I believe these are the same people from ABC that use to be on Florida Blvd. The just change the C to a Z in there name. Do not go there you will pay for it in a long run. I'm still catching hell

Highly would not recommend buying a car from here!!!! They sold me a 09 Chevy Malibu back in April and did not even OFFER me a warranty when buying the car. It was my first time buying a car and they knew this and they still screwed me over. I got my car home and the next day it wouldn t go over 60 mph. I call the shop and they tell me to buy the parts and bring it in to get them changed well of course they never scheduled me to get my parts changed and then my transmission goes out and needs to be replaced and they won t even answer the phone!! They got me out of $4800 and I still don t have my title. Spare yourself the hassle and DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE RIP OFFS!!!!

We bought a truck here a little over 3 months ago, we had a great experience with the people their but, we ended up with a bad truck ( not saying it was the company s fault). We have taken it to the shop 3 times and each time it was over 2,000$ I m not telling anyone not to buy from here but BE VERY CAUTIOUS bring a mechanic and have them look over your vehicle up an down to make sure you don t end up in the situation we are in. Also a big thanks to the guys who made our process very quick an easy!

They have some great used cars. And also some not so good ones. The prices however are very good and id say it's worth the visit. I've purchased 2 cars from here and I'm happy with them. People are nice and friendly to and will help as much as they can.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Don t waste your time here. I called yesterday before I made plans with my ride to go all the way to BR from lake Charles and the lady who answered the phone told me the car was still available and said yeah nonchalantly at every single question I asked about the car and the details of my payment (because my bank is doing a buyers order rather than just a check). I called AGAIN to be certain that everything was the same as yesterday before I drove all the way there, the car was still available, and being told very vaguely yeah to every question asked about the car and payment details. After driving for 3 1/2 hours, sitting in traffic, and trying to find exactly where this place is, we arrive there and are immediately told that the car we were coming for was sold 30 minutes ago. Bummer. Asked about a scion that is in the website and was told the same thing about it as the original car we were there for. Then we say we will look around the place for a different one. He shows us an 06 V8 Mustang and we test drive it, not even a half mile down the road the passenger side a/c vents start POURING water all over the place. We get back and tell him about it, he acts surprised, and says well I can fix that right here and now and I ll sell it you. YEAH RIGHT. after talking to him a bit more I am then informed that they don t even ACCEPT buyers orders. Then I am told without cash he can t do anything at all to help me today. Total waste of time and was laughed at the whole time I was being spoken to although I was very obviously serious about this matter. Unprofessional and just plain out rude.

I bought a ford ranger from this dealer and it s been 3 months already and I hevent received my title, I sue them already so they can return my money back and the 4,000 dollars that i put in that truck ! I been calling them since then and it s always something they don t have the title ! I do not recommend buying from ABC AUTO SALE !! They also made me go get a physical inspection for the truck so that I could get my title and that was the last thing they needed to get the title and its been 3 long months !! And haven t even received a call for an update! Don t waste your time and money with this people!!!!!!!

They r crooks. They charge more for the vehicals than what they r worth. They towed my truck laa night bc i was 2 weeks late. I went to go get it today and they charged me $500 when my payments are only $352. They took my change, my sunglasses and some heat shrinks. I will never get a vehicle from them again. I will also not recomend this place to anyone. Also when i went to get my truck they were preparing to put back out for sale.

Y'all actually kept my daughter's $2000 deposit. I know I couldn't get there to conduct business in a timely manner but that's still $2000 gone at a time when no one has money. I still appreciate what you were trying to do for us. I gave that rating because that's what I felt y'all deserved at the time.

