Extremely courteous, polite, welcoming and knowledgeable group of people. I m actually excited to tell you about these employees: honestly they know you gotta have a little anxiety because you re there. They make you forget just how much you have to pay because they are so caring. It s like they make you comfortable enough that even bad news about my car is going to be ok just because I KNOW THAY WILL FIX IT. Thanks so much to all the employees but a special thanks to the ones at Cortana Baton Rouge La.

Mr. Chester and the technicians at Firestone Cortana always do a nice job not only with my vehicle but with communicating with my husband and myself about any other recommendations that they have. they are always pleasant.

Travis quickly found the correct size tire and had it installed in short order. I was near Cortana mall looking at my Gps hit a concrete curb blew my front tire out immediately, slowly drove to firestone and they fixed me up.

My Firestone experience was good, they got my services completed before the estimated time. My only problem was, I went in with my tires needing air & got all checked out & paid, got ready to leave & had to go back and ask if I had to pay extra to get air. Now, tire pressure check is part of the vehicle inspection (which I paid for) so, I was a bit annoyed that I had to go back and ask them to put air in my tires.

Someone greeted me when I walked in! Don't get that much these days. Went in for an alignment. Got a printed out computer diagnosis in color of the problem. All under 2hrs! Great job!

July 30th 2023 . I when in there buy tire. Once the gentleman-name is Technician 69 John at the Baton Rouge location saw he came to the like he about to locked the door. I told hime it was still open, he said what do need, I need a tire, he said well I do not have anyone to put your tire on. I said ok i just need buy it and someone will but it on and he said I don't take debit card and I don't know what Firestone place doesn't take debit card he said it was rule. I told him that my car broke down and I just need a tire. I have get a Uber to take me to the nearest gas station ATM. I but wouldn't stop i will file a complaint about that store customer service representative, i did call other firestone auto care and they said they never heard that before.. one star because i got a tire from there

I highly recommend this location for automobile service. Travis and Chester are both great to work with. No matter what type of service I come in for (oil change, wheel alignment, tires) they always give me their honest opinions regarding recommendations. They don't mind explaining things to make sure the customer fully understands what's going on with their vehicle. I don't normally write reviews but they definitely deserve recognition along with the entire Cortana Firestone team!!

Chester handled my phone call with a great attitude and wonderful customer service. Everyone there was awesome. Justin and Chester both changed all 4 tires and they showed me what true customer service should be like at all Firestone locations. The price was right as showed online and the service was great.

I would like to thank John our service advisor for his awesome customer service. I was traveling from CT to TX and got a flat tire in Baton Rouge. It was getting late and doing a Google search looking for a tire shop this was the only store that answered the phone even though the other store showed that it should of been still open. Anyway i talked to John and told him that I had a flat tire and needed it to get fixed, but wasn't sure if I'd make it by close as was in middle of putting my donut on. John stayed until I got there 10 minutes after was to close. Looked at my tire advised I'd have to replace it as some how the sidewall got punctured. Anyway he stayed and replaced the tire so my daughter and I could continue on our trip. Im so thankful for his help and willingness to stay after hours to help us out.

I wish I could give NO STARS!!!!!!I had a horrible experience. This was quite possibly the worst first impression I've ever gotten from any consumer establishment in my life.The worst part is that I didn't even get my car serviced!I made my appointment through CarAdvise. I was actually looking for a garage that I could start a long time relationship with since I used my car for my business. I was also prepared to spend between $600-$800 in maintenance and car care in the next couple of days.However, I was dismissed before I could even make a new appointment.I arrived at the shop at 4:30pm prepared for my 5pm appointment (I see online that it says they are open until 7pm).There was only one clerk at the front at first, so I stood in line. A dark-skinned gentleman who was pretty fit with a gray beard came from the shop area to one of desks and asked if he could help me. I told him that I made an appointment and that's when he said that they don't take appointments that late.He then proceeds to look past me and ask the young man in line behind me, "How may I help you?" as if to say to me, "I'm done with your concerns." I was still standing directly in front of him. I brushed off the first instance of disrespect and I informed him that I scheduled it through CarAdvise.He said that it usually goes straight to their system. He asked my name, I told him. He said that he didn't have my name in the system. He told me that they usually reject appointments that are scheduled too late in the day and that I should have gotten a notification that it wasn't accepted.I told him that I'd gotten a confirmation text message at 4pm reminding me to be at the establishment for my 5pm appointment. I told him that I got a confirmation message. He told me that if I wanted an oil change I should have come at around 2:30pm (I never told him that I was there for an oil change, that was listed in my CarAdvise order). He said that there was no way for them to do one at that time.Instead of asking me if I'd like to reschedule. Instead of giving me a moment of his time, he proceeds to speak to the young man behind me again. This time, I gathered my things and decided to leave.I am disgusted at this experience. It was hurtful. It was humiliating and it displayed a complete lack of regard for a potential customer. It was one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I've ever had in my life.

