Purchased my wife s tires from Tire engineers. No issues there, great experience. My problem is when I just purchased my truck with 35 tires on it already so I was going to get them to rotate them. They charged me $150 to rotate them.. took well over an hour. I called the next day and asked over phone, how much to rotate 35 tires? They told me $65 over phone. So I go in and talk to the manager to find out why I was charged $150. He says buy the tires from me and it s free The next service shop I called charged $40 and had me in and out in 30 minutes. Y all lost my business on all my vehicles

Went in for an oil change and they got me in and out quickly and gave me a fair price. Very friendly service. I didn t have to get out of my car which is good since I had my child with me. I will return in the future.

The guys at Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers were awesome! After going to multiple different places and getting multiple high prices and being told so many different things that were wrong; these guys were wonderful. They checked all my tires and only had a nail in one tire. I'm so thankful for their honesty! Thank you, Kaleb and Warren!!

I went in to get my car looked at because the steering wheel was very shaky. Kris did an amazing job of figuring out the problem and getting my car back up to shape. Definitely recommend this place for any car issues!

Quick and efficient service. My car was in and out in a few hours, and the problem was fixed quickly and correctly.Honest and trustworthy mechanics. The mechanics were upfront about the problem and what needed to be done, and they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs.Reasonable prices. The prices were fair and competitive, and I felt like I got a good value for my money.Friendly and helpful staff. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made sure I was informed about the progress of my car's repair.Overall, I would highly recommend this car repair services center. I would definitely go back if I needed car repairs in the future.

I have no complaints for this establishment. I was made aware of everything that I needed to know before the service began, and I appreciate that. I was told what the total cost of the service would be and given an estimated wait time. My vehicle was indeed completed on time. I m a stickler for good customer service due to working in the industry for over 15 years. The employees I interacted with all had great customer service skills, especially Warren, who serviced me. I ll definitely come back to this location for any future tire needs.

Discovered almost dead battery and tire damage when I came in for oil change and tire rotation. Tire and battery were replaced along with oil change and tire rotation in a timely fashion. Huge shoutout to Kalob and Christian!

I went to store 3043 to get the oil changed in my Chevrolet Cruze. When the technician was trying to replace the oil filter on the car he was struggling to get it installed so he went to get help from other employees. Ultimately what turned out to be store manager used screwdrivers and pliers on the filter and after a while he wound up cutting parts of the oil filter away with wire cutters. After installing the modified oil filter he asked his technician to come watch the oil pressure gauge in the car when we started it. My car doesn t have a pressure gauge so we started anyway. I questioned them on the modification and asked for them to make a note on my receipt that they installed the modified filter on my care because obviously it was the incorrect filter. The store manager Warren Haskell preceded to tell me he knew what he was doing and the technician was just new. That it was perfectly fine. If it was perfectly fine and he knew what he was doing and was so confident in his work why would he want the oil pressure monitored? I ve never had an oil change place request to monitor the oil pressure on startup. Only reason for that is if he was worried about improper oil pressure. I continued to press for a note and he continued to refuse the somehow they found the right oil filter that went on with out modification and switched it out. But still refused to make a note of any of this happening. I m trying to decide now if I need to get my oil changed someplace else soon to insure it is done properly and I don t have any issues.******* Update *********Ok for a followup on my review from Saturday. I spoke to someone at Oil Change Express corporate and also Mavis Tire (as requested on that review), both of the corporate offices were very nice and seemed concerned and listened to me. I then got a call from the location I went to from someone who didn t give their name (maybe the manager I had the interaction with?). Said Heard you wanted me to call back . I said I didn t ask for a call back but was just wanted to give feedback on my service. He said so are you having an issue with your car. Nope, not yet, hopefully never but time will tell. He then said they did nothing wrong, followed all of their defined steps and trainings, and asked if I was a mechanic. Nope I m not a mechanic but have been blessed with several classic cars over the years. I know my way around an engine bay. I didn t take my daughters car for service because I couldn t do it. I took it there for convenience. Some things I feel my time is more valuable than the cost. After this I am still concerned if they would modify a filter after getting wrong one to save money, did they actually put the full synthetic oil I requested or cut corners there as well. Really thinking I may need to change her oil again. The paperwork I got said they checked all kind of stuff (cabin air filter, horn, lights, fluids, etc) that they didn t do.Service: Oil change

I'm had a wonderful experience with Expree Oil change and Tire Engineer. They we explained everything to me and a great customer service. A gentleman name Dakota help me and he was wonderful. I highly recommend him and the place.

I originally went to a different place nearby and the service tech were unfriendly and unprofessional. I left and went directly to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. Best decision I made today. They didn't immediately recommend a replace my still relatively new tire. They LOOKED FOR WAYS TO SAVE ME MONEY by examining the tire first to see if could be repaired. When they determined it couldn't be repaired, they showed me my options and gave me quotes on what needed to be done so that I was fully aware of what to expect.Because of their professionalism and friendliness, they have earned a loyal customer and will be the first place I consider with all my vehicle's services.
