These guys were friendly, fast, and helpful! Great service. Last minute drive in but they didn't mind. I appreciate it!I'll keep them in mind for the future!

The owner and his workers are simply great to work with!! I work close by and they are always willing to get me in and out if possible by the end of the day. I always enjoy looking at the old memorabilia and chatting with the owner.

Amazingly POOR service. Not Professional, lacking integrity, long wait times.Had warranty work done from a really bad - defective part. Owner and mechanic obviously not happy that this was the 3rd time they had to make the repair for free. Waited 4 1/2 Hours for them still not to fix the part.I guess this is what you get from a Small town in KY...Captive audience. Never AGAIN!

Lug nuts not tightened properly. Tire alignment was completely messed up. Spent over $900 and still didn't get it right. Third chance to make things right, never going back.Update: returned against my better judgement, still a calamity...

I went in one day cash in hand needing tires. I had already been quoted someplace else and decided to give these guys a try, you know keep it local. Well the man took my number and never called me back! He couldn t match my price, but I will a little flexible ........I had to go someplace else. Really disappointing and insulting that he didn t even try to call. Not bashing the place he was a nice man and I m sure the work is wonderful. Just wish he d at least called me back.

I've been going to American Tire in Bardstown for years and I am changing now! This place had me in and out in a matter of 10 minutes! By far best service! And they actually do great work too!! If you're living in Bardstown drive a little extra and you'll get 10/10 service with these guys!!

I bought batteries tires had front end alignment I did everything they're just about they are great people Christian they're full of encouragement and if they don't have time for you don't rush him because they're very busy mr. Nalley is the best

Told me to have my truck there at 9 got it there and they said they dont know when they would get to it so I had to find a ride then they said they would call me when my truck was done waited hours and hours and hours finally i called them and they said oh it's been done and to top it all off they told me it would be $80 dollars for what I was having done (which was oil and fuel filter changes which I brought the parts and oil for) and they charged me $111.23 instead so I'll never be back and will recommend elsewhere

They were very professional and fixed the problem on my car. Was told I needed brakes and rotors from another repair shop which was not true, found the problem on my car and fixed the problem and was very reasonable on price. Very satisfied

Would put 0 stars if I could, I called about pricing on taking tires off and putting tires on and the guy that answered the phone was so disrespectful, whenever he found out that I had a set of tires already he yelled no and hung up, He will never get my business again.
