I was recently hired at oreilys on plank and they had a manager name ms.mona I don t know how you spell it short dark skin lady been there for years (supervisor ) I I spoke to another person that previously work there and left because of the way they treat others she curses you out and humiliate you in front of customers she told me I should leave and not come back it s highly unprofessional they don t teach anything I was left at the counter alone countless of times without no register number or no one to help all she did was degrade me but nobody fixed the situation and she s still there and will constantly bully everyone there

Worst one of them all. So I call them one of Florida check my warranty for my starter guy say your under warranty just bring it in. Go to the one on plank man checks in the computer several times and tell me I do not have a warranty. I say I called and checked already. There is no warranty here sir. I I travel 30 mins out my way to the one on Florida place my starter on the counter he checks my warranty and gives me a brand new starter. Y all need new employees at the orielys on plank please!!!!!

Went there to buy 3 lugs. Bought them from the guy (in the wheel chair). I went to a mechanic to get them replaced. When he finally got the studs & lugs off, he asked me where the nuts were. Of course I didn't know wehat he was talking about. He called the guy at O'Reilly's & this guy had the nerve to tell him that he told me about the nuts. He lied to the mechanic. THEN when the mechanic, HERMAN CLARK, called him to see what was taking so long to deliver the nuts, he said he didn't have a driver. So, the man who sent me the HERMAN CLARK AUTO REPAIR went to get the part. I JUST left there 7 minutes ago. Shame on the guy at O'Reilly's.

Love O Reilly Auto Parts they are very helpful, on what part you need for your vehicle. They take their time to help put the part on for you. Thks O Reilly on Plank Road
