I am very well pleased with the quality & customer service of this Collision Center!They really went above & beyond on my vehicle! They even took over the roll of dealing with my insurance company for supplements.I was not expecting for my car to look as good as it does. The car looks better than when I purchased it. I would definitely recommend that anyone that needs auto body work to go to Jo s!I read the reviews & saw the work while deciding on which collision center to choose. I m more than please with the service & will only use this shop moving forward!Also, they used Genuine Acura Parts for my repair! 10/10! Best shop to use!!!

When I had an accident about three weeks ago, it was a real hassle getting repair shops who could give us an estimate and fix it within a short time. A lot of time, their phones were not reachable. Some had us wait endlessly to get an estimate. We finally got lucky when we found Jo s Automotive. From the first call, she answered and took her time checking out the car (remotely) and giving us a quote. She gave a reasonable price and we took the car down to her shop. She had the car repaired in a week! And boy was it a well done job! The car looked perfect as if it never had an accident. Her customer service is top notch too. Very grateful to her! I recommend Jo s Automative !!!

My son and I had a wonderful experience at Jo s. The customer service was excellent and attentive, providing regular updates on our vehicle. The shop addressed the rust damage and truck bed of our vehicle in a very timely manner with very competitive estimates for the work. I would highly recommend!!

I love those people , they so amazing and friendly people and being honest and loyal ! I just got my car today and my car so look perfect again and so beautiful again. I love my brand new car come out right from body shop repairs . I love it and their price and affordable deal as well and they do good with me. This was the BEST automotive and body service I ve EVER experienced! My car was wrecked and needed LAST MINUTE repairs done. Almost EVERY Bodyshop in BATON ROUGE was not taking any vehicles at the moment. Also, it was a HEADACHE dealing with my Car Insurance s Auto Adjuster while working and being a mom. The phone calls and Claim Handling started to become overwhelming and I started to stress UNTIL I came across Jo s Automotive & Body Repair!!!! The customer service and quick response was OUTSTANDING!!!! I was also impressed by the constant calls and HONESTY this shop gave me in regards to my CAR!!! VERY HONEST!!! I was told not to worry about anything!!! All of my CAR STRESS was taken away!!! Thanks to JO S AUTOMOTIVE & AUTO REPAIRS.. My car was MAGICALLY repaired!! I am Definitely a Happy Customer!!!! Great experience here! All of my family and friends have had good experiences & great work done by them. They re super affordable and work very fast. I had my front/back bumper repaired and repainted. They were also able to replace my cracked windshield. My car looks brand new. I highly recommend!

BEWARE of This Company they are Frauds ! They ve had my car for 8 months and will not let me see it claiming insurance hazard and if that s the case they could ve gave me a hard hat it s my property! The company claimed the invoice was lost so they could create a new one with a new price because they under bidded on the job only to find out I kept my copy of the original. They Have Not completed my car ! Did not put all the parts on my car as agreed on the invoice and want the balance and added on more fees because I complained to the government on them ! How is that even legal ?? Save yourself the headache and find another company that s ethical and won t try to get over! Dealing with them has opened up a can of worms now I have to hire a lawyer ETC!

When I had my accident and some dummy hit my truck and tore it up, I was so upset I couldn't breathe. Every collison center in baton rouge couldnt take the car right away or they wanted to charge high prices including the hyundai dealership. My sister recommended Jo"s auto shop , took my car there and they had the best of the best service anyone can ask for. Family own shop, lovely people always calling and checking on u, when I tell you they care, they care, my 2013 hyundai elantra looks like it just came off the assembly line thanks to Jo's automotive repair shop. Im telling yall they are the best of the best... Thank yall Jo's automotive repair shop for fixing my car anytime I get in trouble with my car I always know who i am coming to !!! Carol, and the team at Jo's Automotive, did a PHENOMENAL job on my SUV. They paid attention to every single detail and then touched up on some areas around the job they were supposed to do as well! They are thorough and no detail goes unnoticed. The paint job that they did was also impeccable! EVERYTHING was great! The professionalism, honesty, and level of customer service Jo s Automotive and Body Repair displayed when repairing my daughter s car speaks volumes. My daughter had an accident two weeks before she was to return to college out of state, and we were in dire need to get her car repaired prior to her departure. I called several local body shops, but none of them were able to accommodate my request. After explaining my situation to Mrs. Carol, she went above and beyond the call of duty to make this happen. She called several dealerships to ensure she was getting the best price possible for the part. After quoting me a price, she continued to look because she felt she could find the part cheaper. Well, she found a lower-priced part and went to the dealership to personally pick it up. She could have ripped me off, but she did not. My daughter s car was repaired before she left and it looks amazing. If you are looking for good quality, honest and professional service with a smile, this is where you should go. I had a wonderful experience with Jo s Automotive! I got into an accident and was told by my insurance company as well as 2 other collision places that it would be until end of April-beginning of June before I could get in for a quote..also the repair time would be 1-2 months..I called Jo s and she got me in the same day for a quote(which was a Friday). I emailed her the quote and info my insurance company had sent and she told me I could drop it off the following Monday. I dropped it off that Tuesday and they had it ready for me in only 2 weeks! My car looks exactly the same as it did before the wreck! I could not be more satisfied with the work as well as the customer service! They also washed my car for me right before I picked it up! I highly recommend this Shop!!! The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. They gave me good, useful information in order to make informed decisions about getting my vehicle repaired. They showed a genuine interest in my well-being. I appreciated that very much since I was inexperienced in dealing with accidents and insurance companies.

Be careful, they will use inferior materials to fix your car. After a year the painting will wash away and will have dot spots
