I recently had a small accident in my car and I went straight to the dealership, unfortunately, Bmw does not do any fender bender work, or any type of auto body work. So they referred me to custom colors. I was a little nervous because it wasn t my dealership. Nevertheless, once I got there, they made me feel comfortable. I thought it was just a simple, scratch, so it would be very easy. Needless to say, I had to get an entire new bumper . Even though it took about 3 1/2 weeks, they did an amazing job on my car. It was definitely worth the wait. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needed auto body work done.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

The shop was very clean. The personnel was very knowledgeable. Access to the car was made available if needed. Workmanship was impeccable. The manager, Mr. McKnight was so helpful and patient with my overbearing self I actually had to go back and apologize. First off the car looks like it has never been wrecked at all. Audi A4 2017. It took three months but parts coming from Germany were on back order. The car looks fabulous and the employees there were always super nice when I called to check on it. If I ever have another need for a paint and body shop, I will definitely use them. Pretty good customer service, they couldn t take care what I needed but helped me to get to the right place. I have break fluid all splashed on my car after an accident(I wasn t involved in the accident but the fluid got to my car and burned the paint on my car) recommended

I have great feedback for the owners. My main issue was the quality of the work and workers. Professionalism should be treated throughout the entire process. I know the job of a auto body shop is to make profit and therefore tools are in order to make the process faster. Rushed workmanship offers subpar results. Mottling in the paint, overspray, and a dent from inconsiderate workers on my vehicle.Edit 2/23/2020Not to mention the paint clearcoat is peeling again for the second time after it was completely repainted for it peeling a first time . Either they are not prepping the vehicle right or the person doesn t know how to paint. No paint should fail twice in 6 months.

I have been taking cars to Custom Colors for over 10 years now. They always come back perfect. I even sent my mother there to have her car repaired. She was happy with them too. I was in the hale storm in September in my sons driveway State Farm gave me options on Auto body work places. Custom Colors had the best ratings! First spoke with Destina on phone call. So nice and very professional. The company is family owned and it shows. My date is set for December 12th, that's how good and busy they are! I decided to drop by and get on waiting list for any cancellations. I personally met Destina and Jennifer. Such a nice family atmosphere and willing to take the time to help me! Much appreciated indeed! Jennifer took the time to inspect my truck without any appointment just ad casual as her personality. Jennifer said to call in two weeks, she would make that happen before 12/12 Great, can't wait to get repairs and very confident all will be professional and very satisfied customer! My son s Jeep was hit and needed repair. Even though they were booked up, Custom Colors said they would try and work the Jeep in so my son could have it for his 16th birthday. They delivered outstanding service, great communication, amazing results and they even got the job completed ten days sooner than expected. I would highly recommend this business. I brought my F250 in for an insurance repair to my rear quarter panel and bumper at the recommendation of my brother.Ian and the staff here are professional, polite and prompt with all aspects of the work.I will be back to have them take care of a couple of dings on my Mercedes convertible. Very pleased!

I had recommended customers of mine to Custom Colors in the past when they were in need of body/paint work. But, in January of this year I was the one that was in need. I contacted Mr. Ian McKnight and told him my situation and to be expecting my Dodge Ram soon for repairs. I dropped my pickup off on Monday 1/21/19 having previously went over with Mr. McKnight the extras I wanted performed along with the body repairs needed. My pickup was ready for me to pick it up on Tuesday 1/29/19. Mr. McKnight and his staff did an excellent thorough job. No repair needed or extras I requested were missed. From start to finish I was treated with courtesy and respect. My 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 looks fantastic once again, Thanks to the crew at Custom Colors. I would highly recommend Custom Colors for your automotive repair shop. My son got in a wreck and we brought his truck to Custom Colors. They were quick to repair his vehicle, took care of following up with the insurance company, made sure to communicate with me and was most helpful and polite. They called me a week after the repairs were made just to make sure we were satisfied and that we received the insurance payment.-Cori DePrato

Took my car in for an estimate. They quoted me half of what another place estimated. They got the work done quickly and cheaper than what was estimated. Will definitely be going to Custom Colors with any future work.
