The owner of Hampton Collision Center is very personable and hands-on. They do quality auto body work and their ability to match your existing vehicle paint color is the best I've ever seen! I will certainly use their services again.

I had my 2016 Hyundai worked on there, Baylee was extremely helpful in helping me work through my confusion at an auto body shop. I ending up having a full quarter panel replacement and rear bumper replacement. Overall, everything looks fantastic as if there was no damage at all! 10/10 would recommend!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They don't keep appointments. I drove across town, in Baton Rouge traffic, in a damaged vehicle, just to be told that my appointment, for which I had the printed confirmation in my hand, would not be fulfilled. They wanted to reschedule for the next week. Yes, I was on time, in case you are wondering.

I recently had repairs (headlight, bumper and fender) done on my car there. Only complaint I have with this repair shop is that I received my car with a broken headlight switch. I picked the car up during the day so no need for lights but noticed the lights not working properly the next morning. Brought the car back to the shop later that day and had them look it over. The shop was unable to fix the problem and sent me to the local dealership to have them diagnose the issue. Result was broken headlight switch costing $400 and the body shop telling me that the switch had nothing to do with the repairs and is a common part to break??? My car has(or did have) auto headlights so no real need to mess with the headlight switch unless you want to manually turn on and off the headlights. I agree the headlight switch had nothing to do with the reason for bringing the car to the shop but it is directly related to the headlights which was repaired. I m not saying someone broke it intentionally, I just know it wasn t broken before.Service: Body & Trim

I had my rear bumper repaired here. They had a hiccup due to delays at the parts warehouse so it took longer but it wasn't their fault. Comfy waiting area. Everything came out great! Employees were polite and respectful. My 2020 Honda CRV was in an accident. They did an excellent job on my vehicle. This is the second automobile they repaired for me. Great job. I would recommend Hampton Collison for your vehicle repairs.

Wonderful experience, they took care of everything, no B.S no excuses they just got it done. And when I picked up my car it looked brand new they only replaced the front end but they cleaned the whole car it looked brand new when I picked her up!

Had my 2007 chevy bumper replaced and tailgate painted. Parts took a few weeks to come in but other than that service and work was amazing!! Will be useing again, hopefully nit needed.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My teenagers' 2019 Honda Civic was severely damaged in an accident. The insurance company recommended HCC as repair location and I could not be more satisfied with the results.The vehicle looks exactly as was when we purchased it. I was also very pleased with the office personnel's communications with us. There was a lot of parts and repairs necessary to complete this job, and they were very good at letting us know what stages they were in and what to expect time wise as available.Will definitely use these guys in the future for any needs we may have.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would 100% recommend using Hampton Collision! Very professional staff and always kept me up-to-date on when my vehicle would be finished. When I got my car back, it looked brand new, like it had never been in an accident. Paid my deductible and I was on my way! Best experience ever with a body shop! Michelle was excellent and very helpful. Picked up my car on a rainy day and they still washed it and cleaned the inside anyway. Another guy even took my radar detector out my car (to not encourage a break in) and kept it safe in their office for me until my car was ready. They were all amazing, and they did great, fast work most importantly!

If you plan on using this repair shop, make sure you check every little thing once repairs are complete. Open doors, look under your vehicle and ask questions. If they make a mistake, they may try to accuse you of doing something wrong instead of just fixing it. Would not recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Unfortunately, I was the victim of a hit and run. My insurance company referred me to Hampton Collision. After researching them and seeing the negative comments, I was really nervous about taking them my vehicle. Well let me tell you, they were very informative and friendly. My car look like it has never been damaged. My overall experience was very good with them and I would definitely use them again if necessary.

I went back because of the great work they did on my Mazda. 2nd time i went just for an estimate paying cash plus insurance payoff. They will call me later no call for 3days. I call back for estimate she said I'll email to you nothing. So after 3wks same thing I'm like u know what dont worry about it. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I have been taking my car back and forth to this place just to get my front bumper fixed the way it was before my car was backed into. I could actually write a book about me experience with Hampton And it wouldn t be a good book. I will never use Hampton Collision again! There was no communication until my car was ready and I had until the end of the day to return my rental or have to pay for it. When I returned to pick up my car, I noticed that everything in my console was in the passenger seat. I later found out on the news that someone had been arrested for breaking into cars at the facility at the same time my vehicle was there, but was never informed by staff that I might be a potential victim.Almost immediately my car began making a squeaking sound. It took over a week for the center to find the cause. I had two cracked rear shocks, but Hampton determined that two rear cracked struts on a less than 3 year old car that had recently been rear ended was not accident related and was normal wear and tear. Repair cost me over $500 and the service center who ended up replacing my shocks says it's impossible.

