They did an amazing job on my car. It took a month and a half but it was worth it. The part that was damaged looked brand new like it never happened. If I didn't have a picture of the damaged parts I would have forgotten what the damaged parts looked like. They also cleaned out the inside and vacuumed it. There wasn't a spec of dust or trash in the inside. It was a welcome surprise. They also washed it too. I will chose them against to fix my car in the future 100/10

Every one was very friendly and they make sure all my needs were taken care of. My car was in and out before the finish date.. It looked like it did when I first bought it Brand New off the lot. Thank you collision solutions for a phenomenal job.

Our car was damaged in December when a deer ran into it. We got our car repaired at Collision Solutions and it looks brand new. We have used them before for car repairs. I do recommend anyone who s looking for professional, friendly, and reliable repair shop. Take your vehicle to them.

I brought our truck here after a fender bender. The front of the whole truck needed replacing. They finished the work in the estimated time frame. They even cleaned the outside and interior of the truck before returning. I was very impressed with the level of customer service from drop off through retrieval.

Great quality of performance and Awesome customer service. Unfortunately , I ve had my vehicle repaired by Collision Solutions twice due to automobile accidents . Both times I was satisfied with the repairs. I received my Pathfinder back in TOP NOTCH ..like brand new off the car lot! Collision Solutions has repaired several vehicles for me over the years. They do excellent work and provide you with constant updates on status. I called and had my wife s vehicle scheduled for rear end repair. They finished with our vehicle sooner than the expected date. Very good customer service from Vu. They kept me updated on vehicle process while it was being worked on. Her vehicle looks as great as before. Overall, my car looks great, sounds great. However, I kept getting the run around about when my car would be done so much so, the owner himself said "we keep giving you false promises, let us get you a rental car" this was after my car was already in the shop for 5 months and I had to wait for my parts for 4 of those months. I understand they are busy but don't I didn't appreciate the lack of transparency. However they worked with me.

It was a positive experience after the part was finally received (time frame due to delays since COVID for auto parts). My car went into shop (Collision Solutions) on Monday and my car was ready for pickup on Friday. The work was completed competently and the parking assistance and all other mechanisms are working properly. They even changed the battery in my key which had been changed in September at the Lexus dealership. I was satisfied with the workmanship demonstrated on the repairing of my vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

I was rear ended and needed my rear bumper to be replaced. I dropped off my car in September. My car was not repaired until November. Each time I called or visited the shop in regards to my car I received a different response but the bottom line was my car was not fixed.At the start of November I received a call that the shop lost my keys. I had to give me spare key in order for them to continue with the repair.When I finally picked up my car, I was handed the keys, signed for documents. I did an inspection on my car and noted that the tires all required air. I had to find someone to fill up my tires.I would not recommend this shop if you are interested in quality work.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

EDIT: Years later their work holds up and never had an issue after the fact. They took longer than I wanted but it got done right and under budget.Had my truck for 2 weeks longer than originally told, 1 day shy of 3 weeks total. I was very unhappy with the amount of time. They offered a free rental after they had my truck a week over due, but got the rental until the job was done, 6 days.Now that I have my truck back I have been able to inspect the work done.I honestly can't tell they did anything and that is a good thing. It looks as good if not a little better than before it was wrecked.I will note that my truck was very close to going over the price point of having it totaled and the boss guy was able to keep the number down enough so that I was able to keep my truck and not have it a loss. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I brought my vehicle here to have my back bumper repaired after being rear ended. The quality of service, the staff, and customer service provided was exceptional. The repairs were also done in a timely fashion (3 days). I a am 100% satisfied with my repairs. My vehicle was also washed & vacuumed. Definitely will be back for future repairs and services. Thanks again !
