Super easy check in!My sister and I stayed the weekend and enjoyed so many things about this motel.1) location is close to I202) numerous restaurants in close proximity. Mexican restaurant and Sonic connected to the parking lot. We walked to both on separate nights.3) CLEAN ROOM4) Comfortable Beds!!5) quiet surroundings. We only knew there other people staying there because of the cars in the lot. Never heard outside noise in the room.I have already made a reservation for another stay here.Rooms: CleanWalkability: Walk to Convenience Store or Dollar General across the street or 2 different restaurants in the same parking area

Rachael and Amanda are amazingWe were in car accident and it was snowing and freezing they helped us out so much with everything.Great people and great town people who helped us out during our hard time!God bless them!

ROACH INFESTED. nasty as hell. Showerheads all clogged. Barely work. Rooms stink. Ac units are loud and clunkyThey don't care of you're a person with a handicap who booked a handicap room. I guess they give it to whoever pays the most. I was refused the handicap room that my company reserved for me. I was forced to walk up the stairs for over a week with a recently fractured leg. Also a Cancer Survivor. The double bed rooms are 2 full size beds. Not big enough for 2 above average sized people.Drive another 20 minutes to Minden Or Ruston. DONT STAY HERE.Noteworthy details: Roaches in Every Room.

We normally stay in Hiltons but wanted to be close to the reason we made the 5 hour trip, Bonnie and Clyde. Check in was great. Took less than a minute thanks to the app and the clerk was very nice and friendly. The lobby was clean and smelled clean. Parking was adequate and accessible for our room. Now the room....opened the door and a strong cleaner odor hit. Cleaner odor is not necessarily clean. No air on, was hot. It is an older building so I won't point out the cosmetic issues but I will the roach. If it wasn't 1 am we would be leaving on that alone. I don't have to worry about not getting sleep because of insects because the loud thumping speakers have been thumping since we got here and will keep me from sleeping. I recommend staying the 30 something miles away at a Hilton and just drive to the Bonnie and Clyde sights.

This hotel was one of the worst I ve been and I am used to staying in not so amazing places! Stains all over the bed sheets (do they not bleach them?), comforter, and pillow on both beds. The top of our blankets smelled like sweaty armpits like the blankets weren t even washed. Gross! The room smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom was not very clean either. I paid $93 for a room that should be no more than $50. Find a better place if you have this budget because you will be disappointed.

RUDE , will NOT honor online price ! Said instead of 80 + Tax , wants $122. Plus tax. These hillbilly try to negotiate $99.00, I said NO , what is wrong with you. SHE said then 1.) you cancel you $80. reservation 2.) You book directly with me now 3.) If not, & you FORCE this I guarantee you will not be happy with your stay !!!! Like threatening me that I will get the moldy, smokey, rat infested room. and ends it with a sparky, nasty "Sir, Sir, Sir" you can do whatever you want or listen to me, Your sleeping with the price you choose. Jeezze, People stay tf out of this hillbilly den of theives. This girl was white , short, brown hair , like 5'6" and about 275 lbs. BEWARE !!!!!!!Rooms: Looks like a haunted abandon building , with pay what you can afford , from cigarette stink and mold discounts or pay what they say ! They told me to cancel my on line booking and boom thru her directly or I will be very sorry ! WOW, I didn't know these places really EXIST ! I simply left , she was scary and threatening. BEWARE PEOPLE !!!!

Before booking I checked reviews at 1 am in the morning, everyone seemed to be giving 4/5 so I was like ok great! We walk in to book the lobby was very clean. We get up to our room the floors had not been swept or mopped and the bathroom toilet had hair all over it. The beds were great very clean and comfortable. People need to do a better job at cleaning floors.

Roach infested. They were even crawling on bed. I won't even begin to tell you how They charged me for 3 nights. I stayed only half the night. I wound up throwing away food.This hotel needs a good shape up. I'd close it for a few months until they can get it right and safe for guests.

I was on a 700 mi trip home and broke down in Arcadia and ended up having to stay the night here. I cannot express how fortunate I feel for me and my girlfriend to have broke down near THIS days inn of all the hotels I could have been near.ALL of the staff and locals I met were super nice and helpful. The late night counter guy, the morning counter girl, the owner, and every member of the cleaning staff I ran into was beyond friendly and helpful.This was my first true introduction to real southern hospitality. Any staff member I asked for help genuinely stopped what they were doing to try to help me figure out solution for my truck on a Saturday morning in the RURAL Louisiana where everything is closing at noon. They welcomed us and tried to help anyway they could. I will not go into detail on the help provided, but it was favors that you would only ask from friends and they did not hesitate to act. Thank you so much RitaThe room was nice, tidy, and clean.Bed very comfortable.The hotel location was quiet and cute.My only complaint about all this is that we couldn t stay longer to enjoy all the nice folks around Arcadia.I have to go back and get my truck and I will 100% be staying here when I do.Again, thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you so so very much to ALL OF THE STAFF AND OWNERS.

Horrible and terrible experience. Do not book here they have no customer service. Called me 2 hours before checking in to tell me that they didn t have a double bed after I had booked weeks in advance. Very unprofessional the employee gave me the run around about speaking with a manager and getting them to credit me. The rooms are not very clean.

Awesome place. Super accommodating and helped me with truck parking. Whenever I come through Arcadia I ll stop and spend the night here. Even if I still have daylight to burn I ll still stop lol. Front desk was amazing and helped with my reservation and went above and beyond!

I got a room here when I was on my way home to Florida with my recent Harley purchase. I was not impressed and actually was disappointed. The bed creaked anytime I moved which woke me, the comforter has stains and the room looked very run down. I walked around the room barefoot momentarily and ended up with dirt on the bottom of my feet. I took two showers just to make sure I'm as clean as possible.

The room was clean and owner was exceptional she checked on her hotel everyday and she knew each resident by name which was amazing it really made me feel welcome and that she cares about her guest and house keeping came everyday which is unusual when staying a long stay. I was there for 9 nights and it's 1 of the best hotel experience I've ever had

Room was fine at first. Had a family check-in to the room next to me. The rooms had a connecting door. I could hear everything. The kids shows, family talking, etc. The motel was nearly empty but they refused to let me switch rooms. Woman at the desk tried but management wouldn't let her. Unacceptable at a hotel if you're unable to sleep.

I'm not a real picky person when it comes to hotel rooms especially if I'm only there for one night. I always check for bed bugs and cleanliness before I bring my things into the room. This hotel is directly off of Interstate 20, it was nice & clean (smelled of bleach), very quiet, and the front desk attendant was very nice. Kinda on the pricey side but it's a Wyndham property and in the middle of nowhere.... My only complaint or observation would have been the breakfast that's listed on the website; was not breakfast at all. It was O.J., coffee, and little Debbie snacks.

Stayed overnight. Good spot to stop at off I-20. Desk clerk was friendly & helpful. Parking lot was lit and had cameras for security. Felt safe. Room was average, had a few little issues, but overall was satisfied and it came with a reasonable rate . Would stop again.

Late night stop. Beds were made nice but got into a much needed shower that had multiple hairs all throughout the tub. And a moldy drain plug sitting on the side.

Rita and the rest of the staff are awesome. Very friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and smell fresh. Asked for extra towels and they were immediately supplied. Had to make several changes to my reservations and they worked with me to accomodate every request. They even contacted me when my aunt left a pillow in her room when she checked out. WOW is all I can say. Great small town hotel.
