On March 11, 2024, I brought my car to get repaired. I needed the bumper fixed to my car. I am so happy with this company. I always use this company for my collision repairs. They are very professional and nice. Also, what made me very happy, they vacuumed and cleaned my car. I did not expect them to do this. I am very happy with Hollingsworth Richards Collision Center and I would recommend them to anyone.

Called and checked on my truck. I was told it would be ready Friday afternoon and went there at 3 p.m. was them told it wouldn't be ready till Monday because they had to detail it come to find out I had an imperfection in the paint repair a loose cap on the bumper and they had not applied the model decal on the back of the truck the manager gave a series of excuses why the work would not be done Friday as promised and no Solutions as to getting it done so basically I was lied to I was called a liar by the staff saying that they never said it was going to be done I was giving excuses and no solution the Rectify their mishandling of the job. To me, this is a complete lack of integrity. Buy multiple members of the staff. I have my own business, and I can assure you I wouldn't be in good standing with my customers if I treated my customers the way I've been treated there

Just want to say how great my experience was with this company!! Called, sent my estimate over, waited for parts to come in, brought my car in and three weeks later my car was fixed! Very helpful with first timers. Communication between everything was great. The staff was nice and friendly. I highly recommend them for your car repairs.

This company has horrible customer service and horrible communication skills. The worker Daryn is very arrogant and was very unprofessional. He could not answer any of my questions and always had to reach out to a tech to get the answers. When my car was ready for pick up it had more issues than when it was delivered there. I had to go there three times after pickup for sensor issues and Daryn told me I would have to take it to the dealership because it s still under warranty. My car was very dirty with white dust on my mats and leaves on my seat. I give this company a -0 rating and I would not recommend anyone to use this company!!!!!Service: Auto body & trim replacement

Never use this place!!!!!! I got in an accident where my ac went out and I told them this when I dropped it off. They called me in 4 days after my car was repaired saying it's ready. When I got there NOTHING was done to the ac and they said it was checked... LIES. I went to my usual dealership and they found 5 things wrong with my ac due to the wreck. When I called to tell the shop what they missed they argued with me and told me there was nothing they could do. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THESE PEOPLE WILL ROB YOU BLIND, LIE, AND THEN TELL YOU GOOD LUCK. Hopefully I can save a few people from going here. And the 5 star reviews on here are from employees only.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Air conditioning

Had my car repaired here after it was crashedinto. First, I was not notified in a timely manner when the parts arrived, therefore, my reservation for a rental car had expired. Fortunately the insurance company reinstated that reservation so I could have transportation.Upon picking my car up, I had to ask why a new bra had not been replaced as promised during the estimate. The office people were extremely rude! I had just lost my husband, who was a retired mechanic and auto body guy, 3 days before and I have NEVER dealt with more rude, heartless, hateful acting people in my life. I only mentioned him because he knew better than I did about dealing with collision repair. The only thing they accomplished that day as far as I am concerned is crushing me emotionally instead of trying to right this wrong. The accident was NOT my fault but you could not tell it by the way these unprofessional, evil acting heathens acted yesterday. (12/11/2020) They don t deserve the one star I HAD to give them.

Took my car in to be repaired after a minor accident. They did a good job, and when I had an issue with a nic on my steering wheel and my door handle not working properly they got me back in asap and fixed the issues with no problem. Tiffany is absolutely amazing and has the best customer service ever! her friendly attitude and get it right spirit will have me coming back, thank you Hollingsworth!

This is the 2nd time we have had to use Hollingsworth and both times, they have been wonderful. Very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Hopefully I don t need their services again but if I do, I will definitely use them again. Service: PaintingService: Painting

Great Job, Manager Called me multiple times to inform me of the status of parts coming in, and work complete, etc. Car looked great, all work was complete in a week. They even cleaned the car and shined the tires. Very nice people, enterprise car rental on site. Excellent Job! Highly recommend.

Repairs where paid for by insurance. People there are very nice, but if its your own money take it somewhere else. They did not fix all the scratches, and my door that was hit in the wreck did not stay unlocked. The locking mechanism had broke, I got locked out. THANKFULLY I KNEW MY DOOR KEYPAD CODE. Had to take it back and the replacement part took several days to come in. After replacement, now if I pull the handle open too forcefully it will get stuck open and the door won't close. Have to hit unlock button to get it unstuck. Seriously people? Screw it, tired of going there. Probably just fix it myself. Not top quality work.Update May27: shock they replaced went bad, upgraded shocks to higher performance anyway all corners, still havent went back there.

They had my car almost a month just to install a new she'll on my driver and driver passenger door and paint it. When it only supposed to be 8 days to get it done. That's not the bad part. The bad part was joy riding in my car and left my gas meter under E when I had a FULL TANK OF GAS. They put 300 miles on my vehicle. I have proof. It's always good to take pictures before you give your car to a shop. Top of that I had a crack in my windshield. Which they going to say we didn't put that there.

Was involved in a collision with my Ford F-250 in early August a week before the major flooding. The flooding caused a major delay in the ordering of parts for my truck which had extensive front end damage. Despite the delays, the staff at Hollingsworth Collision Center were extremely helpful and had it not been for Amanda, the process would've been extremely difficult as she was in constant communication with me regarding the nature of damage to my vehicle and whether it was at their shop or another receiving repairs. While it took close to 3 months to repair my vehicle, the excellent work in the repairs made up for the time lost due to delays.

