If y all can go to the other ones in Baton Rouge please do. I dropped my car off at 12 to get new breaks. They said they would call to give us an estimate. No one called after hours of waiting. We called at 3 and they said we working on it it s on the rack right now . We call again at 5. They said they haven t started yet can you leave it over night . Y all my car been sitting in the parking lot for 5 hours. I understand if a place is busy or something but to lie is crazy. If they would have said in the beginning that they couldn t do it today I wouldn t be mad but to lie and waste my day is unprofessional. How am I supposed to trust a lying company to fix my brakes? PLEASE GO TO THE OTHER ONES IN BATON ROUGE

The little manager is rude. Drinks 3 Cokes in 1 hour. Staff just chilling. I am so happy I only had a tire to repair. 2 hours waiting . Back to Georgia I go.

I have been back and forth with this firestone I have maxed out my firestone card and my girlfriend firestone card trying to get her car fixed we have spent almost 4 thousand dollars at this place in one month and a half and the car is still not fixed the same Code came up multiple times I paid to have them fixed and the car is still doing the same thing. I am done with this firestone 4 thousand dollars and I still have bring the car to another shop to be fixed. I don't know what to do about this someone told me to get a lawyer. But this firestone will never get my business again. And I may need to find a lawyer

Horrible. Came in to get rotors change left started driving and my whole break caliber came off cause my kids and I to slide a cross the hwy at night while raining. My kids are terrified!! I ve been having problems with my truck every since.

worst tire shop to go to for anything! slowest shop in baton rouge!! they will make you miss your whole day sun up to sun down! 8hours for a tire change ! & communication is horrible!! if you want faster work please go somewhere else!

Had to replace a tire covered by road hazard warranty, nail was in the outer third of tire. Informed that Firestone don't allow them to repair tires with damage in that area. The tire had been discontinued and they were unable to locate the same tire. Could only locate an upgraded version of the tire for replacement. Had to pay a prorate for the upgrade plus a higher amount for road hazard warranty. Spend the better part of two days to get another tire. I still don't understand what purpose the warranty coverage on the damaged tire served me. The tire had 9/32 of tread remaining. I thought they could have paid another tire shop for a repair of the tire instead of charging me to purchase a new tire. Poor company rule. Did nothing to help me as a customer. No problem with the store but company rule could be modified, the tire could have been repaired with a patch.

Provided great service in a timely fashion. Mechanic was very detailed in explaining the mechanical issue with my truck. However, if you do find yourself having to wait, walk on over to Tony's and get you a hot plate of food. I got the ribs, greens, and mac & cheese.

Was told to come in at 2pm to get one tire replaced. It is now going on 5 o clock and i still do not have my car. The tire is here. I ve seen it. It shouldn t take this long for service. Take your business elsewhere.Service: TiresService: Tires

Chris is my dude there. He always gets me fixed up and the older guy that s always at the front inside he always helps me too and gave me a discount on my tires a couple weeks ago only paid like 400$ for a set which was pretty cheap for tires and they good ones too.This is the only Firestone I trust out of all them.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Go somewhere else and save your money and time. They are not honest AT ALL. They are money hungry and if you don t know much about cars they will 100% take advantage of you. I saved almost $100 and saved myself from buying a new tire just by going to the tire shop down the street. They tried to lie to me and add on expenses and services that weren t even needed. Not only did they lie but I came to the shop around 2pm and they told me they couldn t even change my tire until tomorrow The guy down the street changed my tire in less than 10 minutes. If you go to this shop you will be lied to about what you actually need done to your car and you ll there alllll day for something simple as a tire change that takes 15 minutes. Consider your options before going here.

Great service all over. Took my sister's car in to get a new tire, and it had to be ordered. It took some time coming in, because of the bad weather, but as soon as it came in I was notified. Went back to get it put on with no hassle, and again great customer service, from everyone. Now when I get my own vehicle; I'll know where to go to get great tires, and service.

Guy in the front at the desk has a nasty attitude. He did not even stop to accommodate my presence when I walked in. He has a hard time understanding and the service he provides only makes matters worse. I left and went to the Firestone at Cortana where the service is better.

