Repaired a brand new car for my wife and myself and it was some low quality work for sure. Lots of overspray on unmasked parts.

Unfortunately, Gerard and I have gotten to be on a first name basis. It seems at though I go to him with one of our vehicles every 6 mo or so and he always does a fantastic job. If something isn't right he's always let me drive over and he'll fix it at no charge. I can't speak better about Mudd's Body Shop.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Our experience with them was horrible. My grandmother had to get a cosmetic piece replaced on her vehicle. The only problem at the time was cosmetic. It took them a week to get the part and the damage fixed. The owner said if their was any air coming in the door, or any other issues, to bring it back to them. Well, I drove it home and all the way there it sounded like an industrial fan blowing right next to my ear. They had broken the drivers side weather seal because there was no issue with it until they took over. When I got home to pick someone up, I pressed the unlock button on the drivers side. I wasn't functioning. It was functional prior to the "repairs". We took it back and they didn't want to fix it. Well they finally " fixed" the door lock. Went to test it out. Still not functional and they didn't touch the weather seal. They had to order the part. Well almost 2 months later after this, they still hadn't ordered the part. We talked to them and the owner was refusing to fix it. We had to get our insurance co. involved. They then said they'd have to hold the vehicle for a day or two for a 30 min fix. The insurance said Mudd's would have to pay for a rental sincethey caused the damage. The owner flat out refused to pay for the rental. She threatened with a lawyer etc. They "fixed" the car in 15 mins. The owner took the old weather seal and threw it in front of my grandmothers feet and spoke to her like garbage while she treated him with respect he didn't deserve. He made her sign a paper stating the vehicle was fixed without testing it. The air still comes in some, but the lock is functional. Moral of the story: don't go to Mudd's. They're a mess and we'll never go there again. I advise no one else does as well.
