Today was the first time that I visited this Goodyear location. I called ahead first. Kim answered the phone and was so friendly which made me feel better. I was on a deadline and they were able to take my car right away. This location was very clean with a nice set up. The store manager spoke to me about my car. He, too, was very friendly and professional. All of these folks did a really great job!I will certainly be back to this location.

Traveling back to Dallas and stopped here to have my tire fixed. Great service, highly recommend. Michael went above and beyond and worked quickly to get me back on the road. Great custard place next store to sit while you wait. Delicious and they even gave my pup a cone!

Absolutely terrible business . I purchased a 3 year alignment program from the goodyear while being an employee of the company. I left in very good terms and I continue to give my money and busines to the company. Every time I have come too the highland store or the siegen store I have nothing but trouble. They never answer the phone when I try to make an appointment or see if they are busy, I got a very nasty and rude attitude. Today i went to the siegen store and the manager shawn was very rude. While waiting for the ticket to be made he came into the waiting room and very loudly for ever every waiting customer in the waiting room to know that he would only in his words one time work on my truck due too it being modified and my already paid for warranty is no longer valid due to the modifications, I don't mind that it is no longer covering the truck anymore but the way he spoke to me for no reason given make me very upset. I decided to go to the highland location after calling and get a very rude aditude from Kim the front desk advisor. I went inside and was met with a unbelievable amount of anger towards me. Clearly the other store called about me, but what I'm so confused is why they are so anger when I have been nothing but nice and understanding, of thire time and availability, even if I am an ex employee that again, left on good terms. Is treated this way. I extremely regret giving any of my money, and recommding other people I know to spend there money including my entire direct family. For a company o worked so hard for it was I can't believe the way they would treat not just a customer but a person in general like that and especially in front of waiting customers in both of there waiting rooms. Please don't ever go to the Highland goodyear or the Siegen goodyear they don't care about you just taking you money.

Horrible experience today at goodyear After having issues all morning with a tire I went online and found a reputable tire shop (Goodyear) and picked out some tires and scheduled a same day appointment to install them a couple hours later. I had the pleasure of being greeted by the manager who immediately began to scold me for scheduling and ordering online after I introduced myself and told him I was early for my appointment. Said I should call and not do anything online. Website doesn't have correct inventory.... his inventory is always right, nobody works on volkswagenthey have odd sizes and so on...I was trying to explain that I chose several tires that did not have an option to purchase and schedule same day for which would imply the website does correlate to his inventory however he interrupted me and began complaining and questioning my payment method (acima). As he stood behind the counter with the acima banner and information clearly visible for customers. "Another program we don't use, yours is like the 3rd application we have received since we started offering acima a year and a half ago, do you know this is a lease?, and negative comment after negative comment pausing only to answer the phone and complain about another custome who according to him calls everyday and was beyond rude to her during the call. Had the printout of the procedure and still couldn't complete the process. Then made another comment that they don't get alot of acima customers here in "THIS PART OF TOWN.. but they do over here like I was in the wrong place. Called someone else way more knowledgeable who quickly walked him through the rest of the process. (Wish he would have led with calling that guy since he obviously was clueless.) Kept on with the rude comments. By this time I've informed him I'm done and just want my keys so I can go. He continued to complete anything and everything other than printing my receipt and handing over my keys. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I had stopped going to this Goodyear location several years ago due to the poorest customer service I have ever experienced in my adult life. The manager on duty literally turned his back to me and walked away and hid in his office. This is after my car had sat there all day untouched which was completely different from what he told me in the morning hours. It was only a flat tire. Therefore I concluded I would never give that place another dollar. Yesterday due to circumstances I once again stopped at that location and was greeted by two totally different managers. They were polite, friendly and professional and gave me a time on when to expect my truck. It was a very pleasant experience and the manager called me when my truck was ready and explain to me the situation with my truck tire. It was ahead of the time he told me to expect. I will continue to use this location for future business and look forward to the polite and professional service I received. Thank you to M. Green and L dougal. Also one last request, I think it would be a huge attraction for this location if you all would have capability of using Nitrogen to fill your tires. I use it and it s popularity is increasing by the day. I would definitely get a quote for new tires in the near future if this store had Nitrogen. Food for thought!