Didn t even get the chance to do business with them. Walked in at 4:00 PM on a Tuesday for an estimate on my F150. Was promptly told that there no estimates done after 3:00 Pm but I could make an appointment. $3500.00 repair that will go somewhere else.

I am very pleased at the body work that was did on my 2017 Honda Accord and also the front passenger lights. I took my car in on Tuesday afternoon and it was finished by Friday morning. Thanks to all the staff members.

They repaired my 2007 Mercedes e350 after a front collision has torn off the fenders, bumper and hood. Replaced everything on front end of car. Matched paint perfectly and looks and drives like new.PSMy dad took his car (2004 mercedes S430) in after my recommendation for fixes to rear fender, rear bumper, and various door dings. He and my mom were very happy, although they paid out of pocket, where as I had insurance, yet they (and me too) are very happy with the results.

It was the worst experience ever! A very small dent in my vehichle which was only suppose to take four days ended up being two weeks because they had to replace the entire door which I feel was not necessary. When I picked up my car my headlights were not working properly nor was the door they replaced. I spent an entire week trying to get my car repaired. When I dropped my car off my headlights were working fine but upon returning to the repair shop I was never talked to a tech and they supposedly fixed my door which is still not working however. I put in a cal for the service manager and never received a call back. Your concerns are only address with an insurance agent who has no knowlege of body repairs. Needless to say that after bringing my vehicle to the shop twice my door still is not working. I had to bring it to the dealer to get it repaired properly and this is going into the second week after picking up my car.I defenitly would not recommend Hollingswoth to anybody.EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!! :>(

The WORST experience and customer service I have every received from a business. This place was recommended to us by Hollingsworth Richards Honda after having a collision in our 2014 Honda Accord. The first time we took the car in, It took over two weeks to complete the repairs and repaint it. After about a month of driving around the paint started to peel off the repainted section of the car in sheets. When we took the car back to the collision center they Said the paint was peeling from road conditions (rocks and bugs). It wasn't until after we got the insurance company (that covered the damage cost) to inspect the vehicle to realized the collision center never prepped the surface before painting. We had to take our car back to the collision center for a second time to be repainted, again it took over two weeks to redo the paint. Once we picked the car back up, we drove it around for about six months putting about 10,000 miles on it (due to traveling) before a tire popped. The tire popped due to being worn on the inside of the tire. The tires were rated for 75,000 mile and they only had 35,000 miles on them before popping. We took the car in to NTB for new tires and to check the alignment to make sure it was not the cause of the tires being worn down. As the mechanic went to take the tires off the car we realized Hollingsworth Richards Collision Center put the wrong locking key back in our car after repainting it. NTB had to cut off and replace the locking lug. To top things off once NTB replaced the tires and checked the alignment, the car was out of alignment. NTB tried to put the car back into alignment but could even get it close to alignment due to damaged parts still being used. NTB said that the tires we bought would be worn out within a year due to the damages/alignment and that they couldn't warranty the tires properly. So we contacted the insurance company yet again to let them know of the damaged parts still being used on the car. The insurance had us send the car to a third party inspection company for inspection. The third party place discovered the car had only been cosmetically repaired but never had the frame or structural components repaired. The insurance carrier told us they would contact Hollingsworth Richards Collision Center and let them know about their findings and have the car repaired again. For the past 3 weeks the insurance carrier, my wife, and myself tried to contact the collision center on multiple occasions. I myself repeatedly called them twice a day for 3 weeks straight only to have the front desk administrator take my name and number to give to the manager "Lisa". The excuses I was given were that "Lisa" the manager was in meetings, at lunch, or on vacation every time I would call and would never returned any of our calls. It came to the point after 3 weeks that the insurance carrier had us take the care to a completely different facility to do a "corrective repair" claim to fix the car.

Literally the worst auto body company in the state of Louisiana, hands down. They took WEEKS to "fix" my car and when I got it back, each time (there were multiple) they had yet to "fix" something. When I drove off the lot finally, on the drive there were pieces of the car FALLING OFF! It is basically in worse shape then when I sent it in for these morons to do who knows what for 3 weeks then try to take my money.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I had my toyota corolla sent there for work after a wreck. Every time I called I would be redirected to my insurance rep. I didnt want to talk to him I want ted to talk to the Mechanic actually working on my car. No one at Hollingswotrth Richards would talk to me. Finally I contacted a manager and he was rude and unhelpful. If you want a body shop that cares more about your insurance company than you and your car go here; they are a bunch of a holes. Also took over a month to fix damages.

Do not go here. A friend of mine just went here and they damaged her vehicle while they were fixing damages from an accident. They told her they are not responsible for damages that happen while your vehicle is getting repaired, even though they caused it. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Roxanne (the manager) is very rude, dishonest, disrespectful, unprofessional and arrogant, the service employees in the body shop are very slow and unknowledgeable!! This place needs to be shut down, I'll spread the word to all my friends and family to stay far away from this place !! Brought my car in 4xs for the same issue they cant seem to fix it!!!

I had to take my vehicle to this repair shop 3 time before taking it to another collision shop to have my repairs fixed the right way. Horrible experience with poor updates regarding my repair status.

Take too long. Don't thoroughly fix your problem. Takes months to get parts in. Don't call you back. Honestly wish I would have taken my car somewhere else.