Unfortunately I was involved in an accident that left my truck with some damage. Fortunately I chose to work with Hampton and they got my truck back to me quickly and all the damage was gone! Michelle was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend anyone to give Hampton a call if you need an honest and awesome repair experience!

Horrible experience. My son was in an accident in Nov 2019. We took it to Hampton Collision. We didn t get the truck back until January 2020. No communication. Very poor workmanship. The first time we got the truck back. It broke down and started smoking on the way home, the wheel well tore up the new tire. They took it back and kept it a couple more weeks. Fast forward to 4 months later. The new paint job is peeling off. If you need work done on your vehicle DO NOT TRUST HAMPTON!!!! EPIC FAIL!Service: Body & Trim

Fantastic Body shop!! Did an unbelievable job on my jetta that I didn t think could be salvaged. Brandon took the time and effort to evalute the issues and dolve them correctly and economically. Professional yet caring staff that understands the importance of your vehicle to you. Makes great pains to provide excellent service that accomdates your repair goals. Wish more services had their attitude and abilities!! Can you tell i am beyond pleased......

I am very pleased with the service I received at Hampton Collision. Dealing with all the mess that goes in hand with an auto accident was definitely not what I was looking forward to when I was hit by another vehicle. After my recent purchase of a 2013 Volzwagon Passat, I had much anxiety that my long- worked for new car would not be the same! However the incredible staff at Southpoint Automotive took great care of all my needs then referred me to Hampton Collision for the auto body repairs. Hampton Collision made this dreadful mishap go super smooth. All staff members were extremely courteous and professional. The owner himself was on sight and explained everything to my understanding, which gave me peace of mind while my baby was being worked on. In no time I was back in my new car that looked exactly the same as when I bought it!! I truly was shocked when I pulled up and saw how wonderful my car looked after such a beating it had taken. I 100% recommend Hampton Collision to anyone and everyone in need of professional and thorough auto body repair! Thanks again Hampton Collision Center!

If you want your time wasted and the inside of your car get torn up Hampton Collision Center is the place to go! Im a car guy soo i had alot of things done to my car so i will notice the smallest things. i brought my car to them to get my quarter panel fixed so i expected it to take long a month at most. Well it took 2 months and when i got it back from them the first things i noticed was my tint was all scratched up which needed to be replaced,grease all over the headliner,rear bumper was all gashed up from removal to fix the quarter panel, the column trim panel was gashed up and had grease all over, they had to remove my rear taillight in order to re-do the quarter panel so instead of them properly removing the interior carpet to unbolt the rear taillight they cut a 4inch slit in the carpet to expose the bolt for the taillight . Never again will i bring my car to them nor will i recommend this place to anyone. Bring your car somewhere else

Horrible place. Dropped my Jeep off for repair. Check engine light wasn t on when I dropped it off but was on and my fog lights wasn t working when picking up. Was lied to about fog light bulbs was blown out and was charged $50 to be replaced wasn t informed until pickup and they wasn t working. They tried to clear check engine light but it kept coming on. So I took it to the dealership. Michelle lied about changing a part she was just clearing the code. But it kept coming back on bc it was broken. NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS AGAIN

Do not, I repeat DO NOT!!!!..use Hampton Collision Center..My experience here was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!..It took them over a month and a half to repair my car.. THEN, They attempted to detail my car which caused a greasy residue on my GPS and radio system, and refuse to repair it. After telling me they would take care of it, in turns call me back saying that it was already like that when it came to them, which was NOT TRUE.

This bodyshop is very unorganized. It took them over a month to complete the work to my car. They signed my name on an insurance check. There service was horrible. I had to be the "middle man" between them and my insurance to get everything done. Because pf Hampton Collsion I was left with a $1,000 bill to the car rental company which they should have compensated me for per my insurance. Do yourself a favor and do not do business. They only reason I gave them one star is because this was the only way I could tell CONSUMERS to BEWARE! Also the accused me of insurance fraud when in actually they committed th fraud. Now I have to seek legal advice.Save yourself the trouble and Stay away from Hampton Collsion Center.

Repairs on my 15 VW Jetta completed fast, and done perfectly! My car looks brand new again! Respectable staff, and the owner Brandon was very friendly and informing!
