What a complete joke. They had my car for two months after it was rear-ended. I never received a single call or update about the status and everyone was clueless when I called to inquire. My trunk is still very dented and they neglected to even look at the check engine lights which turned on after the accident. When I brought these to their attention I was told to contact someone else that does "paintless dent removal" to fix the trunk and that "only the dealership can fix" the issues with the check engine light. Items were missing from my trunk and what they didn't take was just randomly thrown around the inside of my car.Highly recommend this place if you want your car to get "repaired" for two months and still look terrible, or if you want to deal with clueless people. Otherwise go somewhere else that cares... it's probably in a better part of town anyway.Service: Painting

The worst place. Never bring your car. You might not get it back. They are allowing ppl to bring stolen cars there. It's a chop shop. DO NOT GO THERE. Jesse is a thief he steels cars for a living. I see someone else had the same issue with him. The owner of AAA knows what's going on and is allowing it to take place. Do go to this chop shop. Gesse will sell your car and you will never get it back

Would not take any car there again or recommend anyone else to. I was happy to get my keys and get off their property. My middle part of my rim missing I asked where it was, they said it didn't fit. Got a call that my car was finished and it wasn't they just wanted to collect the deductible money and didn't care about the tire that was clearly mashed from the wreck. I was asking pleasant questions and I kept getting tossed around . If they don't like being questioned, then you shouldn't be in business. You have to communicate and that was a problem on their behalf. One month and there days to fix a bumper and a tire.Services: Tires, Electrical

I don't plan to ever use this body shop again. They were supposed to fix my bumper but charged an extra $100. When I asked why I was being charged, rather than the insurance they kept changing the reason. They never called during the 5 days they had my car with any updates. On the 4th day, I went to pick up a car seat and saw that my car was finished and parked off to the side, unlocked and outside the gate. On the 5th day, I called and was rudely told that it was in fact finished and that they closed at 5. I was told that if I didn't make it on time, I'd have to wait until the next week. Why didn't they call me? Why didn't they tell me anything about what was done during the week or about the mysterious extra charge that I never authorized? It seems the owner is decent but the office workers are not friendly, don't have customer service skills and just don't care.

Never using this place again and I don't recommend them to anyone! The state farm estimator wasnt there so the car was dropped off for him to look at and give a estimate. Never heard from them for 3 days.... call them and they said they started the tear down and waiting for parts to start repairing...Ummm ok but I was never once notified in any when! But ok cool.2 I had to drive there in person to get information about my vehicle repairs.3. Called them close to the date that they told me it would be done and they told me that they found more hidden damage and that it's going to be longer then what they expected. Ok cool it's getting fixed.4. It's finally done and they call saying it's being detailed. Get there to pick it up the back is full of white powdered substance. But I finally got my car back but I don't recommend anyone bring their vechile here. The hospitality of the workers was nice but I guess if I'm "high" I would be nice too.

They wouldn't provide an estimate or even look at the car because it had just rained and the ground was wet. They didn't want to risk getting a little wet. What a great business model. "If it's wet outside, don't bring in work." I 'm glad they showed their true colors up front . Who knows what they wouldn't of fixed because they might get dirty or wet. What a joke!**As for the Darryle Conrad comment below. I worked in a body shop for many years and we had never turned business away because it had just rained. They could of easily pulled the car under a bay or took a shammy cloth and dried the surface of the car. The car did not need to be dry to give a accurate estimate of the repairs. The damage was not that severe. If the employee would of taken two seconds to look at he damage they would of known this. Laziness

I love AAA. Quality work at a fair price. They have repaired and painted my cars and trucks for years. I don t even bother getting estimates anywhere else anymore. Now everyone in my family goes there.
