I brought my car in around 10a to shop to get my calipers painted. I called around 4p and told them I was on my way to pick back up my car ( mind you I had to pay for Ubers back-and-forth) When I arrived to get my car, they told me my car was was messed up. I asked him what was wrong with it and they said they didn t know and they will take it to their mechanic down the street the next morning. He assured me that Mechanic comes in before 9a so I told him to call me when they find out what is wrong with the vehicle. The next day around 11a I called the shop to ask WHAT is wrong with my car and they STILL had no idea. I asked him what is taking so long and they said they re waiting on the mechanic to call them back, so I told him to give me the mechanics address. I went over to the mechanic shop on Florida Blvd and they told me my car won t be fixed for another week. They said my car was jacked up at the wrong spot which broke my rack and pinion causing the steering wheel to no longer turn so the car was unable to drive. At this point I am livid. I have a BMW and I know there s a specific way to handle these cars, but if I take it to a shop I expect them to tell me if they can work on German cars or not because I ve been turned away plenty of times from other places. I told them screw their Mechanic, I want it towed to BMW and I want them to fix it and in The Body will pay for it. (why would I keep my car with anyone that is affiliated with this company at this point) so after about four days at BMW, In The Body was charged around $3700 for the work on my car. Moral of the story is don t waste your time here.

The best experience I ever had dealing with a paint shop! He got my truck in and out in less than a week! Plus he stands behind his work with a warranty! Highly recommended if you ask me!

Called and spoke with the owner about scratches in my hood - not only did he have me bring it in that day - he looked at it and told me what needed to be done all in one day! No wait time no beating around the bush regarding price! Convenient, professional, listens to your concerns! A class act! You won t mind coming out of your pocket for In The Paint!Julie F.

Went to go get an estimate on a bumper fix he telling me how he was going to change the side panel to make the paint match the bumper knowing all he had to do was take the bumper and prime it and paint it. The bumper had no major are miner damage. Guys are crooks

Someone hit my car in the back and I took it to In the Paint Body Shop. OMG, when I got it back you couldn t tell my car was hit. The service and professionalism was there. Great Job

The service here was horrible they did a horrible job on my car they have put holes in my back seat that was never there. I have paint on my tire and rim, my trunk will not close properly and because of that when it rains water gets into my trunk. I asked him about that numerous of times he assured me that everything was fine and the water will not get into my trunk it rained and it was like a pool in my trunk horrible my back mat was taken out and lost I have multiple screws that are messing that were there when I dropped my car to them. My car was filthy when I went to pick it up. I noticed after getting home there was a lot of paint dust inside of my car.. they did not paint or clean up their mess properly. It was just an overall horrible experience. I will not advise anyone to get their car fixed/painted here EVER.. it was horrible and the owner excuse was that he didn t work on my car and that he didn t check it after it was done so he dropped the ball on that I just feel like I was getting excuse after excuse after excuse and I ve asked for the issues to be fixed.. the answer I received is thats as good as it can get.. Don t waste your time or money going to this place because you will get a horrible job. They don t care about if they fix your car correctly. They just want your money that s it. I had high hopes for this place and was let down tremendously. Everyone in this shop was unprofessional and liars. It was put into my paperwork that I got a new tire. Turns out it s the exact same tire I ve had on my car the whole entire time. What a bunch of crooks! I also did not get my car in the timeframe that he said it would be done. He had my car for almost 30 days! To have my car for almost 30 days and to get the job that I got done to my car what a joke and a bunch of lazy unprofessional people that work there! Now I have to take my car somewhere else to get fixed because of the horrible job that was done to my car!