Sad for me to give a 1 star to usually the best Good year in Baton Rouge. But I just called today and spoke to Mr Al last name Mclinden which I may have pronounced last name wrong. I asked him how much was a brake change, he told me it depends on all what's wrong. That they had to check the rotors brake fluid etc. Which was totally fine. But I told him I got everything check already at Lexus and and all I need to change was the two front brakes. And he said " well why didn't you just get it changed at Lexus?" I paused and told him that was a pretty smart answer. He told me are you a Mechanic?. I told him part time . Then he got mad told me $400 and said "Alright Bye". I called back and he answered the phone again, and I told him I just wanted your name for the District manager, he said "Last Name Mclinden. All time low for this location. I think this guy should just stick to working in the back away from phones.

I had an emergency and needed 2 tires replaced in a hurry. With the store about to close for the day on a Saturday (also closed all day on Sunday) these guys took care of my car because, to quote their Service Manager, "I don't want your family to be without a car for the weekend." These guys have earned my business for life!!

Great customer service. Excellent communication by Kim Ford. Kim gave me the all the cost broken down, and left nothing to interpretation. Received four new Goodyear tires and they perform great. I will be back but it s not just for a great product, but because of the people at the highland road Goodyear. Great job by everyone involved from the front desk to the shop. Happy New Year and thank you for truly knowing what customer service means. Jerry Salinas

So I went to this place to get my wife's tires changed on her jeep and have her brakes checked. I read the reviews online prior to going in so I made sure to ask them to let me know what the brakes looked like before they began work on them so I could asses the cost. I didn't want to end up paying 1300 bucks just to have something simple like pads changed. Well I get a call from them about an hour after I dropped it off saying the tires were on and my vehicle was ready to go. They had completely forgotten about the brakes and didn't even acknowledge them. I asked the guy if he had checked the brakes and he lied and said that the mechanic was out for lunch and he'd give me a call back about them.... 3 hours later still no call... I called again and asked about the status of my vehicle and the guy said "Oh yea, your brakes are fine, you've got at least half life left in em." So I picked up the vehicle, scrubbing metal all the way home. I went home the very next evening and changed not only the brake pads which were completely worn, but also the rear rotors which had been damaged as well. I wish I could post pictures of the pads and rotors. These guys don't care, goodyear has once again disappointed me and unless something changes I will never use them again.

Had a blow out in my car on my way to New Orleans. My tires are extremely hard to find ... they didn't have it stock but had one in their warehouse . They instantly drove and got it and put it on in just 2 hours. I know 2 hours??? But I would rather wait 2 hours then 2 days being stuck. Thank you guys.... I wish I could remember the guy that helped us because this review would be just on him for all his help.... Definitely recommend

Check everything! They will lie in a heartbeat! I went for a oil change the comes with a tire rotation. Got back to my car and the tires were in the same spot. They asked me how I knew that they were not rotated.... and claimed they did but there is a mark on my rim that I look at everyday and it was still on the same spot. I also have rim locks..... then they claimed they have a lock kit to take the locks off.... so I asked if he could rotate them again just to be sure... well he finally came clean and said he could not because I had locks on the tire...It would have been fine if they just said they could not do it because I did not have the key... then that would be my fault... but don't lie and make up all type of stuff about something you did not do...Oil was all over the front of my car, oily finger prints in my car, they did not put a disposable mat down, nor did I get a sticker with the mileage for the next oil change. The technicians stayed at the snack machineWaited over two hours ...And it was $96The Worst ever ! Definitely my last time going the Goodyear.

