Sonnys did a great job fixing my Subaru! It needed ALOT of work done and they managed to have the parts ordered and all work completed in one day!! They were upfront about prices, did not overcharge and the front office/mechanics were excellent from the first phone call to the last. I really loved the communication from this garage. We will definitely be back with my husband's car.

Sonny's is amazing!! My sister needed her car fixed after it had been sitting for some time. It is an older Jaguar and she was told over and over that the parts would be impossible and all repairs would be too much. Why she was scared to have it properly looked at. I looked up and found Sonny's who had the best reviews and decided to send her there.They were great. They took the car in and kept it in good care till the needed parts came in. Which required dedicated searching and time. They checked in after the car was done and picked up. Best thing of it all they were very affordable and very communicative via each step. We felt good about everything that was needed to get done.We recommended them very much. A good mechanic is hard to find. Sonny's Auto Repair is your answer.

Great experience at Sonny s! Put my mother s car in the shop for her. The way everything was handled was very professional - from the initial call making the appointment to the repairs being explained to me in layman's terms to the actual repairs to following up with me after the repairs. They took the time to send me pictures of the needed repairs and to let us know which repairs were of most importance. Very pleased - highly recommend.

Sonny s did a great job repairing a used 1999 Jeep Wrangler I purchased in January. Fantastic service and very good communication on what needed repaired. This is the third car I brought to Sonny s since October of last year. When I need my car or truck fixed I take it to Sonny s because I trust their repair evaluation and service.

As usual Sonny's was wonderful to deal with. Friendly service and excellent workmanship. I brought my wife's Toyota Sequoia in for a complete front and rear brake job. They kept us informed through out the job and had it back to us on the same day. Highly recommend them.

I wish I could give them more stars. My car is a very special thing to me. Anytime my vehicles need a repair or tune up, I bring them to Sonny s. It s the only place I trust as I know without a doubt they will do the job correctly and be honest with me. This business is filled with professional, friendly people who are always eager to get the job done quickly and properly. Next time you need your car/truck repaired or maintained, do yourself (and the vehicle) a favor, and bring it to Sonny s.

Took my vehicle to Sonny's for repairs a coupke months ago because it kept cutting off while driving.Got my vehicle back the next day and haven't had any issues since.Any future repairs my vehicle requires, Sonny's will be my first choice.

Horrible,typical automotive scam,beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!* To your reply,there s more dishonesty because we discussed it for 20 minutes and was recorded on my phone when you called me later to apologize.And your wish came true,the vehicle was repaired within two hours of leaving your shop for a decent price,and to note your diagnosis was incorrect.

They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I am very pleased with the service(s) they provide. They do a total diagnosis and allow you to decide whether or not to get the total service. They would even give you advice on how the problem would affect your vehicle if you decide not to get the total work done.

These guys are square business. They keep you in loop, and most importantly, I never felt as though I had to question what was being done. I highly recommend them if you have some repairs that need to be addressed.

Had my AC fixed after not having it since 2016. Air works perfectly! These guys were the only shop willing to even look at my vehicle because of so many issues but they fixed it and were very prompt in returning it to me. Fast friendly professional service!

I had a EVAP leak that I simply could not fix nor find the problem, luckily I saw Sonny's auto repair as 1 of only 2 Google search options. Set up the time I would be dropping off my vehicle and they got to work that Monday. What was told would be a day job turned into a 2 day job (not because of Sonny's auto but GM and the computer). The next day I was able to go get my vehicle completely fixed and without a check engine light. I also gained my gas mileage back! I left Sonny's in the baker area at half a tank I have gone to work and back home for 2 days and just now reaching a quarter tank I'm so happy.ABOUT SONNY'S AUTO:I had an excellent experience and Jesse was very clear and up front about everything going on with the repair and cost. They did a great job,my vehicle wasn't dirty or smelling of smoke like some shops. He let me know what was going on when I called and was definitely someone respectable. Bottom line got an issue you can't fix bring it here and they'll do you right.Will definitely be bringing my vehicle here again if I ever hit an issue I can't fix.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic

I ve used Sonny s before and I will continue to return.The folks at Sonny s are very friendly, knowledgeable, clear, thorough, and prompt.Every time I ve had to visit Sonny s, they were exceptional at stating exactly what exactly was wrong with my vehicles and other minor issues that could be addressed without upselling or pressuring me to get additional services done.When I missed a phone call from them, they were quick to provide a text to keep me updated.They went the extra mile to negotiate and find parts so that my vehicles were in and out the next day.I ve never had to revisit their shop or find another shop for the same issue.No other place I d rather take my vehicles to!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection

This shop was a bit of a drive for me but they were recommended by a friend. I am so glad I went. Jessie and the mechanics not only did the job correctly but they correctly diagnosed my issue after another shop told me that my issue was something completely different. I will definitely be going back when either of my vehicles need work. Finding an honest and competent mechanic shop is so difficult. We took our BMW here to have a problem fixed caused by another chain place. Found out that the chain place did not fix our oil pan leak and that they used lock tight in the oil plug bolt to stop the leak because they had stripped our oil pan on our BMW. Sonny s told us what they did and explained in detail what it would take to fix the problem. They gave me all the information to make the proper decision and while at the time I didn t have the money to fix the problem Sonny s assured me that the car would be ok in the couple of months that I needed to get the funds to make the repairs. I brought my car back to them when I was ready and they had it fixed and ready in a very short period of time and replaced my oil pan at what I considered to be a fair and reasonable price. In addition to making the repairs I paid for they looked over the entire car and made sure it was in good working order without charging me extra for their time. In the same week they diagnosed and fixed our daughter s car and her A/C problem and found a leak and bad gasket that was leaking oil, which explained why her car was always running low on oil. They fixed all these problems in one day. I had initially agreed to pay in cash which would save them money in credit card processing fees. Which also save me a few hundred dollars. Since they finished the car at the end of the work day they left our daughters car in the lot for us to pick up after hours. Since it was a Friday they did not want my daughter without her car all weekend and they let me pay with a card still giving me the cash discount so that I could pick her car after hours on Friday. That s going above and beyond and taking care of your customers and was something they definitely did not have to do. These are the little things that will make Me bring all my cars back there for everything. I highly recommend Sonny s auto repair. Totally transparent fair pricing and they will not try to rip you off.

Thank you very much!This is the actual text I sent to them. I was a first time customer. I live in the area and they were recommended. I sure am glad I went. All it needed was a new set of plug wires.Back story:What they didn't know was they were the THIRD auto repair shop in this area to see my Toyota. The first guy said it would probably need a new engine - without ever actually looking at the vehicle, AND it was there 9 BUSINESS DAYS! I took my Buick to Sonny's to have the a/c repaired. It had a leak. They repaired it and turned it around very quickly. The work was very professional and the cost was what I had expected. Best shop within 100mi radius. Gm sierra had been giving me electrical issues for about 3 years(abs,stabilitrak,emergency brake warnings). ANYTHING you could think of was changed. Still didn't fix the issue. I could drive the vehicle but then those issues started effecting my TCM. Long story short 3years and 4 Chevrolet dealerships later Sonny's auto took the time and saved me from having to purchase a new truck. Problem fixed.

Once again great job by the crew at Sonny's! It is a pain to have to drive over 45mins to drop our vehicles off but the benefits are worth it. Brought my wife's car in for AC repair and was in and out in a day and a half. Happy wife, happy life thanks for that Sonny's!Maybe owners need to look into real estate near the French Settlement, Livingston area....lol!
