I always have a pleasant trip to this Take5 location. They always very nice and approachable when I get there. Soon as you get in line they ask what services you need and then hand you a cold bottle of water while you wait for them to finish their tasks. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing experience! I was immediately greeted, by Jason, with a bottle of water. The guys were super quick, efficient, and kind! My infant was in the back seat getting extremely antsy; they acknowledged that she was ready to go and worked faster! I had some questions about air filters and they were able to answer my questions and explained everything to make sure I understood exactly what I was getting and what I needed.I will recommend them for sure and will definitely be back! 5 star service right until the mechanic checking the cabin air filter broke wood off of the trim panel that sits directly in front of the passenger seat with a screw driver while taking it apart. If he used the correct tool (a plastic trim remover) it wouldn t have gotten broken and now I have a chunk of wood exposed on an otherwise black wooden dash and proceeded to tell me that it was like that before . Next time I won t let them touch the interior of my newer platinum f150. Waiting to hear back from my dealership on the availably of the trim and the price.

The service techs were very polite and explained everything to me in detail. Great staff! Prices are way too high, I ve never paid 100 bucks for an oil change in my entire life but staff was great.

Outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond by helping me understand what they were doing and how it would make my car safe. They were friendly, professional, helpful, and didn t seem to mind at all that I asked many many questions. The staff member Jenson was most helpful and courteous. These guys are really fast and thorough. I had always got my car serviced at the dealership. But these guys are faster and more helpful. They explain everything they're doing while they do it. My car drives better now and the gas mileage went up

Think I've found my new oil change place. The workers were very polite. And, my tech Jason W. was great and knowledgeable. He taught me about a carbon filter that I didn't even know I had. At the competitor's place where I would normally get my oil changed they never even told me, showed me, or changed my carbon filter. So, thanks Take 5,and thanks to Jason W.

I would have given a 5, but I had to give a 4 only because of the price. Maybe offer a coupon after so many times or something. Will I go back? Absolutely, these guys are awesome. They tell you everything they doing and if you have any questions they explain it all to you, they are fast, didn t try to sale me extra, they are great. Thanks guys.

The workers were using the F word like every other word. They also weren t very friendly. I have never had this experience there. Then they asked if I wanted my windshield cleaned. Isn t that part of the service. I shouldn t have to tell them to do that. I have never been there with these works everyone else is always really friendly. Mostly the cursing is what bothered me. I had my son in the car with me.

Great service. Jason and Jenson wee very professional. I went for an oil change and also got a coolant exchange (which I needed). Was unaware they did that here and that it's discounted when doing with an oil change. Happy to left with both things taken care of.

Great service! I had a lot of problems with my car and they were able to help me in every way that I could. The best service for my car that I have ever gotten and I will most definitely be going back there anytime I need assistance for my car! THANK YALL SO MUCHHH!

In the past, I have been very happy with the service at Take 5. However, this time, they were very short handed, and I had to wait a lot longer than usual. Then, to top it off, they had already drained my oil before telling me that they were out of the oil I needed. I had to wait another half hour while they had the oil delivered.

New Assistant manager is very friendly and took care of everything with my oil change and filters. He was out getting customers to come get oil changes on foot which shows drive which is what a manager does when it's obvious upper management isn't providing the business with what it needs to succeed. When I was looking for the business after the manager sent me to it when I spoke with him, I couldn't find it at first. When I finally found it I saw that all the signage lighting wasn't on. I asked for the manager and when he came out I asked him about the lights and he stated they didn't work. I asked how he expected to get any business with no lights. He stated he just got promoted and was working on getting things fixed and business turned around working right. As a manager of multiple businesses in my life these are things that owners should be fixing immediately as it is detrimental to the operations of a business after dark. And especially when workers of certain businesses are required to meet quotas, having something that stops customers from coming can ultimately get workers fired for something out of their control. But I see the manager doing everything he could to get customers in the door despite not having lights. If I was still managing a business I would pick him up to work for me.

After leaving your take 5 establishment in Alexandria La this is how they left my guard after I got my oil changed there and I frequent take 5 always to get my oil changed in both of my vehicles but I ll never return again

Responding through the text requesting a Google review. Upon leaving, after about 15 miles of driving my A/C was blowing exceptionally hot and then my car entered limp mode. The ETC light came on, traction control, and check engine also came on. I tried contacting Take 5 through three separately listed phone numbers on their website/Google listings. The local one went straight to a voicemail that was full. What I assume is a corporate one (a North Carolina number found by going to the Contact section on Take 5's website) is disconnected, and another 504 number that I assume is a regional or franchise number gave me an automated menu with prompts that hangs up on you after entering the prompts. I called all multiple times through multiple methods. I filled out a contact form on their website that I don't have high hopes for. I will be issuing a chargeback for the faulty service (drain plug and oil filter weren't even tightened down) and will be seeking remediation through small claims court for any necessary repairs if Take 5 does not contact me.

I had a great first time experience at Take 5 on Jackson. There was a queue but it wasn t long at all before they got to me. I was offered water while waiting and explained everything thoroughly when it came to my car. While the staff were polite and accommodating, I waited 20 minutes to get air in my tires, and I was a little upset because I saw two other people and I understand first come first serve, but I thought it would take quicker to get to me and they would be out which is why I stopped there.However as I was leaving I realized that the staff on hand all had training on their uniforms and they were doing their best and at the end of the day I'm very thankful that they were able to service me, and at the end of the day that's more important to me that they were polite and patient to the service other vehicles correctly and safely instead of rushing to do mineService: Tires

Last time I come here. 2 people in front of me. Waited over an hour to get into the bay for the oil change. Another 30 minutes for the oil change. This is the second time this has happened.