I have had four or five reasonably "ok" experiences with Goodyear at Highland Rd. They were always extremely slow on getting my oil changed, but they're cheap. So their slowness was offset by their relatively inexpensive services. However, the last two experiences have been quite bad.First, on a routine oil change they informed me that my struts were leaking and needed replaced; they also recommended that I replace my rear shocks for preventative purposes. I'm not that big of a sucker. A second diagnosis from a substantially more reputable shop confirmed what I suspected: they literally lied to me. There was not a lick of oil on my front struts--and I would know, because the more reputable shop allowed me to come into the bay and examine exactly what was not wrong. Had I listened to Goodyear, I would have been out something like 1400 dollars.Even though such lying is reprehensible from a service shop, I still decided to use Goodyear for oil changes given that they managed not to screw that up (and the shop is close to my house). However, again, they tried to take me for a sucker, noting that my rear tires were "practically bald." Fat chance. I got home, did the measurements myself, and found that there is still substantial life left in the tires. While I appreciated the tip that the tires are wearing thin, I did *not* appreciate the way that the tires were described as "needing replaced immediately."I am finished with this Goodyear store. Perhaps you may have a good experience with them; if you choose to utilize their services, take what they advise with a grain of salt. I simply cannot afford to trust this shop in the future. Fool me once, as they say...I will be taking my business elsewhere and would advise you to do the same.

Dropped my car off at 2:00 for an oil change and tire rotation. They called at 5:18 to ask where the tool was to unlock the tire. I called back at 5:22 and told them. Never heard back. Showed up at 6:45 since they close at 7:00. Was told they couldn't rotate my tires because I waited too long to call back and was given a hard time about paying the $50 bill with cash. Not the first or the worst bad experience I've had here. Just typical of them not being able to do even simple things well.

Some things that people don't understand about how shops run:A shop has required paperwork that needs to be documented on each vehicle that comes into a bay. All oil changes are required to do an extensive inspection which takes time. All tires must be checked completely: air, depth, nails, etc. This is not a 5 minute oil. There are guidelines to follow and every vehicle must be properly handled. As a customer, we must understand that not everything goes swimmingly. Cars have plastic guards underneath, missing wheel lock key(or hard to find), or any other array of issues.I have not had any issues with this location. They do the job right and Jaysea is doing a much better job at maintaining the shop compared to the previous manager. Keep up the good work and I'll always come back.

I brought in my 2008 Ford Edge with a tire pressure sensor light issue. This was my third visit to a Goodyear to resolve this issue. They got it done and my sensors seem to be working great. No lights on my dash to drive me crazy! Thank you!

Okay. So I walked in to get my tires rotated. Didn't expect to wait an hour and my car to still be sitting in the exact place I parked it. Meanwhile everyone is sitting around with their thumbs up their asses. It takes maybe 15 minutes to rotate some tires. Needless to say, I got my keys back and walked out. I'll be rotating my tires my damn self from here on out. Waste of my time. NEVER again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! STAY AWAY!!! 0 for 3 to just get a set of tires rotated. Don't bother setting up appointments with them. They are pointless. I called Friday to see if they could squeeze me in Friday early afternoon. They said of course. I SHOW UP at 1 P.M. and he said nope and to try again Saturday. For a tire rotation? Ok, showed up at 3 P.M. Saturday and he said not a chance but to make an appointment for Sunday. He made it for 8 A.M., then pushed to 9:30 A.M., then 11 A.M. all within 2 minutes. I asked if noon was a problem since I work. He said no problem. I showed up at noon:30 (traffic) and he said there are too many ahead of me and that I would not have my car ready until 4 P.M. (closing time). He said a 2 P.M. appointment was on the way and would be put ahead of me that he HAD to do and get worked on. Well, I gotcha old short manager guy. Understood. Similarly, I "HAD" to let everyone what completely unprofessional and utter lack of service your shady business provides. Please continue driving to a different service center. This one will NOT meet any shred of your expectations. As you can see, I am not the only one displeased.

