I ve been a O/O for 11yrs this place has to be, is the best repair shop I ve been to... I was here from Dallas after delivering my load I noticed a hole in my roof and I had to get it fixed quick cuz shipper refused to load came here explained my situation and was literally treated like royalty the manager or owner not sure but I know he was important came out looked and got right on it even got a lil sweaty his self making sure the guys got me right and on my way extremely professional quick and reasonably priced I made it to pick up my load 30 mins before closing and was able to get home... Wish I remembered the guys name he deserves recognition... All I remember he said he had date night with his wife the night before maybe why he was in such a good mood lol Thanks to the wife also!!!!

One of the best places I ever worked if not the best, learned different stuff quicker here, by a good Ole bunch of guys who likewise quickly became my second family. These people really care about their work and the customer as well as the most important thing everyone's safety thanks again Jim and Steve and Matt as well if any of y'all are still there if somebody calls to get a good recommendation y'all pull through for me like I did for you all all you got to do is tell the truth just like me

These guys were A1. I had delicate tandem slide issue that was gonna leave me stuck for days. They gave me a quick and honest assessment and got me patched up enough to get to home base back in Texas in less than three hours. Took the tandems off got things leveled. Got a weld on and had me back on the road and for a fair price too.

Timely, friendly, appreciated.. Actually....Need to change this review. They did an annual on a gooseneck trailer. Failed to fix the brakes on that trailer. Which needed a whole new axle. I got pulled over by the DOT and was put out of service with Jackson's annual inspection. Yes it is the driver who is supposed to make sure their equipment is in good order. I had repeatedly told the company I worked for those breaks didn't work. I was unfamiliar with goose neck trailers. We didn't even use that break but it is a key part of your daily inspection. Just as it is a part of an annual inspection which Jackson failed to correct. Thankfully Mike Gerald fixed the issue that should've been fixed by Jackson. Who also lied and said that wasn't an issue.

Fast and friendly service. We had our INSPIRED CLOSETS company box truck sealed after we found leaks from loose rivets. Its supposed to rain in the next 2 days, so we will see if that 5th star will light up!Now, it's been over a month and still no leaks! Here is that 5th Star!

Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Arrived at 7:30 AM for a simple airline solution on my trailer. Had a pressing appointment for the load on my trailer, left them know when I walked in I needed to be out ASAP because of my appointment. It was 4 PM when I left, they didn't spend more than 2 hrs total the while time working on my trailer. I missed my appointment due to this delay, and believe me they were told multiple times by more than just myself of the time issue. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A FIX. I only gave 1 star because i couldn't give none. Smh...

Had them replace a fuel tank and straps they got the tank from a friend someone they knew did a great job getting it together took a week tank was full of trash. I load ice cream refer starts tripping, mind you not two months before I had the refer serviced. I make it to west Virginia of all places it stops make it to a shop thanks full of trash hadn't been cleaned. Another five hundred on top of the 1900 they charged. I call manger said it's on them .I from BR try to spend local, but these type of People makes it hard. Take you money else where

Poorest customer service i have ever experienced. I give them one star because that's as low as can but they don't deserve that. Would not recommend doing business with them.

Jackson Truck & Trailer Repair is a company that has superior service.The service manager, Steve Schesser was extremely helpful in taking care of me needs in a very expedited manner.Don't hesitate to come and get your trailer parts & service done here....Joe F. Zamora
