Was recommended here for brakes. The customer service was great. Got the brakes and they were still screeching like they were before i came. Informed them of the problem and they offer to put higher quality brakes which was supposed to make a difference, it didn t. It s been 2 weeks and nothing has changed. wasted money. stick to where you know.

I called to inquire about my back brakes and rotors replaced. The customer service and promptness as great. I was quoted a price, came in, and was in and out in just over a hour. They were packed when I arrived so the amount of time they took was great in comparison to other shops where you seem to wait for so long!!! If you need any assistance, definitely come here.

Do NOT use this shop!!! They are in the business of making money and are not trustworthy!! Parts were left in my car after the job was done . Was told it was a 2 day repair that ended up being 3 weeks without a vehicle. No communication and when called for updates was given an attitude and was told it wasn t there problem .

Such a great shop! I appreciate the manager being very through and explaining everything. He even gave advice on maintenance of the car. I called the shop to ask about my battery issue and he told me to drive straight there and the manager met me right outside! Felt like family and there was no over charging!!

Awesome customer service here! They called carmax on my behalf multiple times to fight for better coverage through my warranty (cut almost $2.5k down to $200) and kept great communication throughout the process. I'll never go anywhere else!

The manager H.K Truong was very helpful with serving me. Was very detail with what was going on with my car. I highly recommend everyone to bring their vehicle if any issues. And also will have your vehicle ready in a timely manner as he says!!!!

H.K. And his crew had my car fixed in little over and hour which was an hour sooner then estimated. Very friendly and fast service!! Definitely will be back! Fair pricing as well!!!

Precision Auto saved my life. I have an older 2006 BMW series 325i and it's hard to find a decent mechanic for a car that's over 15 years old and it needed serious work done an oil leak new struts a custom center bearing for the drive shaft and even specialized tool just to change the battery on an old German engineered car. After just 3 hours they took care everything and it's running like brand new and for a reasonable price. I recently had my car fixed at this shop for the second time, at first I just needed a transmission and now I got my brakes fixed.. during my time with them, I experienced efficient and amazing customer service. They are super nice and helpful and save a lot of time. I have never had a bad experience with them and they always manage to get the job done perfectly. I will always 100% recommend them!

HK and his team at Precision Tune BR did a fantastic job on my Chevrolet Tahoe. They were able to acquire and replace needed parts for my vehicle that Allstar Chevrolet have been trying to get in for weeks now. I will not be bringing my vehicle to the Allstar service department anymore.HK and his folks at Precision Tune BR have my business now and moving forward! Thank you for getting me back up and running, all done within the same day! I highly recommend this mechanic shop for all your vehicle needs.

Wow! I had several serious problems wrong with my 2005 Lexus RX 330. The power steering hose, rear strut, and rear cv joint was busted. HK was great at communicating to me what I needed to have fixed immediately for my safety and gave me a price that I could work with. Was fixed in 2 days. No shadiness here, I trusted them with my car and my money for the first time and don t regret it.

It's 2024 and service is still excellent. Tremendous work ethic. They are willing to take the time to explain the interior process. Asisstant ryan is an angel and Manger Hong Kong is amazing still!!!! I love this place i plan on coming back always

Very quick and straightforward.They took my vehicle in right away, and Hong Kong (manager) was very informative and polite. They did an A/C repair previously and did it fast, quality work, and inexpensively. This time, I needed a transmission flush due to a transmission shutter problem, only 243k miles! Lol. Did an excellent job once again! In & out in an hour. They have my buisness from now on.
