Chabills charged me $500 to fix an oil leak, change oil and flush cooling system.The oil leak persisted and I returned a couple of days later. All they did was refer me to another shop. I felt that Chabills should have offered to refund my money for the ineffective repair.The other shop found the problem which required some extensive work, but they guarantee their work for two years or 24k miles.Chabills also told me I needed new front struts, but the other shop said they were fine.

I m a Real Estate Agent. I m on the road all the time. I knew I needed a truth worthy auto company to be my go to. I found that at Chabills on Coursey Blvd in BR. I am so thankful that I can trust them to care of me and make sure my vehicle is travel worthy. I highly recommend Chabills!

Honest and helpful. Have had several of our cars serviced here with prompt positive results (even with covid shipping issues). When work was beyond the scope of their services, we were quickly notified and pleasantly surprised at no charge for the diagnosis.

I use them but am changing my stars to because my check engine light is still on service soon. Which I mention. And they tact on more then what is actually wrong with your car. I can change my own wiper blades. You can recommend but I usually change my own wiper blades simple. Charging me 70.00 dollars plus is ridiculous. Plus I don't usually give my cellphone number and they have my number the associate needs to call me from the store phone not his personal cellphone. I blocked his number after he called me at 6pm after I already picked up my vehicle at 12:10. Went in for an oil change. I used them when my AC went out. I knew my brakes on the back needed to be done but my vehicle has never leaked in shaft area. Now you think I want to be recommended for strut assembly when I just got all of the things your company did which was over 1000.00 dollars I'll shop around for thatServices: Air conditioning, Oil change

Brought my truck in for an oil change and tires balanced & rotated. The guy at the front tried to cheat me out of over $4000 worth of work that needed to be done immediately. I have been a customer of Chabills for several years now but will never return after that experience.

I walked in thinking I might need a battery, and left my car running, just in case. Even without an appointment, they took my car in right away, diagnosed that it indeed needed a battery, and replaced the battery, all within an hour. Great service and very respectful and professional.

My wife returned from work and let me know she could hear air hissing from the front passenger tire. I called Chabills at 5 pm and they said they could take care of it asap. Saved me from having to mess with a spare. They patched the tire, ans I was back home at 6 pm. Thanks for taking care of me!Service: TiresService: Tires

Kind of a bit disappointed but not informed enough to be able to leave a terrible review. In short, I got my oil changed and tires rotated roughly 2-3 months ago. When I got the truck back, the tire sensor light was on. I didn't do/say anything because I was busy. Fast forward to new oil change time, I inform them of the light and how it happened right after the last oil change and tire rotation. They check it out and 3 of the sensors are dead and one has a low battery. How can that be? That would be the worst luck with timing if 3 die the same day I get my tires rotated. Logic and reason would suggest that something may have possibly caused this to happen during the time rotation. Either way, up a creek. Partially on me for leaving the parking lot the first time and not alerting them at that time. Would have been nice if someone could look at the maintenance records, see that I am telling the truth, and maybe come to a compromise instead of me just having to pay ~$80 per sensor that was potentially/dare I say probably damaged when I got my tires rotated.

Excellent experience. Came in for routine maintenance and oil change, but discovered my tires were pretty dry rotten. After a quick call to confirm we had new tires sent over same day and installed all within a couple of hours. Had a screw in one of my tires(which were not purchased there) called Chabill s & they had time to remedy the situation. Took my info to check me in, patched my tire (not a plug but a patch) for NO CHARGE AT ALL! COMPLETED within 15 min max! And again, NO CHARGE! I didn t even know there are people kind enough to do a service for FREE!!! . They were very quick, polite & professional! I hope to bring my car soon to get my tires rotated & aligned (& NO, they did not try to sell me on that, which I appreciated, it s just something needing to be done). A+++t service!!! Got a screw in my tire. Made an appointment to get it checked out. They found out my sidewall had been impacted. So, I had to get it replaced. The Coursey crew went the extra mile and picked up my tire, because it was out of stock. A couple of hours, and no stress, later I was on the road. Just had to pay for my new tire warranty.
