Service was great. DOT inspection by appointment only. FYI, DOT inspection on my hotshot truck and trailer was expensive at more than double the cost compared to the petro in Hammond which is definitely worth the extra drive.

unfortunately though they do good work, the service department lacks on the "How to talk to customers" area. I still recommend them for service work but the service department needs a bit more coaching on customer service!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

One of the best shops in Baton Rouge. Sat there at the vehicle inspection station for 10 to 15 minutes. About 10, literally 10, employees walked passed me waiting to get a vehicle inspection and not 1 of them bothered to ask if I was being helped. I left. Went to Tri-Care.

I came to have a switch fixed to my trailer. I sat there for over 3 hours.The guy who is to work on my truck pull up after I have already been sitting there after 3 hours park next to me and talked on his phone for 40 mins. He then went into the shop and after a couple mins I went in after him. By the time I got in there he had already taking off his shirt and had his feet propped up. After a min he walked back to his car. I asked him if I could have a status on when I can get the part and he said "Ohhh I am waiting on my parts guy". Needless to say I took my business else where. I found this place unprofessional and will never come back. Word of mouth travels far and I suggest that yall do something about your service guys. As Owner Operator if my wheels are still I am not making money. So my time is valuable as well as yours!!!

Do not waste your time or money dealing with this place. The most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with and in the Trucking industry time is money. If I could give a negative rating I would. My truck was there going on 2 weeks without any notification of any progress and I ended up having to pay a tow truck a second time to take it to a different shop because they hadn't even looked at it to see if it was minor. They would not answer or return any calls, I'm just hoping they didnt strip my vehicle of parts because it seems like that's the kind of company they're running. Run far away from this place and save yourself the stress and headache.
