Awesome team, very knowledgeable on HD trucks. Called in service and was able to speak to the owner, I had a truck down was able to limp the truck there and they got me in I was able to get great info on the issue and I was in and out. Very friendly staff. Thank you very much.

I had an issue with a transmission that went out after being repaired by this shop. I talked with the owner and he helped me resolve the issue and get my truck back on the road. I will say this is one of best experiences I have had with a shop where these is an owner that stands behind the quality of their work. I will definitely use this service in the future.

Great road side service here. They go above and beyond. Wish I found them earlier.. But if u need road side service I definitely recommend this place. They don't mess around and honest people which I found out is hard to find here.

The owner came out to do service on my truck and i was really impressed with his cool calm demeanor, it's a common thing these days more often than not to treat Fleet drivers like crap just because the money is not coming out of our pockets. I want to thank him for his kind courteous and informative attitude.Oh yeah and he expressed to me the need for new mechanics to work out on the road and he pays pretty well. so he's hiring if you're looking for a job. I have a fleet of trucks that go thru Baton Rouge LA quite often. Last Monday was the first time I had a break down near Baton Rouge LA on one of our trailers. After calling a few guys in the area I happen to call David. As soon as I spoke to David I knew he was a stand up guy and that he really knew what he was talking about. As soon as my truck showed up at his shop the guys there jumped on the trailer and had figured out what was wrong with it. David not only did a great job fixing my trailer, he also sent me pictures and communicated with me thru the entire process. I have to also point one other thing out that was very important to me, my driver informed me that his Starter on the truck went bad, the guys at OnSite agreed that the starter was an issue and found out that the coil was the bad part and not the actual starter. I been in the business many years and these days stand up guys like David and his crew are hard to find. I highly recommend OnSite Fleet Service to anyone out of Baton Rouge LA or even passing thru make these guys your first call. Hi folksI can't say enough good things about onsite. Or the fantastic guys that help me out and make repairs on my truck on feb.14.2019.I had just made my 1st delivery stop off of Florida and foster ave.I made a hard right turn back into traffic ..bam!!! The drag link the rod end broke and popped out.Manage to get it straight and to the traffic light.Called on-site. 20mins they got IT pooped in and off the road.Torn apart. Ran for parts .fabricated new one. And assembled it in a empty lot. Stool made last delivery on time.Considering all that has to be done.where it had to be completed at.time of day..priced competitively .Thanks againFred MorrisTwo lane logistics LLC

Overpriced.They replaced my brake chamber for $39030/30 brake chamber that cost $58 dollars they charged me $105
