Excellent customer service. We were stranded on the side of the road with 2 popped tires and they came and towed us at no extra cost. Friendly, fast, and polite. Absolutely recommend. Will be coming here for all future tire needs.

DO NOT GET TIRES HERE. The owner lied to me and gave me a good tire that I had to replace less than a week later. He said he put air in my tires and he did not. My front left tire was at 10 psi and I had to fill up my tires 20 minutes after I left the shop. I asked him to balance my new tire and he said it s a back tire, you don t balance those. Worst experience, waste of time, and waste of money. Oh yeah, and that tire they got me is thirteen years old

Had severe damage to rear end of my truck, they took care of fast right and for a great price. Staff was all pleasant to both me and my wife, will be returning for more repair in the future.

The mechanic was informative and let me know that my brake change was taking a bit long because one of the boats were stuck which he took out filed it down and waxed it so my brakes wouldn't wear out as quickly. I think I will go back should I need more work done on my vehicle. I also like the fact that there was not a long line.

I waited for 2 hours with them taking other vehicles ahead of us. After they rotated our tires and put them back on they didn't even tighten them. We nearly had an accident on the overpass leaving there because the wheels were trying to come off. Thank God we have tools un our truck and my son was able to get everything tightened down like it was supposed to be. I will never go back

The owner and staff helped get us back on the road after a blown radiator on a trip between Texas and Florida. Staff pulled together to complete install in under 2 hours and get us back on the road. Highly recommend!

Now here is a real jewel. Will and Gee are great guys. They know their business. These two deserve a raise. They are conscious of the customer. I made so valuables friends here. I recommend them before you go any dealer or service center in Alexandria. I mean also. This is the best little shop anywhere.

Owner is a con-man. He knowingly and purposely sold me 4 dry rotted tires and charged me over $300 for them. I am a female and went there alone and he took advantage of my limited knowledge of tires and pretty much conned me out of my money. So disappointed.

Amazing experience today, Broadway helped us when we had an emergency and couldn t drive to the shop, we were driving through town on our way to Florida from Texas and had a blow out. They came and helped us with the spare then hooked us up with a tire replacement, we were on our way within an hour, I would highly recommend, Fair and Honest and a an al around very kind business owner. I d recommend them all day long!

We were traveling from Dallas to New Orleans and ended up needing a tire. We called the nearest tire shop which was Broadway Tire and Service. I called and the business was about to close for the evening. I explained my situation and the owner waited 20 minutes for me to get there. We received great service!

So I just purchased a impala lt 08 . Nice car right !!. Paid cash yaaa But when you buying a older cash car . The most important thing is to get a new oil change, tune up which means putting in new spark plugs in went one place got a few of them out than I come BROADWAY AUTO SERVICES to get the other ones put on. I paid 153.00 to have to two oxygen sensors put on . White friendly guy comes out immediately get to doing what needs to be done once he is done he says okay thank you start it . I start my car and immediately the engine light comes on! And I tells him okay sir it wasn t doing that at first ! He says oh yes I just have to clear the engine light sensor that s it !!! I say no sir you can just take him out . So at this point he tells me pop the truck and get two twisting and turning stuff and say start it (so it stops) two days later car stutter s before take off !! . I asked very nicely to get it looked AND the owner of the Embarrassing auto shop of BROADWAY AUTO SHOP immediately say it s not THERE FAUKT AND SAY ITS AUTO ZONE PART THat IS Malfunctioning !!!!! DO NOT GO HERE FR FR FR . #Araabdollars is the worst dollars

Whatever I'll do Dont come here I've never been more disrespected in my life the motor I had bought for them to put in my car they open it up and broke it then told me it wasn't they fault overall I wasted close to 1000$ with these ppl and when I came to pick my car up it was in worst condition then I left it there honestly should be arrested because what they do is sick

These guys are awesome I was stranded with a bad alternator and these guys worked tirelessly to make sure they got me going. They even dropped me and my wife off in town to do a little shopping while we waited I highly recommend this business if your in Alexandria,la. Thank you so much Broadway tire& and service center!

It's new years day, and the owner answered my calls! Informed Me they were on there way. Very professional and respectful. I highly highly recommend this business. If I'm in LA this is were I will only come too.. thanks guys.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! Went out of their way to help us! We called them on a Saturday afternoon, 45 minutes before closing. They came meet us on the interstate, picked up the tire and rim, brought us to the shop, changed the tire, then brought us back to the truck.What a lifesaver!!

I agree !!!! Do Not Go there Please get a receipt and pictures cause the whole shop is a under the rock auto shop!! Try getting a oil change and no sticker for next service date and no receipt given !! Just full of junky s sorry might put water in your shxxt cause they high !!!!