This place is terrible. I have brought company trucks here more than once, which is my fault, because they are right down the road from work. They take forever to do minor jobs like change a battery and a tire, they play on there phone while you wait to be seen, they act like they invented the tire. I have waited 2 weeks to get a battery replaced in the truck and now I get told only one person inside at a time when there are 3 more inside. Every experience I have had here was terrible. I have had to bring vehicles straight from here to another shop because of a misdiagnosis and they acted like it was the battery Which I told them I got checked the day before and was perfectly fine so needless to say they are garbage if you can help it find somewhere else.

I waited almost 3 hours and missed class for a battery change thinking It ll only be an hour or so. My car was getting worked on but a lady caught an attitude so they paused on my car and started to work on hers then continued to work on mines.Service: BatteryService: Battery

I bought tires from this location. I also purchased the road harzard on each tire. I came in because the tire pressure light was on. I was told to go out air in my own tires, I was told it was too cold and early to come out to put air in my tires, i was told my road harzard purchase wasn t for air. I have never been so neglected with a purchase and assurance ever in my life. This short manger than runs this location is the absolute worst. His disregard for customer is outrageous. I m furious!

2.5 hour wait for an oil change. I'm usually very patient because I know services can take time. But I watched my car sit in the parked spot for nearly an hour not being worked on. Finally when I stood up and started pacing the man working at the counter went to check on the status, at this point I'd been waiting for an hour and a half. I needed new tires but I told him I'd already been waiting for 2 hours on an oil change I didn't have anymore time to give away. He was polite and apologized profusely. The tech that was doing my oil change also appologized, but tried blaming the time on him "checking over everything." If that were the case I would have seen someone near or touching my car in the nearly 2 hours it sat without assistance. After all this they didn't place the sticker on my windshield of when to get another oil change

Took my truck here for some simple things. New tires (which I brought with me) a front end alignment, and a front end lubrication service. When I got my truck back (AFTER A 4 HOUR WAIT TIME) My steering wheel was crooked, and the truck pulled hard to the left. When I returned home, I checked to see if they performed the lubrication service. They didn't. So I went and bought a grease gun and did it myself. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said 'maybe the road was causing my truck to pull left' so I drove it for 2 weeks to see if there would be any improvement. After 2 weeks my front tires were already going bald on the inside (which is the reason I took it in for an alignment in the first place). So not only did they not do what they were paid to do, they also cost me an additional set of tires. I would rate this place zero stars if I could! Lazy people who call themselves mechanics but have zero pride in their work. I will NEVER take any vehicle back to this shop again! Not worth the money I spent on the service and cost me $1,000 in tires. What a waste!

Firestone on Plank Rd was amazing! I had a flat from a pot hole and even though they were super busy they made room for my car and got a new tire on immediately. I was very impressed and happy with the service.

They take their time with your car. I've waited hours for my vehicle but it's always worth it. I travel a good distance passing up others firestones just for this location. This is the only place I've let touch my car.

SERIOUSLY, GO SOME WHERE ELSE AND NEVER COME HERE. NOBODY EVER SAID HOW LONG THE WAIT WOULD BE OR ANYTHING. AND THE MANAGER KEPT HIDING! Worst place ever. I waited from 12:30pm to 6:05pm to have a tire changed. A TIRE CHANGED!! I will never come back here and I will never recommend this place to anyone!

I took my old red car for oil change and the had my car over there all day without them changing my oil and they stated by law if they can't open the hood they can't touch it. Ok cool I went and unlatch the hood. So I am thinking they were going to change my oil not __stupid ---- he had called me 30 mins and told me that I had a serious bad oil leak and I knew he was lying. I think the manager got mad because I told them that I didn't have to go threw that with George. That manger over there is not to be trusted. Go on Florida to George or Contana Mall. Do not go to them. I have had all my car serviced and taking care of over there and yes I feel I waste a day trying to get oil change. Firestone on Plank road by Tonyseafood. Go to George again on Florida street or contana mall. If you don't like them at all go somewhere else but don't go to FIRESTONE ON PLANK

I had an amazing experience at this Firestone location! Service was quick and they did an amazing job! Spoke with Fouad on the phone and was given great customer service with a great price! I will be back for all my car service needs!!

Not helpful. Employees seemed to be uneducated mechanically. That combination doesn't work for a firestone. Shouldn't have the name. Or should close down this location
