours away. No hidden fees and red tape. Well worth my search and waiting to find these guys.

I would like to thank Blake for his help on getting me into my new 4runner. He wasn't pushy understood even after I told him I wanted to do some research on this 4x4 system and look at other vehicle's elsewhere. I decided on the one he had on his lot and had a time sensitive deal, I was only going to be in town for 1 day to get vehicle and head back out to work. He went above and beyong to get it ready and did more than was expected. I will be buying there again and recommend giving these guys a shot. Thanks Blake for A SWEET RIDE!!

I bought a 2015 z71 from here. Blake is awesome. Everyone is super friendly and the process is seemless these guys have great customer service and care. Would definitely recommend.

Saia Auto Consultants is the best place in the Greater Baton Rouge area to purchase used cars. The selection is great, and if they don't have it they will find it. Their service is second to none. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else. Great family business!

Can't say enough good things about this place. Blake and his staff went above and beyond to put me in the vehicle I wanted. Blake worked tirelessly to make this deal work.
