After checking around town and hearing the positive reputation the Capital City Collision had established for itself, I left my Mercedes in the hands of Mr. Hughes and his staff. I was beyond satisfied with how well informed they kept me throughout the repair process and I was beyond satisfied with the repairs on my vehicle. Great business and service! I highly recommend Capital City Collision. You won t be disappointed.

I love the professionalism , the receptionist is very knowledgeable and the mechanic are very knowledgeable. I took my 2002 Ford Econoline Van to the on Friday and it was ready by Monday. The Mechanic took the time to explain every step to me showed me the parts that was damaged that had been taken off of my van.I am so thankful to them and they will continue to have my business. I will also recommend them to all my friends and family

I have had my car repaired here once, and my mother has had her car repaired here twice. We were both satisfied with the work and the impeccable customer service. My mother is elderly, and she is always treated well here. I would highly recommend Capital City Collision for your auto repair needs.

***Edit***After reflecting on my total experience with this company, the quality of work provided was immaculate and I was happy with my repairs.The few customer service issues I had were easily fixed in retrospect. I appreciated them reaching out to try and rectify any concerns I may have expressed. My disappointment was truly outweighed by their immediate effort and willingness to make the situation right, and because of that my feelings have changed from the time of my initial review. I can definitely see myself using them in the future----- -----------------------------------------------------------------------Very hard to get phone calls answered... Never received updates on the status of my repairs. Will not use this shop again. Very stressful and disappointing experience.Service: Body & Trim

Worst experience ever!! Dont ever go there...Let me start of by saying they took more than a month almost 2 months to fix my car, the so called "manager" there in the front desk dont know her name she's slim tall dark skin tone, anyways i called and she never answered the phone so i kept on calling till she answers the phone and says " could you stop calling your always calling me and no we dont have an update for you right know, so i asked is that why you haven't answered? cause you know it me! and she said yes stop calling! have a great day and hangs up... jason was worst he refused to do a diagnostic test on my car. i asked him can you take a look at my car aside from the work he was doing already and i quote " no i think it will be better if you would take it somewhere else for other work im only going to focus on the damage that it has know" long story short, i picked up my car today from the shop cause it was suppose to be ready so i go and some plastic that goes in the inner part of the housing of the tire is missing so thats one and the manager said bring it back Monday well replace it. So as i drive out of the shop the brakes are so hard i had to use both feet to brake and the car start shaking and i went to chevron to pump gas its like 7 minutes away from the shop and as i get back in to drive off, the car wont start so i called the manager and i explained to her what happened and she says that it's my problem that she can send someone with jumper cable's and that they are not going to fix it so she hangs up, know i have to call a tow truck to tow to my apartment, know i have to go to Cadillac dealers ship to get it fixed again just cause capital city collision didn't do a good job, horrible experience EVER! poor customer service i cant stress it enough dont go there, and all that is just to name a few things they did to me and my car..

I think Capital City Collision is your one stop shop for for car care. From paint, body work and mechanical needs. CCC Always comes through with very reasonable prices and get the job done in timely fashion. 5 Stars

Excellent customer service! They kept me informed every step of the way. The team there helped me understand the insurance company jargon and everything. I highly recommend Capital City Collision!!!

Everyone there is very unprofessional. Including the front office. The workers do not know what they are doing. Especially when it comes to chargers. My son had to take his car unfinished along with wrong and missing parts.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
