Customer service was A-1 at this location.(2-27-2024 between 3-5 pm)I started out at the Perkins and College drive location with my wife driving, attempting to exchange a broken starter . Every person in that store was very rude or either on their cellular phone. I was rudely told that, the starter that I walked into the store with was not purchased from Autozone . I tried explaining over and over and over again to these workers that I had just purchased it a few months ago and asked them to check their system for my previous purchase of this starter , THEY REFUSED and processed to address me very unkindly while looking at their cellular phones them staring at me. I was then asked to leave the store and told, take that starter and put back on whatever car it came off because that s not our s . The manager then threatened me with calling the police. The manager then walked outside to my wife s car and asked MY WIFE to come and get me before there is trouble .I walked out of that store very upset and had my wife drive me to the Florida Blvd location. Upon walking through those door in Florida Blvd. I was greeted and asked what my problem was. I explained to the employee what my problem was, she along with the manager looked it up in the computer, found my purchased date, from the serial number on the starter found out it was a Autozone STARTER, tested it and then made the exchange. Great service at the Florida Blvd location. Thank you D. Parker and your manager who was very professional throughout.College drive location, HORRIBLE!

The service received today was wonderful all around! The staff was very helpful in selecting the right product. And Trey was absolutely amazing! Despite previously installing 2 other customers batteries in the scorching heat, he completed my request with no complaints and an incredibly positive attitude!

I was told someone would help me with my battery on my car asked 2 people to help. Both said they would come to help. No one came and was stuck outside for over an hour. AFTER that i ended having to ask a random person driving up to help me. When I approached the counter the two that i asked to help me looked at me and walked away. I have NEVER been so offended and seen such poor service. I ve been in customer service for 16yr and an AutoZone customer for 13yrs. It was highly disrespectful to be left outside for an hour with no help. I will never spend my money at this store again. I ll stick to Oreilly s where they actually value their customers. I only gave it one star because i had to. I m usually pretty easy going, but this was completely disrespectful.

I don't usually write negative reviews, but felt compelled in this situation. I found the part I needed and was relieved to see that it was in stock at this location. I arrived at the store at 8:49 pm, understanding that the store closes at 9:00 pm. The place looked like the lights were out. I got out of the car and the door was locked. An employee came to the door and motioned that they were closed. I said "you close in 10 minutes, right?" The employee reluctantly unlocked the door. With an attitude, she said "it's too late to pay cash." Fine -- I'm paying with a card. I showed her the part number and she slowly went to retrieve the part. The entire time she was on her personal cell phone making a personal call. Once the transaction was complete, she dramatically ripped the receipt off of the printer and did not say a word to me as she handed it to me.I'm sorry, I know people have bad days, but the only offense I committed was arriving 10 minutes before the store closed.ETA: I did leave 2 stars since I am appreciative that there is a place that will sell an obscure part at 8:50 pm on a Sunday and that is 5 minutes from my home .

I purchased a cabin air filter at this location for my vehicle, and manager, Trey, offered to install it for me. Having never done that myself, I gladly accepted his offer. He handled the job quickly, and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. I wasn't expecting that added service, but was very happy he offered to help. I have shopped at this location before, and have been satisfied with the assistance, and products.

My husband and I had our car battery die the other day, so we went to AutoZone to get another one. The first one we went to could t get the battery off. Apparently our car had a bad design for the battery where it was clamped on enough to actually put grooves into the metal. Anyway, we went to this AutoZone on Florida, and the guys there worked on it for a while until it came off! There was no way we could ve done it ourselves! They were also all really nice to us and very informative about what was going on. Highly recommend!

Not happy that they were out of stock for a particular brand product and told me to come back the next day, just to be told the next day that they still didn't get in stock. This went on for 6 days. Till I had no other choice and was told by a friend to go with a different brand. They only had one left of the brand and not even the one I wanted so I had to pay a little bit more than I really wanted to.

I bought a 4 flat trailer harness from the Airline location, after realizing I got the wrong end female instead of male; I stopped at this location hoping to not have to drive 8 miles to swap it out since I m already on this side of town. As I approached the counter it took more than 45 seconds before anyone greeted or offered help, the convo they were having about whatever must ve been more important. The gentlemen at the cash register asked for my receipt, which I didn t have. I didn t get on from the location I bought it from; however an associate from the other side by the name of Christian C chimed in saying you could ve stole that, how do we know you didn t steal it ? I replied I don t steal she says I don t know that I said you can call that location, they know me and I m in there at least twice a week, she said you go and deal with them, if they know you then they ll deal with you, I don t know you This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and the words she used were very offensive and I felt embarrassed in front of everyone, even though I know I just purchased this item. I hope someone takes care of issues like this.

This is the best customer service that I've ever received at any of the auto zones around here in Baton Rouge. Ashley was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the store and its product. Her customer service outstanding! Thank you Ashley for helping me find the Auto items that I needed.

The team here are great, Dequan helped me with my parts. Nice guys, all station was opened with 4 or 5 lady s(Some Managers) ready to assist patrons.I had to get parts delivered also and it s kind of the way the mechanic world works. The Autozone app let s you know what s in stock in your community.

Great location that's very easy to spot/find. All of the employees there are all very friendly, attentative, & helpful. The were all very quick & eager to be of assistance to any & everyone who happens to walk through their door (myself included o/c ). All AutoZone stores are a bit overpriced when it comes to items such as oil, antifreeze, & all other essential fluids that are necessary in order for your vehicle(s) to be able to continue running as efficiently and for as long as possible. I don't have anything else to say about this particular Autozone location except for the fact that I'd most probably give it an overall score of 9/10.

Do NOT waste your time at this place go somewhere else the staff is here is a joke and is very careless . They take your money and won t give you your product even with proof of purchase. Horrible customer service

I think they have what you need for your car, and if they don't have it, you do it on request and in a few days what you asked for, good atmosphere, only that they should hire bilingual people, there are still many people who find it difficult to speak English, everything else is excellent ....

The lady there was really helpful finding the parts needed. After me being at another auto parts store and they gave me the wrong parts.
