Great service great customer service in and out efficiency employees love coming to the store always get treated the best and Kim yum was the best she didn't have enouney but she still gave me my refund early in the a.m.

The employees there were very helpful, when they couldn't find the part I needed, they called the nearest store, made sure they had it and pulled it and it was ready for me when I got there, both locations were awesome, great customer service

Came here to get windshield wipers. The service was so positive. It was refreshing to see woman of such knowledge. Everyone was so nice but Chelsea even helped us out with applying them.

My visit at Auto Zone was great. I asked to use a tape measure and the lady was very kind to let me use it. bc if not I would've had to purchase my things and see if it all fit then bring it back actually she saved me a trip...Yessssssss Thank you Ms Lady

Always speedy and knowledgeable service when I come here, plus I'm lucky enough to live across the street from it. Definitely preferred over both O'Reilly and Advance in the same area. Security at night is a definite plus.

The old guys that were there was very slow with computers. Took him very long time to find my part in the computer. Hire some younger guys that are familiar with technology and have good typing skills .

The service available to reach. Knowledge of products in store should been able to be told in any wisdom about how to use and different parts that may need replacing also if the part they asking for usually has another part needs replacing if that goes bad.

Auto Zone, in my opinion, is good for a lot of things but I personally don't care for Duralast. I believe that Duralast don't Last. The up side there are plenty of 24 Hour AutoZone locations and when you need a part sometimes you just need a part.One Love

Went in the store on plank road and ask the young lady could she check my battery she respond give me fiveinites so I went to my car waiting never showed up if this the kind of serve we receive then I'll just takey serves to Oreilly's
