I am very happy with Goodyear Auto Service and the tires they sold me. Glen very patiently helped me understand and compare the quality and characteristics of various types of tire. His help allowed me to pick out tires that I feel very good about and are a great value for the money. Glen and the Goodyear team made the whole process pleasant, stress free and easy. This is the 3rd set of 4 tires I have bought at Goodyear and I plan to return for my 4th set and beyond.

Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and a young tech named Jacob found stabilizer bar struts were in bad need of repair! Shout out to Jacob for a good catch! Satisfied customer

Came here to have my breaks checked out. They quoted me $900. Said I needed a new tire because of nails and said I needed new breaks(which I was aware of because thats what I came for.) Said they couldn t get a tire off because the lugs were cross threaded but I needed to get new rotor, caliber, flush and pads. $900. Said they couldn t do just one thing, they had to do everything. I went home to plan how I would pay for this all. Next day I went to a different tire shop to have the tire replace and found out I didn t need a new tire or any of the things Goodyear quoted. I went home today paying less than $100 to have my rear breaks replaced which is what I went for to begin with. I feel like I was targeted as a woman. I will never go back here again.

One of the things about going in out of court every day like we do, is you have to have a good dolly. Good dollies have rubber tires. Not only do the good folks in this store maintain the tires on our automobiles, but they are trusted with the most important tires we own, those on our courtroom dollies. Stephen took his trusted jury trial dolly in and they treated it with expert care and got it set up and in terrific shape. I d give seven stars if I could, but five is all Google will allow. If you re not doing business at this Goodyear, you re missing out.

I went there around 2:30 ish for a tire patch.Here it is 5:20 still no one have touch my vehicle. I have watch multiple employees/technicians come in doing absolutely nothing for 20 and 30 minutes at a time even witness a paper trash shooting contest by one of the tec.This is unacceptable This front desk girl was very professional put they put her in a very bad situation the guy that suppose to be working on left without telling them that he haven t touched the car! !! I would not recommend this place for anyone especially if you need your car the same day I was just passing through I am still 2hrs away from home . It is now 5:42 they are just starting to work on my vehicle.

Place is a joke. Called for a quote bc I work 7 days a week. 12 hour days. 5:30 to 5:30. They said I would have to bring my truck in even with the make/model and year of my truck. I gave them every detail. Still needed to see it. All they doing is trying to get you in to get your business. They afraid you will get the quote and go elsewhere. Ridiculous.

We had a tire leak while on a trip to Louisiana from Minnesota. We tried this place and are happy to highly recommend them. The service was excellent although they were very busy. The front desk person was friendly and listened carefully to our issue. They took the tire off quickly and discovered it was worn too badly to fix. We were astonished, but they said they could replace both back tires within 2 hours. And they did! Withe tires we wanted. I cannot say enough good about the service here. Highly recommend.

This was my second trip to the shop, and under emergency circumstances. These guys replaced both tires quickly and also provided a much-needed oil change. Fantastic service! I'll be back, just hopefully not too soon!

I had such a great experience! Came in with a tire that was already patched before and was still leaking. They gave me a great deal and even did a much needed oil change. Will definitely come back

Shawn and Aaron took such great care of me at the very end of the day on a Friday! Got me in and out in less 20 minutes with a popped tire and did it in the friendliest manner possible. I m so glad that good shops like this are still a thing. Will definitely return if I ever have issues again. Thanks so much!

I had a nail in my tire. They told me that because the nail was in a tricky place on the tire, they couldn't plug it. They wanted me to buy a brand new tire. I went to a different tire place across town. They not only plugged the tire, but they only charged me 10 bucks. Done.

Literally been at the tired shop since 7am which is when it stayed the facility opened. They didn t show up until 8:45. Went in for my check engine being on and a lil chance waiting almost 4 hours to only get a oil change to get into my car and the check engine light still be on called back and they said it would be $140 to see what was wrong in regard to my check engine light when last time i came it was only 60 to check a huge waste of my Saturday and i will be contacting corporate. If you re not a man or someone who is older this place does not care and i was over charged for my oil change will be disputing with my bank. Save yourself the time and go else where !!!!

Heroes!!! Sunday morning on my way to church my tire pressure light came on. I drove to Goodyear and despite me arriving without an appointment they immediately assessed my car and solved the problem. Within 30 minutes I had a new tire and was safely on my way. Fast friendly service. Thanks so much.

My alternator suddenly went out late yesterday afternoon (Friday on Memorial Day weekend). I called several auto repair places but they were either closed for the weekend or couldn t schedule my car for service for over a week. I called Goodyear on Siegen and not only did they start working on my car when they opened on Saturday morning but my alternator, battery and serpentine belt were all replaced and my car was ready to go by lunchtime. Not having to rent a car to get to work and school or wait days for my car to be repaired means so much to me as a student living on a tight budget. The staff were courteous and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend them!

