Jill, The rep from Glass America provided such a great & stress free process. Jill kept me updated & informed on the status of my claim, & throughout the whole process. Casey was the repair tech that came out to my home. He was professional, a great communicator and job well done. He even put the inspection sticker back on there so neatly with no peeling. I m very glad to appreciate Casey s work today. He s a professional engineer with fifteen-year experience. Clean operation, quick thinking. He knows everything about your cars. Amazing! It s an art! If I have choices, I would like to give him TEN STARS. What s more, he is a funny guy! You didn t feel boring to watch his work.Buy me a coffee if you like my photos haha.

I needed my front windshield repaired on a car that has lots of sensors with the driving safety features & lane change features etc that my older car didn t have. I wasn t aware that windshield calibration was a thing until my car failed inspection and that inspector told me about it. After calling several shops where I received conflicting information where some shops it had to be calibrated and other shops said it wasn t necessary, I called my State Farm agent who recommended Jill. Jill explained the need for the calibration which would impact my cars sensors. Turns out my car needed both dynamic & static calibration. Glass America was easy to work with. They picked up my car from my job & returned it to me. After reading about the role & necessity of calibration, I was surprised to experience local glass replacement companies who didn t feel it was necessary. I appreciated the information provided & the ease of working with Jill. WhileI hope to not need another windshield, I would recommend & use Glass America again.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I have used Glass America multiple times now and I highly recommend them for any type of windshield repair or replacement. My information was given to Jill and she reached out to me immediately to schedule a time to have my service done. Casey was the technician that replaced my windshield both times and he was able to come to my work the very next day and had my windshield done in under an hour! Outstanding service!Jill Mace went far and beyond.Very grateful to her for taking the time to explain options, walking me through each stage of the claims process and helping me save an insane amount of money! and I haven't mentioned their Impressive turnaround. I called Jill on a Friday and technician Casey Rose was replacing my windshield Monday morning. She also scheduled recalibration directly with dealership. Glass America and Jill Mace Rose hooked me up with a new back glass after it shattered at work on 9/26! We made the call and they said they had a new one in stock and to come on get it replaced! The tech had me in and out within like 30 minutes!

The absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECHNICIAN SERVICE I have ever had with getting auto glass replaced. My son needed a side glass and my husband a windshield. Jill was able to locate my sons glass, even with a National shortage. I gave her my insurance information and that was it. She handled EVERYTHING. Easiest transaction ever!! Casey replaced the side glass and the windshield quickly, effortlessly, and perfectly. Couldn t have asked for better service all the way around. Excellent customer service from scheduling to installation! My car is new and I was very concerned about my replacement windshield leaking! The installer listened to my concerns educated me on the installation process and invited me to observe. It has rained a few times since the installation and I am very happy to say no leaks!!

I was apprehensive about using an online company but considering the price, I went ahead and did so. I am extremely pleased I did. Both the scheduler and Casey, the tech were great. On time, perfect install at nearly 1/2 the price of the other quotes. I ll definitely use them again if need be.
