This was my first time visiting Meineke on coursey. Adam was amazing! Very knowledgeable, professional and explained everything to me. I left with no questions. I would also like to Thank Raymond who encouraged me to try them because they are confident in what they do. I will be back. Awesome! Awesome!

I felt scammed. I was told by the technician that called me that the cost of my repair was right at 5k I said that to go ahead and do it. I asked him what the turn around time for that was he said he would call me back. I was pleasantly surprised when I was called back 2 days later to tell me my vehicle was done. I went to pick it up and as I was about to swipe the card I saw the reader said $9k I was shocked when asked for an explanation I was told the parts costed $5k not the parts and labor I argued a bit but at that point I just paid I need my work truck. Funny enough a customer was behind me and went through the same thing they told him what the price would be then then told him the price was just for the parts not the labor. Who tf tells a customer the parts cost when asked how much will it be to fix their vehicle. Get a quote in writhing before going here or just don t go here.

This is probably the best shop I've been to, not only are they great with my SUV they go above and beyond to make sure you're safe to drive on the road! The guys here are so so nice and they all do amazing work! They get you in and out pretty quickly! I will not take my SUV anywhere else!

Was very pleased with my first visit, my Jeep drives like it did when I first got it. The alignment was done on time and very professionally. Adam the Manager for this location was courteous, friendly and knowledgable and also offered me a military discount. I will go back!

My husband always takes his dodge ram 1500 here for repairs. He loves this place. They always get him in and do his repairs and maintenance in a timely manner and even when he has a last minute problem they are nice and fit him in to get his truck repaired. They are very knowledgeable here. Always a pleasant experience

Manager Adam and Daniel (veteran mechanic) always go above and beyond to service my vehicles. They do a great job but even when an issue persists, they FO an impressive job in correcting it.

Adam has the greatest personality for an assistant manager. First impressions are the best. Matt Bower Jeep wanted me to get wheels aligned on 11/27/23. That was unacceptable for me. I still can't get in until 11/21/23 for an engine light check. So thank you Adam for being there when I needed you.Service: TiresService: Tires

The guys went above and beyond on a holiday weekend to find the right parts and the finished work was well done and adjusted correctly more than just installing parts for minimal performance like most places.

When calling ask for Adam... he has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE I have seen from a young man in the mechanic business in this area in a very long time!!!Great experience as always! It's my 2nd time having to go here once before inflation of prices & just recently! Excellent service both times! My truck was towed on property before 12pm by their roadside assistance program, a major issue repaired that could've damaged computer, & was ready right after 3pm! Excited is a understatement! Price was way cheaper than what dealership would've charged not to mention they are extremely respectful of your time! It has been almost 2 weeks and no problems. I would highly recommend!!!
