David is awesome and runs a great store. Always get the help I need and parts are almost always in stock with a nice selection. Wish the young folks would follow his professional example of customer service and chat less about their personal lives and care for the customer when they enter.

David Williams, the store manager, was extremely helpful with our battery issue. While his store did not have the battery we needed, he helped us locate a store nearby, as well as helped us with our battery terminals.

A great help, showed us the recommended part, let us put our hands on the object, and recommended YouTube videos to gauge whether it's an easy fix or whether we should look to a company. He even printed out the parts as well. Thanks

Fast and friendly service, I just wish the workers wouldn't stand over your shoulder the entire time you're in there like you're going to steal a spark plug. It was off putting to say the least.

Burnt oil placed back on the shelf with the good oil. Had to make a trip back to the store when I realized this was used burnt oil. Luckily I realized this before using. I actually pulled three 5 qt bottles and put them on the floor so no one else would pick them up. Not sure if I will be doing anymore business with them.

Update 2022: More compliments to Mr. Williams, I needed some sealant, he freely matched Home Depot's price, which was about 40% cheaper. Thank you!Excellent customer service. I purchased a car battery from them back in 2011. For whatever reason it was dying, they replaced it under warranty at no charge and they even did the install for me.

Not too happy with AutoZone on your joor road here in central only because they lost my warranty on some parts from my truck but I'm not going to let it stop me from going in there sometimes you have bad situations I was persistent on the situation turns out they put it under an old phone number finally found it still not happy with the way things are being run all I can say is get your stuff together and improve on the work but still it is a decent place to go to I'm not going to let one bad time out of all the years I have been going there ruin it for me

As a do it yourself mechanic you need a good auto parts store and Central auto zone has the best group of men and women I have ever come across in my entire life hands-down

Walked in, got what I needed and checked out in about 2 minutes total. Store is clean, employees are helpful, and didn't have to wait. What more do you need from an auto parts store?

Unfortunately, good customer service seems to have become a rarity in today's society. However,that is not the case at this particular AutoZone.This AutoZone has one of the friendliest and most helpful staff that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! I purposely go out of my way to patronize this Autozone because I know that I'll be treated like a friend and receive service with a smile!

Know what you need before you go. Some employees have zero mechanical knowledge and just know how to click the computer. Have received the wrong part more times than I can count. And they got me again today. If kary is helping you may god be with you

I had a dead battery and after getting a jump I was able to drive to Auto Zone where the most amazing employee, I might add at this point that it was a young lady, and she brought her tools out and changed the battery in my SUV. She was so kind and knew exactly what she was doing. Kudos to the Auto Zone Lady.

I would give less stars if I could. Called and asked if they had a pendal hitch, the lady assured me they did after checking the shelves, when in fact they do not. If they don t know what parts are, do you really get what you need? Lack of knowledge and training. I do t want these people selling me parts

Great service, the individual checked the code of my 'service engine light' and provided a print out of possible issues along with his own thoughts.

The manager at this Autozone is professional and knowledgeable, totally opposite from the AutoZone at Joor and Green well Springs.
