went in with alternator issue. called them on Sunday they actually answered the phone, went over my issues and set me up for Monday morning. Got in and in 2 shakes of a rats tail was out the door. Mr. Marshall and the other gentleman knows their stuff!!! These are very honest people, they went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciated that, my alternator was on my refer trailer and it was loaded!!! Before the temp could drop to a critical zone the alternator was done and back.on the trailer running like a new one!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOPService: Electrical

Marshall at P&R electric lived up to all the reviews and then some. Had an oddball high amp alternator that went out on a long road trip that left us stranded. He was unable to repair what we had, but made a custom high amp alternator to fit my application and get us back on the road and in 3 hours! Who does that? Real craftsmen, working an art form that you see less and less of these days. They were super busy, but worked us in and we are grateful. Very reasonable pricing. WARNING!!...DO NOT GO HERE!...I went to inquire about a parasitic drain on my battery on my 1972 Impala and Mr Marshall was very rude and unprofessional!...although he was being fairly nice to the white customer he was helping....told me he didn't basically have time for it and that I spent all my money cause all my parts were new and warrantied!.....My impression after visiting was that he is very racist and not interested in helping black people.....if you're black please take your business elsewhere!

After wasting 3 hours going to auto parts stores I finally called this place..They had an alternator in stock that fit my Cummins deisel like the OEM part. Small local shop with a couple of guys who really know what they're doing.

Will rebuild a starter or alternator better than what you can buy a new Chinese one for !!! Excellent service !! Rebuilt my alternator while I waited for about 20 mins !!!
