After calling a few different places that were rude and had no availability, Hayes really came through for me. The lady operating the phones and accounting was joyful and sweet, and so helpful. She got me set up with the driver Dante, and he came very quickly to my rescue. The communication was amazing the whole time. Very fair pricing, and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them and use them for all future towing needs.

After speaking with a few different companies I decided to go with Hayes Towing, and I m so glad that I did!!! The lady that I spoke with on the phone was very courteous and compassionate,, and she offered competitive pricing. The driver, Dante, was very prompt, pleasant, and professional, which made an unfortunate experience much better. I would definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends! Omg!!! Hayes towing service is THE BEST around !! When I tell you this company was a blessing to me. I had to call them twice and both times they where fast in coming to tow my vehicle as well as Excellent customer service. Thank Hayes Towing for the great service.

Great experience! They picked up our car within 20 minutes of calling and had it to our designation very quickly. The driver was very professional and friendly, as was Melonee. Very affordable rate also! Highly recommend them!

These guys are incredible! They helped us tonight in Denham Springs when a dear old lady was stranded due to the road being messed up from construction and needed a cable and a lift and this guy from Hays knocked it out of the park. 4/2/24Lifted her car up in the front and set it back on the road with no damage. Thank you so much!!

The people with this company are so professional, courteous and kind. This is my second time using them and I will be a lifetime customer. They sent Donte out to retrieve my vehicle from the interstate, he communicated with me throughout the process; seeing that I left the truck and got picked up. He was pleasant so was the lady that answers the phone. I highly recommend Hayes Towing for your towing needs.

Donte was very prompt picking up my car, as well as efficient with loading my car onto the trailer. He was also very professional & polite and answered every question I asked about my car being stored with their company until Monday. I highly recommend Donte & Hayes Towing services.

Melanie was so kind and helpful. I was desperate to get towed and MJ the tow guy was the best. He deserves a big breakfast for all his hard work and kindness. These folks treat you like family. When my car broke down unexpectedly Dante showed up quickly and was able to load my expedition on the flatbed out of precarious parking spot And bring it to my mechanic. He was quick efficient and personable. The next tow company I will call will be Hayes. D Brown.

The kept me informed of when they would arrive the time was accurate. I really liked the driver I m bad with names but his name started with a D. He was very friendly and we had a lot in common. He took care when recovering my car I was very pleased and would definitely use them in the future.

I was stuck on the side of I-12 and gave them a call. They notified me that all drivers were busy at the time and gave me a time frame of arrival if I was willing to wait. I was updated about the whereabouts of the next available driver and on arrival to me the tow drivers were polite and friendly. Any questions I had they answered and the pricing was great.

My car had to be towed. Hayes Towing was called by my insurance company. They were great! Very friendly. Denzel even waited for my ride to come before he left. I would give them a 10/10 if Google would allow it.

Today we called Hayes towing and the MJ was there in less than 20 min. Not only did he show up quickly, but did a temporary fix to help get my truck to the shop.I have used them before and they are definitely my go to towing company!

I had a blow out last week and was so stressed out about who to go to and how to get it fixed. From the lady(dispatcher) that answered the phone to the guy that picked up my car, made me feel at ease. Both were very professional and nice. They made sure that my car got to the correct location without any hesitations. I will definitely be using them again but hopefully no time soon :)Service: Car towing

I had to contact onstar for my brand new car with a potential tire leak. They chose this company to tow to Chevy dealership. This is how they dropped off my otherwise perfect car and tried to just hide it. I give praises to the employee from the Zachary location by the name Cedro. Best customer I've had from a tow company!!! After being stranded and stressed out from 5am to 11 in the late morning my day was horrible! He turned my entire day around just by sticking with me until I was taken care of. Such astounding customer service. Just awesome, I will never forget him. If you are reading this, thank you so much
