Our experience has been poor we are learning now the vehicle should have been totaled. Over $9k submitted and paid for in repairs through the insurance company, only to then find frame damage. Which Keith s then repaired .which put total repairs close to $12k on a 9 year old Tahoe. And we now have a Tahoe we will never get fair value on due to frame damage. Said Tahoe is now at the dealership for mechanical repairs from the accident. These things should have been caught before I ve been driving it with my children. Severe loss in vacuum pump for break system upper and lower control arms need replacing. It s been an absolute mess. Won t be recommending them. Between this body shop and Geico both have failed us.

Our daughter was hit in the rear by a driver in baton rouge without insurance. Being her parents we live in Ohio and Cody entrusted us to pay the cost of repairs and he took the payment over the phone which in this day and time that's honorable. Thanks Cody. Gave me a ridiculous estimate of $6,000 to $8,000 to fix a minor dent to the side of the back bumper. I been doing this too much to know better. He was only concern with me using my insurance. My car is fully insured or should I say all of the several vehicles I own are fully insured. After this, I wouldn t dare give this company the time of the day nor would I recommend them to anyone else. Plus, I can tell race was a factor; it was all in the atmosphere!! Therefore, continue that foolishness!!

I had the most awesome blessing today. My passenger door lock was broken??? Would not open. The owner Keith fixed my lock, washed my pollen infested car and straightened a dent on the door. After picking me up, fixing my car and bringing it back to me... my total bill was $0.00. Keith is the nicest man ever. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Thx for my blessing and your generosity. The lock was not broken as suspected. Cable was disconnected so no part was used to fix

Have used Keith's before and recently was hit again. Cody has been great with answering questions. I was hit last year and they did a fantastic job so I chose to use them again. Highly recommended

I want to say the manager (which I believe his name is Adam) is simply amazing!!! I had gotten in a small accident where I needed a mirror cover painted. They were so professional. Not only did they fix my car back to looking normal. But he also took the time to snap the piece back on my car! He went above and beyond!!! My dad has also used this place for his trucks and we love them!!

If I could give NO Stars I would. I understand that the Body Shop flooded but that is NO REASON to REFUSE to speak to your customers Insurance Companies. The first story was wanting payment for repairs (none made by the way) Now the story is waiting for YOUR ADJUSTER! Our Vehicles are not being paid for by YOUR INS so you need to answer the PHONE and call peoples Insurance Companies and STOP acting like a spoiled child and release PEOPLES vehicles! You were not the only person Affected by the Flood! And you are making the claims process extremely difficult for all of your customers. At one time this review would have been 5 stars and I recommended EVERYONE i knew to you. IF YOU REOPEN I will not recommend you to ANYONE! CALL PEOPLES INS COs and Stop holding Vehicles HOSTAGE

Clean atmosphere, after I entered their was no one at the desk, however once the young man observed I was in the building, he promptly inquired what I needed and was able to complete my request in a timely manner
