Brought my sons car for a Christmas gift after hearing a radio advertisement for $139. Tint was applied and once he picked up the car he was told 15% were on all windows as specified but an error was made to one window with 5% and to bring it back to be corrected. Once I got the receipt I was charged $206. I called for clarity regarding the total and was rudely told I couldn't have gotten that from the radio bc they weren't doing that price (So where did i get that info from sir). It was $159 plus $30 for strip over front window (the strip I was advised of) plus tax. I was told I had to specify that price prior to booking the appointment which I did and that if that were the case a text would be sent with the price to confirm which it was not. He was constantly cutting me off and rudely interrupting me while talking saying he didn't have any knowledge of the incident and he would need the receipt and talk to the technician to prove the transaction. Ok cool! Fast forward I called to set the appointment for the corrections and explained I had no reason to lie about the radio ad bc I had never in life heard of this place before. Same man continues to cut me off with all this info regarding their policies that were not true considering my experience and that he was in no way gonna refund me my money but at this point I dont want a refund I just wanted him to know this is bad business all this SASS you're giving as a grown man to a woman with false information is absurd. I let him know prior to the experience I had every intention on bringing my other vehicle for tint. He let me know "If i was an unsatisfied customer they didn't need or want my business "NO PROBLEM Sir!!! At this point just fix the window. The tint was reapplied and another window was fixed because there were several bubbles in it. We're done but NEVER IN LIFE will I ever patronize this business nor recommend it to anybody. Had I read the reviews they would've never gotten my business in the 1st place.10 outta 10 I DO NOT RECOMEND!!!!!

This company sucks .they put my windshield in and every time it rained my car was wet on the driver side . I took it back and they tried to say my sunroof was leaking .but upon having another company check it . My windshield was leaking on the driver side .had to end up paying 165.00 to have leak fixed . They don t stand behind their work and always have excuses.

I went here a few weeks ago to get my new charger tinted and my appointment went as scheduled. The tech, Leo, said that the little spots should be gone within the next couple of days. After about 5 days, I called to let them know of some spots in the tint that appeared to not be smooth as they should have been. The person on the phone explained that the receipt specifically says that after 48hrs, the customer assumes responsibility. I decided to drive to the shop on Greenwell to get more clarity and Leo was there. After showing him what I saw, he scheduled me an appointment with no debate even after 48hrs. During both appointments with this business, I asked several questions and each employee was attentive to answer. They didn't make me feel like I was a bother to them either. I can say that I am satisfied with my service and Leo did a great job.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I got my window tinted about three years ago. I called to see if they still horned the lifetime warranty. They guy said yes but I needed my receipt from 3 years ago. I told him no but asked did they keep records like any smart and reasonable company would. Why wouldn t a company keep a record of the work they do. This makes no since to me this bad business.Service: Window tinting

Attention!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!FIND ANOTHER SHOP!!!!!!!!Went they today with an appointment. Made it there 15 minutes before my appointment. Walked in and nobody was in the office. A customer told me to to check outside along side the facility. Everyone was busy so I asked one of the employees who I need to speak to about my appointment. Guy asked if I called and made one and told him I did and I was early. He then told me if he can stat on my car 30 minutes after my appointment. I was fine with that. I waited an hour and no response from anyone and some of that customers were trying to figure out what was taking so long. I finally just left. Place is not organized and no leadership. I made an appointment with another shop. It s gonna cost me more but I know they have top tier service. If I m paying you to do something then I shouldn t have a reason to chase you. I won t recommend them to anyone in the city of Baton Rouge

Great service and and awesome price. The wait time was a little bit long but these guys were the only people that were able to fit me in at the last minute on a Saturday. All the other glass shops told me I would have to wait until next week. These guys managed to fit me in and on top of that, they had the lowest windshield price. I'll be back next time I need another windshield. I can't comment on the tinting service, but there were several people there having their cars tinted. They even had a guy in front doing car washes as well.I just had another windshield installed today. This makes three windshields on three different cars for me. I am a very happy Jazz Auto Glass customer.

I absolutely love love love these guys!!!! Came to them with my brand new vehicle and received the most awesome customer service and the tint job is so flawless strangers ask me who did my tint and I'm always happy to recommend Jazz tint! I am having my other 2 vehicles tinted as well. The owner is very humble and the workers take great concern as to how you want your vehicle to look. I will continue to recommend this business to anyone.

Jazz helped me out big time by having and installing a new windshield on my car within an hour wait time. The service was top notch and done quickly and professionaly. Beat the competition price by $60. Will most definitely return my vehicles if needing a windshield again! Thanks guys for the great work!

ATTENTION BEWARE Jazz Auto Glass is the worst auto glass place there is in Baton Rouge. They love to quote you a based off of model and make of your car give you the runaround for 4 weeks, and then once you get there tell you another price that's $100 more. And then when you try to call them back to discuss the price that was given they do not answer the phone or send you straight to voicemail. I would not trust them and I advise all of my constituents to not deal with them if they will deal business in this manner. I am highly pissed!!!!! The worst experience I have ever had with non professional African Americans sad to say! the technicians were kind and friendly but as for the business owner mr. Smith that owns Jazz Auto Glass he is highly unprofessional!

Great job on initial tint. Windows started to bubble after a week and no response was received when I attempted to contact him as instructed. He also provided no receipt of purchase after transaction. A little more professionalism would go a long way. Tint still isn't bad for the price they charge though.

