Cooperate online-Bought a set of rims out right. $1700 only to be told that the wheel wasn't available for full set purchase. Ok I can live with that. After choosing a different set they asked me to senda picture of my license and my ole ladies license to verify so I did. Then I got told I had to send them a piece of mail to verify my address but for what? Now I'm asking for a refund and I'm getting no reply back. They took my money within a minute so they are quick to take your money but then you have to jump through hoops to get what you want or your money back!!!

Is there 10 stars on here cause i need too give them 10 stars. I live in hattiesburg mississippi i came all the way here from hattiesburg mississippi to get my wheels. Reason i chosen this place was cause One Mrs. Elisha has really been very helpful towards me andnunderstood my sitution. She never gave up on me till i was 100% satisfied and got the the exact rim size i was wanting that no one claimed they couldnt get in hattiesburg ms. Mrs. Elisha also let me make payments on the rims while i was on the road till i got them paid off too install them on my car. I will be back cause they REALLY DO HOLD THERE PROMISE TOWARDS THERE COUSTMERS!!!

Never ever go here. Ghetto and very unprofessional and you will pay 3x as much for cheap tires. They are extremely rude if you do financing they will call every member of your family and harass them asking about you. I will never ever go there again or recommend anybody ever go there. Just left there and noticed they are charging me $1350 for a used set of tires that have been curbed. The tires on my Lexus ride like mud tires. never never go there. I'm giving these tires back

I called them before they opened and they answered the phone with a great attitude and answered all my questions politely. When I came in there was a family atmosphere and it was funny. Great experience!

Gave excellent and quick service. The lady clerk at the register was also very nice and efficient. Gentlemen in the back gave their advice on which tires should I purchase and I was more than happy when I left. Definitely shop here instead of RNR down the street.

I entered the store, the specialist were very helpful indeed and had great customer service. Very passionate and very nice and took very great care of me. They are very nice hardworking and caring professionals. Elisha Richard and Christopher Cooper are the best in the world and business.

Went here today to get myself a early birthday gift and when I say from the manager Elisha who was a sweet knowledgeable young lady to Jamaal the salesman and Chris the mechanic were alllllll helpful!!!! They allowed me to go back and forth looking at rims bringing them out and sitting them next to my truck and giving advice on what would save me money and last longer. I was there almost all day but they remained professional polite and patient until I made a decision. Give all of them a raise and you guys kept up the good work. Go here they are real good people

I've spoken to people on the phone here 3 times now and received nothing but attitude for the employees, the second time on the phone I still had a few questions and the lady responded, "I don't have time for this" and then hung up on me. By far the worst customer service I have ever received for a "professional" shop.

Absolutely wonderful service! Couldn't be more pleased with the 90 day same as cash option I mean who can beat it?! Great selection of tires and rims easy payment plans as well. Under new management and the quality of business reflects! Don't believe me give em a shot! Will definitely be using in the future!

They were nice and had the absolute best customer service. Wide variety of rims and tires. Installed on sight and the guy knew his vehicles from trucks to cars what kind of tires and rims would look good on your ride. They even give you a care package for your rims and tires

Excellent staff. They do whatever they can to make you happy and satisfied with your ride. Kerri, Roddric, Chris and myself knew nothing about putting rims on a dually. That day changed that forever. We are all well versed in dually's now and what it takes to get it right. My truck looks like I took to one of those overpriced 4�4 specialist places. I got the same quality rims and look at less than half the price.

I ve always been apprehensive about RIMS. In my mind I ve always thought having rims were somewhat ghetto. However, when I walked in Rent-A-Wheel, the female associate was so welcoming and knowledgeable of the stores inventory. I think her name is Sharelle. She assisted me with every aspect of my purchase. The General Manager was friendly and taught me things I were oblivious to, prio to my purchase. Even the mechanic on duty was overly friendly and eager to make this experience monumental. I recommend anyone, who s considering purchasing RIMS, to visit this establishment.

Horrible services/ UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They bait you in good and then every thing changes once those wheels are on your car.Everytime I called to pay on my balance they say we will give you a call back nobody never call back & then they get to calling your job like you not just isn t paying your balance. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD. They only get good reviews because they ask ppl to do them to get $25 off of a bill. DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE. ALL OF THOSE GOOD REVIEW COME FROM PPL TRYING TO GET $25 OFF THE FIRST PAYMENT!!!

PLZ READ ENTIRE REVIEW. So I m going to start this review by saying I posted a review about this company a little over a month ago and my review wasn t great should I say. BUT I FEEL LIKE I SHOULD CHANGE MY PERSPECTIVE ABOUT THIS COMPANY.The owner contacted me about my situation and wanted to look into what happened and some how make it right.WELL IM HERE TO SAY THIS: This company went far and beyond making my situation more than right. They were very understanding about my situation and what happened. NOT ONLY DID I GET MY RIMS BACK BUT I GOT THEM BACK WITH BRAND NEW TIRES. I DONT KNOW OF ANY OTHER COMPANY THAT WOULD HAVE DONE WHAT THEY DID TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. I WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE MY BUSINESS TO RENT A WHEEL AND I WILL PASS MY EXPERIENCE ON TO OTHER PEOPLE AND RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHER PEOPLE. THE STAFF IS GREAT THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION OF RIMS AND TIRES AND FOR GOOD PRICES AS WELL. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND USING RENT A WHEEL IF YOUR LOOKING INTO GETTING A NEW SET OF RIMS AND TIRES!!!!

I really loved the customer service with rentawheel in Baton Rouge/Florida... Ms. Elisha was very helpful and sweet... Chris made sure I get the best of the best tires/rims for my car!!!!! Go there and you will not be disappointed!!!!

Great Customer Service and very detailed on information of on products and guidelines. Patient and relax not pushing on making a decision for you but guiding you to the best decision you re comfortable with. I highly recommended them!

They take too long and will not call u if your order dont go threw. Then they unclean word's when customers are in there place of business. Go to R&R in Baton Rouge to get rims... Much better and faster as well as very business professional unlike Rent-A-Wheel.

Well every time I go there they always take care of me... also they have awesome prices. If they dont have what you want. They will find it for you. Also being that baton rouge roads rough. They will make sure rims and tires stay fresh always

Rent a wheel is the place to go, they will hook you up,and have your vehicle on point. Boss man Elijah is very professional,and will help you in anyway possible. I advise anyone who are interested to stop by,promise you won't regret it. Thank you guys once again, I really appreciate it.
