I would give them 6 stars if I could! Had a leaky tire on a rental car. I was just passing through and completely unfamiliar with the area. They got me in and back on the road in 17 minutes! Very very kind and professional. Highly recommended!! I wish I lived in the area and could go back regularly.

Tire Choice has been my go to spot since I ve been in Alexandria. I would use them in Lafayette and have continued to use them. They are always quick and friendly. Love this place!

Came in with check made out for exact amount based on printed estimate. When we tried to pay with check they said the system is down and they can't accept it, but they already completed the work and we can't leave with the vehicle. Then they tell us the system has been down since yesterday. I don't understand how they knew the system was down, knew we were paying with a check, and completed the work before letting us know.

I ordered tires online and called and bugged them couple times to see when they would be in. When they came in they said come in at my convenience and they'd get them installed. Showed up at 4:00pm and was out of the parking lot at : 4:45pm.Great customer service on the phone and in person. Thanks you Joseph.

Traveling thru town and had trailer tire issues. These folks are top notch! Had 4 new GOOD AMERICAN tires mounted on my trailer, at a very reasonable price and had me on my way in no time.If I ever have issues in this area again, I won t go anywhere else.Thank you Neil and Chris!!!

We recently bought a vehicle for our son that needed four new tires and chose this place based on reviews. I m so glad we chose Tire Choice, Chris was phenomenal and made the entire experience as easy as can be. Do not hesitate to try this place and be sure to ask for Chris.

If you care about your vehicle take it some place else! Horrible service from the time they answered the phone until the time I picked up my car. I believe the entire shop is on some powdered substance (Dope) Their employees look like they re apart of a jail release program. Unprofessional attitudes, vulgar and dirty.

Chris and his guys were very fast and affordable. Was on my way to vegas with my fifth wheel and had some bad tires and he took care of me right away didn't cost an arm and leg like other tire stores. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. If you want an honest review this is your sign.

I went to The Tire Choice for tire balancing. The tech forgot to install my center cap and damaged it. Mistakes happen. The manager instructed the tech to install it. When asked if they ran over the cap, the reply was "almost". But, it wasn't almost. The cap was broken. I went on my 740-mile trip and most of the wheel weights came off. I would not recommend using this shop. The manager has a lack of integrity and the techs are poorly trained.

Best place to service car and fix tire around Alexandria. Well experienced than other BIG name locations. And you can always reach them on the phone during business hours.

We were in the middle of a cross country move when our RV broke down on the side of the road with tire and brake problems, requiring is to be towed into Tire Choice. From the minute we arrived here, these folks were supportive and accommodating. Even though they didn't have the tires we required for our RV in stock, they were able to call around and locate them for us and went and picked them up from somewhere else. They took care of the tires quickly and looked at the brake issue. Because of the type of brakes we had on the RV, they weren't set up to be able repair our brake problem.But what they did do, is allow us to overnight in our RV in their parking lot, and the next morning they were helping us locate someone who was able to take care of it.These guys were so supportive and so helpful to us when we were in a very difficult situation. I can't recommend them enough. They went way above and beyond their jobs to help us.Give these folks your business.. You'll be glad you did. I know we certainly are.

I came in with a nail in my tire yesterday (OCT 29, 2022). Josh at the front desk took me right in to start a patch on the tire. I own a 2022 Audi SQ7 worth over 100k. The tech and Josh had the upmost respect for the vehicle and the tech went above and beyond to ensure the quality of his work, so not to damage anything. I would give them 10 stars if I could and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for the great service guys.

Absolutely adore the men that work here! Have helped me out multiple times and always quick as possible, if you're loyal to these guys they make it a priority to be loyal to you!! Shout out to Chris and Josh for running such an awesome business and partnership, thank you guys!

If I could give the review 10 stars I would. I've been to dozens of tire shops and to date I've never had customer service as great as this place. David was the gentlemen that worked with me. Knowledgeable , friendly, and gave me a deal that was a FRACTION of what another shop wanted to charge me. Highly recommend both him and the crew at the facility, thanks again.

Today was my first time using Tire Choice for an oil change. They were excellent! Doug was my technician and he was so nice and accommodating. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was in and out in under an hour. I've never had that short of a wait for an oil change. My car is high mileage and they checked and double-checked to be sure I was given the best service and premium oil for my car. I was given a nice discount on their best oil change package, which was great, because I'm on a really tight budget. It was a lot lower than what I had budgeted for my oil change. Thanks, Doug, and everyone at Tire Choice. I'll definitely be back!

Hey Chris Boudoin hooked me up at Tire Choice in Alexandria with an amazing deal on great tires. I went in looking for the cheapest functional tire and will drive out with a much better tire at a crazy good price. I can t quote the discount but I will say Chris will steer you straight.

I have no complaints. I discovered yesterday I needed two rear tires for my car. I went to Tire Choice Auto Service in Alexandria, La. The manager (Ed) was very helpful, and professional. Ed follow through with ordering, installed the next day and was out less than hour. Thank you Ed for making this simple and easy.

I went to get an inter tube put on my bike the guy was very rude and told me he wasn t taking the bicycle off the truck because he had a pulled muscle and the other guys sat back and laughed. It s the most unprofessional service I ve had.

Tire Choice/Allied Tire has been my go-to for several years now and they never disappoint! The staff members are always friendly and eager to help. They have personally accommodated myself and my family more than once. They make us feel like family every time. Excellent customer service and service in general! Highly recommended!

This place understands customer service. David and Casey answered my questions, the tech was cool to visit with, they were nice to my son (2) when he was bad in the waiting room, and ensured my vehicle was taken care of.I hope folks that know me and read this take my recommendation to heart as I do all of my own mechanic work except tires. This is the only place I would use in the central LA area for tire needs.10/10 would recommend and will use again.

I brought my truck in for alignment because it was pulling to the right. They said they did an alignment, I paid and picked up my truck. They said they test drove it. Upon leaving, it was pulling hard to the right. The next day, I called and told them it was still pulling to the right. They said bring it and they would fix it. The next day, I dropped it off again. They said no problem, they'd fix it. 3 hours later, they called and said it was ready. So I went to get it. When I arrived, they said they could not find a problem, so they balanced a tire because of a vibration. I said there was no vibration, it was pulling hard to the right. So a guy came with me and i showed him on every street it pulled hard to the right. He said, "well we did it, so maybe you need to rotate your tires." I went and rotated my new tires, and checked the air pressure for the third time. So now it still pulls hard to the right. I guess, I will try bringing it somewhere else.

I would give it zero if I could. I had a flat tire from out of town. The first people I talked to were very nice, but apparently the shop is incompetent. When we went to pick up the van, they had just put the spare in the back of the vehicle instead of back under it where it belonged. We had to request that they put it under the car. Then, I bought 4 new tires, drove 2.5 hours home and had a flat the next day due to the tire stem. Upon closer inspection, we then realized they had put on the WRONG TIRES! Not only were they not the ones i had purchased, but the front had different size tires than the back. Also, I had asked for them to do an alignment because the inside of the tire was chewed up and i know it had not been like that a few weeks ago. When I went to pick it up, i asked if it had been done. He said no, it didn't need it. So then i asked why was the tire so chewed up. He said he would have to check. When he came back he said it was because my hub bearing was loose! Keep in mind i had a 2.5 hour drive ahead. He said they had ordered one and it would be in Monday! I had told them several times i was in town for a tournament. And because they waited till the end of the day to tell me, it was too late to do anything other than drive back on it. I would NEVER go back to this shop, nor recommend anyone else to.