Charles from TexasI had Auto trouble while visiting family there. Took my truck to this Goodyear. Explained thoroughly what the problem was and left my vehicle there. Returned two hours later. As soon as I walked into the office, one of the employees was getting in my vehicle with black rubber gloves on. I stood in the door of the establishment about 3 to 4 minutes. But he never backed out. I walked out to the driver side door and tapped on the window. He never opened the door. I looked through the window to see him searching in my middle console. I opened the driver side door, and noticed he was holding my bag of coins in his left hands and right hand was still in the console. I asked him why was he in my center console. He studdered and said "Trying to see what is wrong with your truck". I replied "The problem is not in there". I asked him again why are you in my center console. Then he said "I'm looking for your locks for the wheels".I told him "I drive a 2005 GMC with factory rims, why would I put wheel locks on those and you never test drove the truck, so why would you take the wheel off. I snatched my bag of coins out of his hands and told him to get the hell out of my truck. I went inside and informed the manager what happened. The manager asked me why was he in there. I told him "You tell me". I left the establishment. The Lord sent me back just in time to catch a thief. If you take a chance at this Goodyear, it's on you....YOU GROWN.

Called ahead to get an estimate on wait time for an oil change. 'I have two cars in front of you '. Dropped off the vehicle and was told 45 minutes maximum.Called back an hour and a half later and was told that mechanics were at lunch (3pm), and that they would get to it right away. 30 minutes later walked back to Goodyear and was informed that the van didn't fit on one of the lifts, and that it would be put on another lift within 30 minutes. After pressing the man behind the counter to ask for an actual time, we were told it would be another hour before they could even look at it.Extremely unprofessional. Explicitly deceitful.

Poor customer service! This store routinely under-delivers on common service requests. Despite the convenience of the Highland GY store location, my advise: find another tire store. Here are some examples:I purchased lifetime rotation and balancing, but when I requested rotation, they only rotated one side, did not balance the tires, and when I got home and checked, the tires were under inflated. This has happened twice.Tire pressure sensors: 4 installed by GY staff, but they were not able to sync them to my car, so warning light on dash still on. I took my truck to Lee Street service center and they were able to fix things in a jiffy. This has happened twice also. Second attempt described in next paragraph.Damage to my truck: Thinking my first poor service experience was a fluke, I recently dropped off my truck to have tire pressure sensor installed in my spare. They installed the sensor, but were again not able to sync it to my truck, so warning light still on. Additionally, they did not replace the spare tire crank tools to where the tools belong inside the cab of my truck. Further, the spare was not cranked up tight, rather it was still a little loose. And to add insult to injury, they managed to scratch my truck, a 12-14 in scratch in the paint, near where the spare tire crank is inserted under tailgate. The actual tires I purchased appear to drive just fine, but the service at this store is really bad. The poor service compromises the value of the tires. Tires not rotated, leaving the store under inflated, and damage to my truck are the reasons that in my opinion, anyone reading this review is better off going to some other tire store.

Went to have a tire fixed which had 2 screws in it. The tires were purchased in march of 2015.Quoted a price of $38 to repair the tire. After waiting for 30 minutes they advised that tire was ready, Paid the amount due on Visa debit. they gave me my keys and I went out to car which was still in stall and tire sitting by it not repaired. I asked what was wrong and was told that the location of hole was in curve of tire and not repairable. Why wasnt this told before I paid repair charge? Said I needed a new tire which cost $87 plus the other $38 that i was already charged for. I ended up paying for the new tire a total of $125 for tire. It wasnt even the same kind that was replaced.I asked why i could not get same type tire and was told tire has been discontinued. So I paid $326 in March for a set of 4 tires. Go back 3 months and it costs another $125. i AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN WHAT HAPPENED TO ME TODAY.Why charge for work not done. This is not the way to do a faithful customer.
