This was by far my best experience at a mechanic shop. When entering the facility the cashier greeted me with a smile and great customer service. The waiting area was very clean and inviting. The manager and mechanics were very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns that I had. The service completed on my vehicle was beyond my expectations. I've had bad experiences with other companies returning my vehicle to me filthy with dirt and oil inside. This facility returned my vehicle to me the same way it arrived, very clean!!!! I will most definitely recommend all my family and friends to this location. You all have gained a returning customer, keep up the GREAT WORK!!!! Thank you manager Frank and Staff!!!!!

Tara was a wonderful help. I was fortunate enough to live close to this location so I did not have to make an appointment. She got my vehicle in quickly and offered many options at an affordable price.

Frank was fantastic. He was able to patch my tire, saving me a ton of money when most places are just looking to make a buck. He asked how my day was and even updated me via email due to dropping my car off while I went to work. I would definitely use this place again.

My car stopped out of nowhere on the way home and Frank and Bryan really took care of me. They were able to easily deduce the problem and get me a new battery, and I was back on the road within the hour. Top notch customer service and they were extremely kind and hospitable. So grateful they were open so early at 8am! Thanks guys.

Frank and his crew were amazing! They got me in with less than 2 hours left in the business day. They communicated the service well, and Frank offered to stay late in order for me to be able to pick up my car the same day. They changed 3 tires, alignment, and an oil change fast and efficient.

I had a great experience. Brian helped me over the phone and then when I came in for services, they took care of me. The oil change and wiper blades were all under $100 and that was very affordable for me. Thanks again.

Mr. Frank the manager and his staff, Bryant and Tara were awesome. They treated me like family. Mr. Frank showed me what and why I needed additional service to my car. Honesty and Integrity. This is the place to get your car services.

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance.� Brian, the Asst. Mgr. who has been there for only a couple of months now showed me the total which was very reasonable.� I told him when I booked my appointment I thought it said the tire balance was free like the tire rotation but he said no. He double checked to be sure and it wasn't free so he gave me a discount on the tire balance.� He was very nice and friendly. I will definitely be back. I will review how my oil change, etc. was once completed.

I have gone to this location on two occasion for an alignment on my Expedition. Neither time it has been completed correctly. After hitting a bump the steering wheel angle would move between 20 and 45 degrees. When turning I noticed the entire vehicle would abruptly shift to either direction. I climbed under the vehicle to notice that the control arms have been moving left and right. The head of the LCA bolt and nuts have been moving. This is clear from the scoring on the metal leaving a satin scuffed finish and the marking being in a left to right direction. This is unacceptable and extremely dangerous.Update:I want to give a shout-out to Daniel the Regional Manager for coming through to assist on this issue. After bringing back my vehicle a 3rd time he stepped in and personally came to pickup my Expedition. He brought it into the shop and they worked on it once again finally got the alignment spot on and my vehicle driving better. 4/5 stars only because of the initial headaches but glad for the above and beyond help I was provided.

Went in today wanting one tire. Frank helped me out big time!! Not only did I NEED two tires but he help me save money getting them! If you're going anywhere else to get tires or service your vehicle, you are seriously doing something wrong. Go see Frank and the guys over at NTB on essen lane right now!

Great service overall ! Hands down, best experience. Came in on short notice for an oil change. I was in and out, they were very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease, The service was so professional. I definitely be back for my regular maintenance needs.

I called the location on Cousey Blvd earlier that day because it is near my home. The manager on duty basically but my problem into the hands of the manufacturer, so I had to call them and his knowledge was only 30% factual. Time is money for all of us. I then gave the same call to the Essen lane location after getting my facts together from the manufacturer and the manager who I dealt with before did the proper thing, please come in and have us check your situation and then we can make a decision. Now that is how it s done. I been in customer service for a while and one thing I have learn is to know your facts. Only inconvenience was to go out of my way but the results was worth it. I went into NTB to purchase new tires and get a wheel alignment. Billy, the customer service representative was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped to educate me on my options, and he helped me to notice all the available discounts on certain tires.I appreciate his help and thoughtfulness on helping me make the right purchase for my vehicle. I am a happy customer.

I recommend the Essen lane location over the Coursey blvd location any day. Visited the Coursey blvd after work today. Needed my tires rotated. Was surprised and glad to see the work bays completely empty, so I completed the necessary paperwork and the manager took the paperwork to the mechanic or so I thought. I walked out my vehicle and came right back to hand the keys to the mechanic and their wasn't one. So, I went back inside and asked the manager where the mechanic went and he replied "he walked to the Dollar Tree next to the Home Depot" I said seriously and told him I didnt have time to wait around, so I decided to go to the NTB location on Essen and had the best experience and would recommendthis location on any other. The manager was polite and had my tires rotated in minutes, surprisingly he even apologized for the other manager at the Coursey blvd location.I will be back!

I brought my car here for a second opinion for rotors and brakes. The customer service was amazing. Ryan and Billy were very patient, understanding and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was also brought to the back and was shown and educated about the car parts in questions before any repairs were attempted. They were very honest, knowledgeable and very professional. The prices are very affordable and I didn't feel like I was being ripped off unlike the experiences I have had at other places. If you are looking for exceptional service, honesty, profesionalism and awesome customer sevice then I highly recommend NTB for any of your mechanical needs.

Ntb saved the day. They squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon when I had a flat down the road. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and fast. It was also much cheaper than I expected. Highly recommend

When I came in for a service Billy and Ryan treated me and took care of me with the up most respect and my mechanic Montreal pointed out and look over my vehicle multiple times ensuring my car was good. Good crew of good workers!

Went in for an alignment and was helped by Ryan who showed me that it was actually a different issue and was an incredible help getting me back on the road. Very knowledgeable and personable. Next time I need something I ll be going back for sure.
