The best damn car service I have ever received since living in Baton Rouge. The pricing is very reasonable, but the quality of work and professionalism is GREAT. Got my radiator, coolant thermostat, and thermostat housing changed out for $2,200 (2,400 after taxes). It was done the same day, a complimentary discount was applied, and Bernie texted me the 2 days later to check on the car wow great great great. Also, I had missed an appointment after oversleeping and Bernie treated me with great care the next appointment I made. Understanding professional..kind this is my new car shop!

The staff member I dealt with was Bernie. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me well informed as to what needed to be repaired. He also made a follow up call after I picked up my vehicle just to make sure everything was running okay. I was really impressed with that level of customer service. They are a bit pricey but I highly recommend them.

Richard and his grew were very professional, and courteous. Was up front about the total cost of the repair, and there were no surprises or hidden costs. The repair was completed in the time promised. It took longer to wait on parts, than the labor! I would highly recommend this Meineke, if you need repairs while in Baton Rouge!

The people at Meineke were great! I took my car in and told them the issues. They told me what they thought it was, and were then able to look at it and get it fixed the same day! They were very friendly and helpful! They checked other possibilities for the problem as well to make sure my car was good to go before they got it back to me.

Amazing experience. Great customer service and quality work! Mr. Bernie made sure that my 5 hour repair was handled in about 2 hours ! As an out of state college student my vehicle is my only means of transportation, and he called and communicated with my father each step of the way to ensure that my car would be taken care of!

Great staff and service. My transmission broke in my 2017 Cadillac ATS & Mr. Bernie & Mr. Esaw worked diligently to repair the issue. They had excellent communication during the diagnostic & informed me each issue they found to keep me in the loop without hassle. 10/10 customer service and I definitely will be working with them again.Side note: Also for those who don't know towing is free for meineke for the first 10 miles. I didn't know that myself so hopefully it helps someone else

My daughter and I were 7 hours from home when my car began overheating. We were a little nervous being in an unfamiliar area. Meineke was able to fix our vehicle within a few hours. I received professional advice and timely updates. Dylan also reached out to follow up on their work. Their customer service went above and beyond, and thanks to Meineke - our car is running great and we made it home safely.

Friday afternoon, front wheel bearing went out on I10 Baton Rouge, traveling to Texas. We limped off & calledMeineke. Bernie had Johnny diagnose the damage within the hour. Our Yukon was back to us in 24 hours.Johnny went over and above to get us back on the road safely! Bernie called next day to confirm we made it safely to Texas! We can t say enough about the care & service we received!!!

Had a valve cover gasket leak. They repaired. Two months later it started leaking again. Returned to Meineke and they repaired the leak under warranty. Bernie (the manager) is a great guy and a pleasure to do business with.

went for an exhaust issue, costumer service 10/10 so nice and helpful. it was mr.bernies first day and he did great! mr.Esau was the mechanic that worked on my car, he was very nice, showed me what was broken and explained how he was going to repair told me come back the next morning and i did they got me in and out within 2hours. def recommend.

I got a real good price on a complete suspension overhaul for '02 Ford Taurus, front and rear, and they did it all in one day as they promised. The place is clean&comfortable & the manager, Bart, is good company, full of funny stories, and is able to help those who are non-mechanical clearly understand the vehicle's problem and if those problems are multiple, will compile an informal list according to the gravity of the problems at hand, with safety issues and those problems that will cost a lot more to repair later if not repaired now, at the top of the list---and that is a big, big help when trying to budget surprise car repairs. I have no reason to go anywhere else than to Bart's Meineke on College Drive when it comes to car repairs.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Greedy. Some guy said I'll charge $90 to put your car on the rack. Only on the rack. I understand it would cost something but $90. This guy wasn't even polite. I'll tell everyone I know to stay away from the place. If you can't be polite , you shouldn't be in customer service. And I'm sure he knows who I am. 06 Camry. Remember me ???

If you are going to go to Meineke in Baton Rouge go to the Coursey location (store number 2262) not this one!!!I went in on 10/25/23 because it was the closest location to me at the moment for a simple oil change and ended up getting more than that done as was recommended to me to avoid future problems but that wasn t the problem. The problem arose when I drove home and was driving to work the next morning and my car smelled like straight oil. I have a child, I can t drive around with my car smelling like oil. I stopped my car and looked underneath to find that oil was leaking out of my car. I immediately called the Coursey location, which is normally my go to, to get a second set of eyes on my vehicle. They found that the mechanics at the College location failed to properly put on my oil cap after doing my oil change causing oil to leak out and spill all over. This was funny considering the extra work they had me pay to get done on the car was to avoid oil spilling out on to other parts of the car. So on top of the college location having my car for like 4 hours yesterday, which I took off for, my car still had to be taken in today, 10/26/23. Shoutout to the guys at Coursey for being understanding and helping fix the issue that College Dr Meineke created.

I went in wanted my condenser fixed. They said I d was the accumulator and fixed it for $500 and a 5 hour wait. The problem was not fixed. I brought it back the next day and they told me that the exact thing that I brought it in for originally plus a couple other items totaling about $2000. This is really a scam. Like they couldn t see what was wrong the first time around. This is just terrible customer care and service.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto A/C replacement

The added ac to my 2012 ml 350 mercades in 30 min. I'm very impressed even if it was after 1 they got to my car. Bart was a great service advisor. Tech was nice too! Better price vs dealership
