I have a high mileage truck, it still runs good, but I don't want to spend the money for another vehicle since this one is paid off. I took it to Juneau's because everyone I have talked to said this is the best shop in town. Ryan was fantastic, he analyzed all of the issues I had, ran a diagnostic and it is being fixed now. I thought it would take a week, not with these guys, it was way less than what I had thought it would be and it should be finished in one days time ..... they have my business from now on ......

Best auto repair shop around. The earliest appt I could get was for September 29th. I towed my truck in on August 1st and my truck was fixed and running on August 2. Thank you guys, your the best

I absolutely love this repair shop. My friend said, Go see the cute guys at Juneau s. They re country boy mechanics, Brittny. So I did. Obviously. And I m suuuuuper happy I did.They fixed a not-so-every-day problem with my car in less than two hours for an awesome price that even I could afford that day as a walk in with an out of nowhere issue. I like these guys so much that I m calling them early in the morning to see if they could change my alternator real fast so my whole day doesn t descend into chaos with the many tasks that must get accomplished at set times along with a standard full work shift......It ll be all good.

After a small coolant leak finally led to my 2008 Range Rover with 150K miles to overheat, I was forced to park it at my house in Prairieville and find a good mechanic shop nearby to tow it to. After the first highly recommended shop wouldn t work on a Land Rover, they referred me to Paretti Land Rover which also wouldn t work on it because it was over 10 years old. They recommended me to an established foreign auto repair shop in Baton Rouge. One would think this was a good recommendation, but this place absolute ripped me off head-to-toe AND messed up way worse than it was when I put it on the tow truck. After two corrections I finally just paid them way too much just to get it out of their hands before they did even more damage. From that shop, I had to take it to another established foreign repair shop in Baton Rouge where it sat for several weeks because the owner could not simply give me an idea of how much it might* cost Since I work in Central, my dad told me to go talk to Ryan at Juneau s Auto Repair. From a simple conversation, I knew I had found the right mechanic. And although he projected it would take a month before he could repair it and couldn t fully predict the total cost, he finished it WAY early, with Land Rover parts from Paretti, discovered how the first foreign repair shop messed up my intake, gave me the physical proof, and did 4x the work for much more reasonable price than I was charged by the first two shops to make the problem 10x worse. Ryan was a meticulous communicator from start to finish. I have found my new mechanic shop for life!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Have always used and recommended them for car/truck repair. Fair, honest, and quality work. Good people too. Went with them to Texas during hurricane Harvey to donate supplies.

Ryan has always been very honest with us regarding issues that we have had with our vehicle. He is only honest mechanic that I have EVER found. He is very resonable. I would not trust anyone else to work on my vehicles, I have referred all of my friends and family to Ryan!

I had a blow out on Hooper rd. Knowing that I physically could not change my tire. I slowly drove to Juneau's . By the time I pulled in I was in tears knowing I had ruined my rim. The two men took care of me putting my spare on and telling me about my rim. I asked him how much I owed him, he kindly said I am not going to write a ticket for this. I had 2 ten dollar bills in my wallet. I handed him the two tens and said it's been a rough few days. He said no this is too much, I said I appreciate this more than you know. Later I was putting a file folder back in my glove box and my 2 ten dollar bills were right there. Needless to say I cried at the act of kindness I was shown. Two men working the day after Christmas, I was hoping they would use the cash for lunch but instead returned the money to me . Forever grateful.

On Saturday night my Dodge 2500 broke down on me at the pilot fuel station. With no questions asked Mike stopped & offered diagnosis of my troubles 5.9 Cummins and instantly knew exactly what, where, how, and cost. You truly deserve a shout out thank you very much. My car needed a certain filter that they did not have in stock. They had one there in minutes and completed the work in record time. Fast and friendly service. Highly recommend!

I have a 1995 f350 .I was having problems with IT i had a company in vidila louisiana work on it they charges me 1600 and didnt fix nothing. I took it to juneans and they fixed everything for a quarter of the price and havent had any problems since i recommend everyone to go there they are fair on price and honest they want try to screw you like most will THANKS JUNEAUS
