Delayed service due to late order, price and placement awesome. The true test was going through car wash after several days of making sure it was sealed properly. Nice people. Just don t order late and expect it to be there early. Make a later in the day appointment.

My experience with Auto Glass Now was a great! From the time I called to set up my appointment to the time I picked up my vehicle after getting serviced. Excellent customer service! They replaced my front windshield on my Toyota Rav4. Perfection! The staff at the Airline location are super sweet and truly care about their customers. In addition, as long as I keep my proof of purchase/installation paperwork, I have a lifetime warranty on my windshield. Thank you to the Auto Glass Now Team!

The manager Brad or Bradford, was truly a real nonprofessional!! His attitude and customer service was horrible to say the least!! I will never patronize this business ever again and I am warning others not to as well!! If customers cannot ask questions about a service they are paying for without the service person belittling them and giving an I don t have time for you demeanor and attitude then that person should not be in the service industry. Hopefully this will help someone avoid this treatment Brad or Bradford gives to customers.

They broke the hood latch to my Volkswagen and refused to pay for it because I didn t want to wait on them to send me from place to place to get a quote I went to the dealership and got it quoted and fixed the same day. As I no longer live in this city, nor do I have the type of time Mr Bradford Lee (store manager here) thinks I have! DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR ANYTHING! They will break things and refuse to pay for them! AFTER charging me the exact same price the dealership quoted me for a windshield!! Terrible service, Terrible management and Terrible prices !!!!!

Was recommended this place by my insurance to replace my front windshield. They were awesome! They came out to my house in the timeframe they said they would, and the man called to let me know when he was on his way. He was very friendly, professional and excellent at his job! He placed my new windshield on with expert precision and it looks great. Definitely will use them again if the need arrises.

10/10 I see why they've been in business for so long! The service is immaculate.. they were quick the customer service was on point.. love love love we will be back to get our windshield fixed because this was the only affordable place!

I called Auto Glass Now at 8 in the morning and they got my new windshield installed at 4 in the afternoon. Brad answered all of my questions and made the process quick and easy. Don't hesitate to get your windshield replaced here. Excellent service all around.

The experience was pleasant. The people there are very nice and I was given a good deal on my windshield. The owner or manager there (Joel) did give me a ride to work and came to pick me up to bring me back to my car. I was very thankful for that.

Brad or Bradford, the "Manager" has POOR customer service!! He acted as if a paying customer should not have questions about a windshield that was installed, which appeared to have some imperfections with the molding that goes around and on each side of the windshield. I would not recommend this establishment for any services because it's a waste of time and money. You will most likely have to, like me, take your vehicle to another company to fix what was done wrong.

Fast service but they left dirt and broken glassAll over floor and dash. I called to complain and clerk told me they didn t have a good vacuum, really? I called back and talked to the manager, he apologized and offered to clean it if i brought the car back. Nice offer but i didn t have the hour plus to spare.So not recommend.Update to company response. I looked at your other reviews and noticed I was not the first customer to experience a trashed car from your staff. If I would have saw the reviews earlier I would not have come to your shop. Shame on your lazy workers for not taking time to clean up their mess, Still do not recommend!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I was shopping around to get a good deal on a windshield replacement then I remembered using auto glass now years ago. So, I called to get a quote and a next available date. They told me to come tomorrow at 11am which i did and they called me at 1:16pm stating my car was ready.

This place did a professional job. They were able to replace my front windshield on the same day. The whole process only took about thirty minutes. It's annoying and costly to replace a front windshield but I feel this place made the ordeal easier.

When I worked as a Project Manager and General Superintendent before retiring I used Auto Glass Now for my fleet of company trucks and now I use them on my personal vehicles. Service has always been A-1. Windshield replacement was completed in 30 minutes or less and the manager made my insurance claim as quick and painless as possible. I d definitely recommend them and they also have the best rates around!!!Service: Installation

I had the worst experience with this company. It states 50% off and I still paid over $530 for everything. My daughter who is 17 years old which is still a juvenile drive my car there for me to get the windshield replaced while I worked. The company did not have a bracket for my vehicle so they couldn t install the Calibration. Everything was working when the car came in but they took the window out and realized they couldn t fix the Calibration. When I called them in the phone they stated that they were able to replace everything. They said they couldn t release my vehicle unless my daughter signed a waiver. It s similar like if you turn off the button for your airbags and when u have a wreck and your airbags supposed to deploy but don t. They not liable if she got in a car wreck. The female that worked in the front office was so rude over the phone when I talked to her. I tried to get a better understanding why they couldn t release my car. She made my daughter wait an extra 30 mins before they could release the car to her without it being properly fixed. I told her over the phone I will be bringing my car to the business for them to replace the brackets and her tone changed. When I got there today she was extra nice and waited on me hand and feet. When she realize I was going to leave a comment she let me walk through the back office to pick my vehicle up. When I got in my vehicle they did not reset the proper stuff. I had to burn gas and go to the dealership for them to reset the stuff that was on the dash. This was a very poor and unprofessional business and I promise I would recommend anyone to go here.

My appointment was for 4:30pm. I arrived at 4pm I set for over an hour before Jamie came to get my keys he was dripping in sweat and covered in grime. They do not cover your seats before getting in your car so my car smelled of sweat! The worse was seeing this mans blood on my starring wheel the new employee came out to clean it as I was about to put my car in reverse I noticed blood on my gear shift. I had to get out to ask for Lysol wipes to clean it off. I was creeped out the entire day. I had to go get my car detailed due to the glass particles left behind and was afraid of one of my kids getting the fine pieces in their finger!

It s sad I have to complain over here but hopefully the owner see this and tells Brandon (manager) at the location on eirline hwy to complete my job that they started, his worker broke my wiper blades clamp while doing the glass repair job and told me he would come back to fix it, I paid them their money and never came back to fix it, I callled the store to talk to the manager Brandon and he lied and lied saying he would send his guy to get it fixed, 3 months to this date he still haven t came back to get it fixed. I keep calling them but every time is the same, they make me wait at my house and no one shows up to fix their mess. And this is not even mentioning the guy who did the job left all the broken glass in the inside of my car. Sad :(

Joel didn t have the glass in stock but he called around and found one for me almost immediately after we talked. He called to tell where it was and that he can have it installed for me, the installation took less than an hour.Great experience.

Lifesavers! My son s vehicle was broken into overnight and rain was on the radar. Thank goodness this company was able to replace his window with the same factory glass AND at a REASONABLE RATE.

Windshield barely lasted 10 months and I rarely use the vehicle I bought the new windshield for. I only use it to drive about 20 miles to work 3-4 times a week in that vehicle & somehow with NO impact damage they told me that the "lifetime warranty" doesn't cover it because it only covers damage from their doing & if it was their fault then there would be evidence in the 1st month.