Had a flat with a rock/sharp in it. Setup online appointment on Sunday for Sunday noon, Shawn called me to say that they had openings earlier and try to keep shop work to before noon on Sunday when possible. Very appreciated that they reached out and weren t just closed up later with no information.Flat with single puncture was ~30 bucks and about an hour and some.

I always appreciate the quality customer service from these guys. In an emergency I needed to get my brake pads and rotors changed. After calling a few places, I was fortunate to find that they were one of the few places around town that had the rotors in stock and could get them changed for me same day. Despite being very short staffed due to the hurricane and only taking customers first come first served, they still got my rotors changed pretty quickly.

I'd put no stars if I could. Went there and needed a left rear wheel bearing dealt with. My car came out an hour later and my abs light was on. I went inside and asked about that. The manager, I guess he was the manager...a heavy set white dude....said the light was on when they pulled it in. A complete lie. He even tried to "spell" it out to me. When they checked it again I was told it was on another wheel. The heavy set dude went ballistic on me and said I"M NOT TALKING TO YOU ANYMORE!!! and left and went hid in his office. The job also cost me 600 dollars. They had tried to charge me over 700 dollars till I protested, this was before I saw my abs light was on. I contacted another goodyear...telling them I need a rear bearing changed. They quoted me 250 dollars....and no more than 400 dollars with what was written that this Baton Rouge location did to my car after I got there I told them what really happened and showed them my receipt.This other goodyear saw that this location had messed up a ring on the wheel they dealt with. This other goodyear location fixed it for me...no charge. All the people at this Baton Rouge location are liars...others tried to back him up by lying. Not all goodyear locations are bad...this one is absolutely bad. Not only did they cheat me...they tried to make me feel bad...like it was my fault.

Worst customer service I ve ever experienced. Bought a set of tires just for my rear wheels totaling about $1500, one of them immediately started leaking and would drop 10-15 psi in a day. Called them up to try and repair it, they went outside and looked at it for about 15 seconds and said it was a special tire and they can t repair it. But recommended I buy another new tire and try that. Wouldn t even try to help me and let me leave on a flat tire.. Took it to a shop down the road and found out they sealed the tire incorrectly and fixed it in about 30 minutes. If you value your car DO NOT trust these people to work on your vehicle.

I received great customer service at this location. Inspite of it being a Saturday the service was completed pretty quickly. The store manager was extremely knowledgeable, I was comfortable with the information that I received. Didn't feel as though he was trying to sell me on unnecessary things.

Messed up lugs on my ram. Had to purchase new ones from them if I wanted to leave. A month later needed to replace brake pads and the new lugs they installed are overtight took me 4 hours to get lugs out. And ruined 4 in the process.

We use this location for all of our general servicing and repairs and have done so for well over 5 years now. The repairs themselves are always top notch. What this location and I am sure all Goodyear locations need is a computer system upgrade! The manager on duty that I spoke to was aware that I had 2 forms of payment however never mentioned that their payment system is not equipped to take 2 separate payments. It wasn't until we arrived to pay that we were informed. The staff insisted they could not do anything about it. It was highly stressful for us as well as the staff and it was not until the conversation turned heated that the manager attempted to make accommodations in their old system. He was able to figure out a work around and we were finally able to pay with 2 cards. I did write this review on the Goodyear site as well. It is our hope that soon Goodyear can send the MS-DOS era program back to 1995 where it belongs.

They did good and quick work on my car but experienced terrible customer service when I was trying to pay with their malfunctioning debit/credit machine. Front desk worker tried to insinuate I have fraudulent cards (never had issues any other place with my cards) because 1 person card worked after me even though another employee said multiple people were having issues with the machine throughout the day. I walked to the nearby ATM at chase and had no issues getting cash out with my card. I've heard rumors about some of their employees unfriendly nature and now that I experienced it I will not be going back again.

When this place was owned by Mr Wild the work done was always great. Went there for 25 years. Since Goodyear bought it I have had nothing but problems . Don't change the filters, don't check the fluids and did not fix my brakes. Had to argue to get tires rotated that they sold meI will never go back. Now go to Burbank Car Care and very happy with the work.

Had a damaged tire, which couldn't be patched. It has to be replaced instead. The price was good and the car didn't take much time at all. A few days later, the tire in the back was flat, which I thought may have been damaged by the same pothole. After calling Goodyear to tell them about it, they told me to bring the car right in, even though they closed in 50 minutes. Not only was the tire fixed before closing time, they didn't charge me to patch the tire! From now on, this will be where I go whenever the car needs some work.

I have had several things done on my car here at Goodyear on Siegen Lane. Every time I come here I have a wonderful experience. Eric and his team are very friendly and informative on the care that they provide. I definitely recommend using them for any of your car needs.