Buyer Beware these people are sleazy and no good! Long review but worth the read!! My grandma always told me some folks are wolves in sheeps clothing! I have been looking for a specific vehicle for my son who is in high school since November. I have been shopping for a while so for that truck with the options it had, even wit the issues that is actually a good price. After looking at it so more my son said he liked the truck, so I told them we would be back the next day to purchase but I needed to see a carfax to make sure the title was clean title and any accidents. The owner then came out with his phone and pulled up the carfax and read it off to me, I saw the beginning part of the report that said 1 minor accident and clean title and he explained it was eligible for the carfax buyback if the information was incorrect. I said ok and left. Once I got home, I had to think of a way of getting the vehicle back to New Iberia, so I called my parents who agreed to drive to BR and pick it up for me. My dad then asked for me to send pictures of the truck and a carfax, just to make sure they wasnt trying to take advantage of me being a single woman with kids. So I paid for the carfax myself to send to him and everything was as i was told until i got to the end of the report and low and behold it says the truck was sold at the Auto Auction Southeast Region (Hammond) on 01/22/18 with 283,408 miles! I was livid!!!! I knew this was illegal so I contacted a fried who is an EBRPSO deputy and she advised me it is not a criminal crime until the vehicle is purchased and that this happens more times than I know. She asked me what dealership and she told me I believe they were in the news a few days ago for some type of fraud. I said I wish I would have known I would not have wasted my time! I decided not to even call them back to let them no what I discovered, however the next day Brandi called me asking what time should she expect me. I told her never. You guys are some crooks and that truck has way more miles than what you are advertising and selling it for. She then placed me on hold and put me on the phone with a Josh Meadows who claimed to be the manager. First he told me my info was incorrect, I advised him per carfax its not. Then he tells me the cluster on the truck was bad so they had to replace it, what would i prefer to buy a truck with a bad cluster. I told him yes I would if the odometer was fully disclosed at the 283K that the truck actually had! He goes well you drove it what difference does it make you know its a good truck?! I think I completely lost it while shopping in Costco with my son. I said sir what you are doing is illegal by state and federal laws, and it is an unlawful business practice bc the price you are selling it for is based on the NADA value of a truck with 171K mileas and not that of 283K! I told him you were going to disclose that. His reply well by LA state law any vehicle over 10 old is exempt from the mileage certification, which is what I would have told you when you came to purchase it. So I dont have to tell you anything! This company is doing unlawful business practices and should be put out of business!!! See attached photos as backup.

These people are scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Liars. Bought a truck and in 4 days it broke down. They trued to fix it not once but TWICE and did not do so properly. Currebtky my truck needs 2500 in repairs and is at a professional shop and they will not fix the truck when they told me they would fix it and make things right. . this is not the only time some has had issue. Stay far away from these losers. Thats all they are. Spend your money elsewhere! Save yourself the hassle. Trust me. O regret ever buying from the.. People just do not have good faith honor or integrity anymore. I gave them the chance to fix it one last time. And they would not. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I would give them zero stars if it was a option. They screwed a disabled veteran with a gmc envoy. Only had vehicle two weeks and returned it. ABC auto salesman Noah was our salesman. He took us to HD right down the road and sold us a POS. I wouldn t buy a bicycle from them.

WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY A CAR............ABZ Autoplex has came and repossessed my dad s car because he only had 4 notes left and was only 9 days late from making a payment. My dad has major medical issues and has to receive medical attention ever week. Without a car he can t receive his treatments. He went to ABZ Autoplex and tried to pay off the remaining balances and they refuse to let him pay. Where is the justice in that!!!!!!!!!!!! This place will let you put a large cash deposit on your down payment to get the car, and when you almost done paying for the car they just up and take the car for being 9 days late and refuse to let him payoff the balance to get the car back. I recommend that no one goes to ABZ Autoplex to buy a car. They will rip you off........

I have to give 1 star. Purchase was fast. I found out later it was only fast because they didn't have a title. I had to file with the attorney general for them to release it 4 months later. When I got the title the paperwork was all messed up on ABC'S end. After receiving 3 temp tags from them I had to pay penalties. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!!

Tried selling me a vehicle for 11k that wouldn't start. Blamed the lights being left on. What a joke. It had electrical issues, needed new control arms. Leaking differential. Engine light came on after driving. Dashboard and electrical components would appear on and off. BUYER BEWARE.

Complete waste of time. Steve informed me and my friend that if I put down a deposit they will hold the car while the loan is worked out with the bank. I put down a $200 deposit as they requested. After working out the loan with the bank I called Steve back and he said the car has been sold... Very poor communication and a joke of a dealer. Will never buy from ABC Auto Sales again!

Sold me a car with electrical issues. Avoided phone calls in my many attempts to retrieve the car title. Once I received it ( in person) 9 weeks and 1 day later i was in penalty stage with the state. I was told (foul language ) to get off the property by the self proclaimed owner. Dispicable and shameful do not adequately describe these scumbags

Terrible service. They tried to sell and screw me over with a broken car. They changed the miles on the car and turned the check engine light off to make it seem okay and they sold it to me without an inspection sticker. They made me get a lawyer and everything to get my money back. They are very sneaky here. NeVER go to ABC auto. They are scam artists.

My best friend brought a car from this place and the car broke down the next day. At first it was just an O2 sensor which they had to take to Auto Zone to fix (the dealership wouldn't even fix it) but now the car has broken down again because it overheated and they haven't even had the car for a month

Got 4 vehicles from this placePaid cash moneyLast vehicle i got they gave me the run around about changing a back door lock .I call them everyday for 6 months .still no lock it's been 1year.so make sure u don't leave with out getting everything done.

Nice place good prices most of the staff trys to work with you and are very nice just one guy there I'm assuming he is in charge he is not very nice doesn't try to work with you are talk to you much other than him I would Definitely do bussiness with them as long as I didnt have to deal with him went by twice and both times he was the same way.
