Always the Best, Professional, Fast Friendly Service. They make me feel like I am the only customer and my car is the only one they have to service each time I go!!! The best Foreign Automobile Service Center in the Baton Rouge Area. Period.

Went to have A/C checked and was given a partial estimate. DO NOT EVER LET A REPAIR SHOP KNOW THAT YOU ARE UNDER WARRANTY! I took the partial estimate to the car called the warranty company & was told what was needed to do! Went back in & stated the warranty & surprise, surprise the treatment was different!I took my car in the next day & stayed 3 hours, got car back & it ran for about 3 blocks, then same problem! I returned 3 times within 4 days. 3 weeks later the same problem remains!The warranty company hadn't paid off yet because they didn't give me the correct paperwork to send off!THIS IS NOT A NEW COMPANY, THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR YEARS. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO TELL THEM HOW TO REPAIR MY CAR NOR WHAT PAPERWORK TO HAVE SIGNED FOR PAYMENT!

Ty has worked on two cars for me and is completing an engine install on a third. His new place looks good and his staff are friendly.Ty makes a point of asking good questions to understand what the customer wants and to work within that budget.Looking forward to getting my 89 Honda Civic back in the road!

I highly recommend them. Owner/Manager Tim is very good professionally and a very nice person, too. He is considerate and efficient. I have been taking my car/s to them over the years. He has been doing good job. Don't hesitate to go to them for your car troubles!

My ENTIRE FAMILY is a customer of CENTURION Car CARE!!! The front man Mack is so knowledgeable! Keith doesn't do anything extra on car until he talks to you. The prices are reasonable and they don't have the elevator effect! Don't trust anybody but this group of men with your car! I've been a loyal customer for 6 years!

Excellent labor price and great alignment work. I had a part replaced and alignment done. Quick work. Really comfortable waiting room with nice couches and strong coffee. Their price beat other quotes I received by considerable amount.

This place is amazing. One of those rare fines of speed, efficiency, and great customer care. Tan took a look at a car we were looking to buy. He walked us through the issues with it, told us how much they were going to be to fix, and gave us his overall opinion in a quick and polite manner. This guy knows his stuff. Great mechanics are hard to find and this is one of them.

I been dealing with Tim a very long time over 20 years. I say Tim and not Centurion because that's how long I been knowing him/them. They have always treated me like family, they fast and they know there business. Hands down they are the best in Baton Rouge. #family

My experience with Centurion Care was phenomenal! Those who work there was very ethical and professional. I was refunded money when the problem with my car persisted after the work was done. I am beyond pleased by Centurion's exceptional and superior customer service and honesty. Each time I have my car serviced, I know that I am valued, and my business is appreciated.

An honest shop - seriously. I've brought about 6 different cars to Tim for repairs from small to very large. They do excellent work, on time as promised, and for a fair price. Personalized care. What more do you want from your mechanic?

Best shop in town! Mr. Mack is honest about the work that has to be done and what it will cost. They are not just trying to take your money. The mechanics know what they are doing and they get it done in a timely manner.

The work itself was somewhat satisfactory, but the customer service is below average. In May I came in for service on my tire and I told them about a possible issue with my transmission and literally telling them to take a look. This guy that works the desk (mack) couldn't be less concerned, initially ignored me then he sends me to the lead mechanic who gives me an "I don't what it could be, it could be a few things." They never brought it back up or out it on the CPU to take look, they were just going through the motions. One customer had to come right back after he left because his brakes weren't keeping pressure and he came for new brake pads! Then this mack guy tries to be disrespectful calling me "young man" even though I'm 40. I didn't play into his immature, simple mindset but I knew I would never go back. In this case, cheaper is definitely not better!

My son brought his vehicle in because it was leaking fluid and the tire monitor light was coming on. Centurion never acknowledged the problem that the vehicle was brought in for. They put new breaks & tires on the vehicle. I thought they had fixed the problem by changing the tires, I thought the tire monitor light would go off. They changed the brakes I thought that would correct the fluid leakage. I was charged $1079 & the vehicle is still doing the same thing that I brought the vehicle in for. My son took the car back in & was told that it would cost $426 more to replace the valve gaskets, they didn't see the oil leak the first time the vehicle was brought in. It's amazing but a week later they found the leak they thought for more money. They were guessing even after putting the vehicle on the machine . I told them this is why the car was brought in the first place. I will not pay another dime to Centurion. The vehicle leaks more since we took it in to Centurion and the brakes still squeak. I ASK, BEG AND PLEAD do not take your vehicle to Centurion Car Care. They are a big rip off & don't know what they are doing. They are all about money and not fixing your vehicle. I wish there were a box with 0 stars.

I had an Exhaust Leak On My Nissan Murano and they fixed it for under $100. There prices are reasonable. Nice friendly staff

What a joke $100 to test a battery. Used to be trustworthy. Now time to find a new mechanic. What a rip off.

Not happy at all. Paid $3,000 for a new timing chain job on my truck. Timing chain broke 3 times. And now they want me to pay another $1,300 to fix what I already paid for. I'm done with them.

This place should be named Centurion because only a Centurion would treat a decent person hard working person like crap. Centurion obviously believes if they can't do the work they want to do on your veichle than they will keep you (the owner of the viechile) and anybody else from fixing it. They believe in fixing it themselves or breaking it so nobody else will fix it. Who does business like this who else Centurion. They called themselves helping me by saying they would tie my hood down to keep it from flying up while driving. Even though I insisted that I have been driving the car for months at high rates of speed and that wasn't likely to happen. I finally agreed anyway but cautioned them to please make it accessible to me in the event of an emergency. Well today the emergency arrived. My car started smoking and I nor the gentleman @ my job couldn't get under the hood to check things out. What if my motor burned up? Would Centurion have paid for it? Yeah, right Centurion. Luckily after several strained attempts the brother finally set my hood free. I certainly will not return to Centurion Car Care yeah right again!!!

I haven't used their services but they should really do a better job of training their people how to answer their phones and make a better first impression. I was planning on taking my vehicle their for repair but just by the way the person answered the phone and spoke to me I will not use their services.

I had an Exhaust Leak and they fixed it with no problem their work is amazing and their prices are cheaper than most shops i definitely would recommend anyone to go here