I was out of state had my catalytic converter stolen. They did a great job replacing it . They are also very close to Enterprise rental if you need a temporary solution while your car is being repaired.

Excellent customer service! Todd was so kind and respectful. I needed an emergency repair and came in unexpected. He went above and beyond to get me what could have been two days worth of service completed in one day by calling another store to get a part that I needed so I didnt have to inconvenience my schedule and wait for it to be delivered. As a woman I felt that he provided me with quality service for a very fair price. I trust this location, their staff, and reccomend their location! Thank you Todd for getting me back on the road sooner and safely!

Went in with a tire not holding air. Was told the wait would be about 3 hours. I waited there because I had no place else to go. One and a half hours later they called me to the front and I was paying less than $20 for tire repair. Thanks again Firestone for great service and a great price.

They're extremely helpful and friendly. I got 4 new tires, balanced & mounted with a warranty for around $520. I'll definitely be going back to this location.

I have never written a bad review on any site for any business. I have also never been treated as a customer in such an unprofessional way. I called twice to assure my appointment time for an oil change and brake inspection. The "assistant manager" Gary rudely and unprofessionally told me I had the wrong appointment time, and appointments are never available for that time. He didn't care to know who had misinform me or try to help me in any way saying it was my "mistake." Now I will embark on a 200 mile car ride with a check engine light and brakes that haven't been inspected. Thank you Firestone Complete Auto Care.

Extremely poor workmanship. I got my brakes and rotors replaced. They completed the job, or so I thought.The following day, my brakes started to seize and smoke as I was heading to the store. I called them about the issue. They told me to bring it back. I told them that I can't drive it because of the brakes. They told me to tow it back to their shop, and promised to reimburse the 105 dollars that I paid for the tow.

I brought my truck there due to a low tire that I have had to air up two mornings in a row. I purchased the tire from Firestone and the tire Mentioned is under warranty. I waited for an hour a half for the to tell me that they could not find anything wrong with it. This morning at 5:30am I m airing up a tire with nothing wrong with it. Incompetents Is why they didn t find anything wrong with it. This will be the last time my company and myself uses Firestone. I ll pay more per tire for better service.Update 10-12-18I took the tire to a small but well known tire shop I ve been going to with my personal vehicle for years and they found a pin hole with in five minutes of having the tire off of my truck. I waited for an hour there due to them being very busy but the problem found and fixed.This Firestone location needs to do something about the lack of motivation, momentum and incompetence of their employees.

The wait time is horrible. I have road hazard protection and went in to have a tire repaired. I was told there was only one (1) car ahead of me. The service representative advised me that there would be a two (2) hour wait for the repair. It should be noted that it took over two hours to complete this simple repair. This will be my first and last time purchasing Firestone Tires. Horrible Service

The only good thing about this place was the good price to mount my new tires. Now the cons. I was told it would take two hours to put on new tires, but never got a call until 4 or 5 hours later when I was notified I'd need an alignment too. Okay thats fine, shouldn't take long. Welp I never got a call back they things were finished, so I had to call them right before close to check if the project was complete, alas it was. So finally the 2 hour mounting process turned into an 8 hour day for me without a car. Ok still understandable (kind of but not really). Then I get a call three days later that they forgot to put my spare back under my truck so I'd have to go back and pick it up.. how could they forget that..? Not only that but it's now two weeks later and the valve stem has a leak in it so overall gotta go back tomorrow to get that fixed too. Moral of the story, don't go here. Spend a few extra bucks on a reliable shop thats going to get things done on time and the right way.

Went in for a simple alignment, told them the specs I would like. Returned the car nowhere near the specs I requested and barely within their own "specified range." Asked them to fix my alignment and got every runaround from "The vehicle is already off the rack" to "the mechanic is busy now." I'll never go back. Waste of money.

Great attitude from the workers but service is slow and irresponsible. It's now 6:29 p.m. and they decide to start a brake job at 5:45 when they know they close at 7 p.m. after the vehicle was brought in at 3:20. People done came in, got they work done and finish. We as customers dont want to be here waiting to closing time just like the workers dont want to be here after closing.

Horrible customer service. They created a new problem when I had my tire replaced and to cover themselves they conveniently lost my original receipt then lied about it after having me sit there for 4 hours. Even when I received a facsimile of the receipt they were not helpful.