Got my car tinted last week and there are creases along the sides of every window and some towards the top of the rear glass. Also a good bit of "trash" bubbles on every window. The little tiny ones. Most of it I couldn't notice until I finally gave the car a good cleaning this week after waiting for the tint to dry. I even waited 5 days instead of the suggested 2 just to be extra careful. They say I got a warranty on it but I'm not no gonna use it. Why take it back for the same quality of work?

Jazz Auto Glass has the best prices in town. If you re going in for a windshield repair, make sure you call them ahead of time so they can have the glass ready when you get there, so you won t have to wait. Would recommend to others.

This week one of my windows had gotten shattered. I had my car taken care of at Jazz Auto Glass, the service & the price was great. The employees were very helpful & nice! I would recommend others to go there.

(Late post from May) Very unprofessional if I could give zero stars i would but the site doesn't allow.I Made an appt and reconfirmed appt here but no one ever showed up for the 830 a.m. appt. Text the guy and he kept giving ETA of about 15 minutes which really turned into 1 hr 30 min.....AGAIN AFTER TEXTING FOR HIS ETA he stated the tint guy was near i10 -Airline. Its all good bc I was referred to Innovative Audio in Denham Springs, and was in for appt the next day....thank goodness I did bc they introduced me to the ceramic tint which is Great for keeping out the HEAT!..(not much difference in the price from regular tint), and these guys were very professional and got the job done. I would NOT recommend Jazz tint because everyone's time is valuable, not just theirs....IF YOU MAKE APPT...IF YOU RECONFIRM APPT WITH THE CUSTOMER, THAT USUALLY MEANS THE CUSTOMER IS COMING FOR THAT SERVICES

They may have the lowest prices but the manager Leonard Smith was very unprofessional. He quoted my brother (who called on my behalf) one price & when I get there he tried to charge me another price. When I refused to pay other than what was agreed he wanted to charge me a $10 fee to use my card or $5 to cash app him. I will NEVER go there again.

I got window tint in my brand new 2016 car and it was done poorly. There's bubbles in it and pieces of my belt molding on my door is ruined. Clips on my door that hold the weather strip to the inside of the door are no longer doing its job. I'm very disappointed, now I have to go to Honda and get all that fixed. They also didn't have the software to put the strip on my car like I requested, told me to come back next week. If I they didn't have all of it at once, I should have been notified and I wouldn't have gotten the service in the first place. Do yourself and your car a favor go somewhere where your car is taken care of and you won't waste your money. Im waiting to speak to the owner about my issue hopefully it'll all be resolved. After I get my doors fixed I'll probably take it somewhere else and get it done correctly. It just sucks that I wasted my hard earned money.

I had a wonderful experience at Jazz Auto Glass. Affordable prices on window tinting and the wait was not long...I also enjoyed eating from next door which was walking distance ,, Jazz Auto Glass has Netflix for you to enjoy while waiting!! I will recommend J.A.G to many!

My glass broke 2 days after installed. They also broke off pieces attached to my mirror. I had an awful experience. They wouldn't own up to there mistakes. I'll NEVER go there again.

My car was broken into and I brought it to the New Orleans location to have the back door window replaced. I had a small crack in the front door window that I knew I would have to replace eventually but it wasn't my main concern as to I didn't have a back window at the time. I chose them because the price was too good to be true...said it would be an hour and a half. After 3 and a half hours I called to find out it had been ready. They backed the car out onto a busy street in the middle of what might has well been a second line and told me I was good to go!?!?!? I drive off and all the windows are down? I roll the front window up and the crack has spread ridiculously. Not really a big deal I knew it would happen eventually but why not tell me, "hey man we were doing etc and this happened." Don't try to hide it. They said it must have happened when I closed the door? I try to roll the back window up and it doesn't work and pieces of my door panel are missing so I bring it back. They said they didn't get all of the broken glass out, forgot to put the panel pieces on. Cool, I'm not trippin, hey I get it. Shade tree prices, shade tree service. They get the back window to roll but now the door doesn't open and they can't install the back panel. They spent an hour banging on the door with everything except another car only to tell me I'm going to have to bring it to BATON ROUGE to let the owner look at it. We tried calling the owner and explaining the situation to him and it seems as if he's always in the middle of a game of pick up basketball when he answers the phone. Get it to Baton Rouge I RE explain to him what happened after he keeps trying to quote me prices, he has his MASTER tech look at it and he does even offer to meet me somewhere with panel pieces for the inconvenience?? All the people are nice though by the way. The tech says glass was in the child lock. The owner seemed genuinely sorry, apologized for the headache because this had now been a 3 day back window install, and he even offered to "look out" for me on the front window replacement. "Something real nice" he said. I called him a few days later in the middle of what must have been the pick up basketball world series and this gentleman quoted me a higher price than what I paid initially??? How Sway? But you know.... #SupportBl never mind. I'm sure this is a one in a million situation but as I can see from other reviews that he's asking people to remove, he just doesn't practice good business. Or good customer service rather. You will most definitely get what you pay for.

I went to get my windows tinted and for the price I paid they were supposed to be a bit dark. I then waited a week and went somewhere else and was told that the passenger side was darker than the drivers! Like how did you put 2 different shades of tint on my car!!!! I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to these people for real.

Just got my tint done. Was a little skeptical before the overall look was amazing on my camry. It took time but I rather the time then fast and sloppy. Perfection takes time. Went to the one on greenwell springs road I seen a few ppl underestimate them in reviews but my tint job is flawless and im ready for my road trip.
