Great customer service with Wade and Chris at the front desk. They are honest and give you good information about tires and any other work your car needs. And Chabill s has the best tires at competitive prices.

OMG, it s beyond fantastic. So I was tire shopping for one of my tires. I called 5 places random and this place is the one gives me the best impression. They asked me the back story of the need of tire etc and they even told me that they can check the tire to see if I really need to purchase new one. It tuned out, I didn t have to change it and they found a piece of steal and patch it. They even told me that all tire can run about 20k more so no need to replace anytime soon. And it was all free of charge!Indefinitely go to any auto service I need for my car from now on. Thank you Chabill s!!!

I have previously used Chabill's for years for tires and other small repairs. Took my vehicle in to Chabill's on Burbank with a vibration while braking and a popping noise when I was turning. Chabill's came back to me with an estimate of $4,300.00 with repairs that included: front struts, rear shocks, sway bar, tire rods, all four brakes with new pads and rotors, and an alignment. Needless to say, I decided to get a second opinion. I took my vehicle to Tri-Care Automotive on Airline Highway. They came back with an estimate of $1,300.00 that included new brakes and rotors on only the front brakes (just the brake work being around $700). Also got a new battery and several belts replaced that were going out. I asked the folks at Tri-care about the litany of other repairs that were noted by Chabill's and they told me that none of that stuff (shocks, struts, etc.) was broken and needed to be replaced. As a result, Tri-Care has gained a new customer and Chabill's has lost a customer. Be careful when you go to Chabill's for work outside of stuff like getting new tires. They will try to rip you off.

These guys are great. I came in essentially right before they closed and they fixed everything super quickly. You can tell they're passionate about helping people out. Definitely coming back if I have trouble in the future!

Went in with a nail and after 30 minutes they told me I needed a new tire $300, impossible to fix or repair. Went down the street and they told me the nail didn't puncture the tire, the mechanic pulled the (very short) nail out with his fingers and sent me on my way and told me no charge was necessary. Tire is in perfect shape 20,000 miles later and Chabils just sent me a text message telling me I need new tires.

The experience was a good one. They changed my oil, checked all my fluid levels from the windshield wash tank to the rear differential. Rotated my tires and were clean and neat with my vehicle.Work was done when they promised it would be and I received a call when it was completed. Had a front tire going low on air. Called the Burbank store and advised the could take me as soon as I could drive in. The front tire was repaired and tires rotated. Had a new tire warranty plan and was surprised that there was no charge. Got a call about an hour later to come pick up the car. Best tire service and experience from a tire company. Chris at Chabill s was extremely helpful, professional and polite. They were able to make time for my vehicle to get a front end alignment and have it completed before end of day on a Friday. I called in the afternoon hours to see if they had availability to do a wheel alignment and was told that I could drop it off and it would take 2 hours to complete. I showed up and they were able to have me in and out within 30-40 minutes. After many, many obstacles with a different Chabils location, I was sent to the Burbank location. I wanted to banish Chabils forever until I got to them. They were caring, thorough, and communicative throughout the entire process. My car was placed in the shop 3 times prior without being correctly fixed, but the Burbank location resolved the issue and I was made to feel like it was a top priority to get it fixed. I would recommend this location to anyone with a Nissan because they have a Nissan verified technician. I can t thank Chabils Burbank for how accommodating and helpful they were.Service: A/C installation & repair

I called to schedule an appointment to have the air conditioner on my mom's car inspected. It was already overcharged so I couldn't add refrigerant. I was quoted $119, but after it was done, I had to pay $426 for it. AC check/inspection and diagnostic, and recharge. I will never get another service without knowing the full total. I still don't know what's wrong with the air conditioning because the guy said it was pulling too many amps and blowing fuse. So I wast all that much money for him to tell me he's not sure of the problem. I've had good experience there before, but not happy right now! If I would have known that it was gonna cost me that much hard earned money and have no solution, I wouldn't have made the appointment to avoid my money and time wasted.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Air conditioning
