Got them to put two extra stake poket tie downs on my trailer and wield the expanded metal on my ramp so it is better secured. They had me in and out in a few hours. Trailer looked like it was done from the factory when they got finished. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to help me out. I definitely will be doing more business with them!

Advertised that they close at 4:30pm but in reality they close at 4:00pm. Was told if I didn't make by 4:00pm the gates would be closed and locked.

Best service in town. Employees are more than helpful. Work performed was done perfectly. Pricing is fair. They not only service your trailer, but also have any and all parts you may need. Highly recommend.Every other trailer shop I had called tried to overcharge me (cuz I'm female), but this place was the only one who didn't treat me like an idiot or try to take advantage of me.I will definitely make this place my #1 choice for any work needed in the future.

I could not have asked for better service. Not only were their prices the best, but the quality of the trailers and the customer service cannot be beat. Doug is a caring and honest man and goes the extra mile. If you re not going here for your trailer needs, you are missing out and probably paying too much. I couldn t say nicer things about these guys. Their integrity is refreshing in this day and age of businesses.

Losing an axle while pulling a 22 bay boat was not something I was ready for, it was Sunday evening and I wasn t getting anywhere on one axle. I spent the night in Gonzales and googled some places to contact the following morning, Mr. Will answered the call and immediately made me feel like I had just called a childhood best friend. He exhibited compassion and concern for my situation. I knew exactly what the repairs were going to cost upfront and he had completely rebuilt my trailer in hours. You just don t see this kind of service anymore... I couldn t be any happier with my experience and would highly recommend

Great service! The parts guy really really helped us out today! We were passing through on our way to FL for spring break and luckily our daughter HAD to pee. Being a special kind of OCD, I proceeded to do a walk around our fifth wheel trailer and noticed the leaf spring was broken. Talk about a downer on vacation, but luckily Mike Gerald s Trailer Depot had exactly what we needed and even a spare. Thanks again!

I originally bought my utility trailer from them. I was having trouble with the lights and took it to the Florida Blvd. location on Saturday and they called today and it was fixed. Great service. I recommend Mike Gerald's Trailer Depot to anyone looking for a new trailer.

I received great customer service and the prices were good as well. They build their trailers on site unlike others that ship them in. I definitely recommend them for your trailer needs.

Went in to have gooseball installed. Everything looks good so far have not hooked up to anything, yet. Other than that and not recieving a call saying my truck was ready, I would have given 5 stars.

Even though the website and sign says open on Saturdays dont take off of work to go get a trailer bc they will be closed
