Quality of work Presentation of work CleanlinessWhen I say presentation of work, as soon as I opened the door, not only was my truck spotless but the first thing I was drawn to was the quality floor mats, then once I sat down the awesome keychain caught my eye, instantly the I was brightened by the professionalism of the review card, the POW the Family Collision bottled touch up paint in the cup holder just sealed the deal..I must say, I'm overly impressed!!!A++++Sometimes unfortunate things happen we cannot control.. Words cannot express how well my baby was taken care of at Family Collision!! They are the most knowledgeable and professional Collision companies I have ever worked with, I HIGHLY recommend them for all your vehicle collision needs!

Below is not the only positive recommendation story I have working with this business, but it is the most recent. After a deer hit my car late one evening I called Wesley knowing my insurance would need an estimate. He was able to get my vehicle towed to his house quickly and send my insurance company an estimate knowing I was out of a vehicle and that was what was needed to get the ball rolling on the insurance side. My car was classified as totaled andI recently purchased a new vehicle. (Here s where it gets really good!) It had some imperfections that the company I bought it from agreed to pay for through their 3rd party liability company, but I was able to pick the body shop. Wesley has done services on my previous vehicles so without a doubt he was the one I would choose to work on my new one! He worked with the company and was able to get every single imperfection approved. He was timely in his scheduling as well as the repairs while it was in the shop. I received either a picture or a progress update almost daily while my vehicle was in his care. Top notch communication! On the snowy day that I picked up my vehicle it looked brand new and not an imperfection to be found. It was so clean, and he even started and had it warm for me when I got there! Wesley goes above and beyond to make sure things are done correctly and efficiently-even the small things no one would likely notice. 10/10 recommend!

I highly recommend Family Collision. They put quality work into your vehicle without having to travel far from home. He took care of everything and made it all very simple. Family Collision has fixed two Vehicles for me. Let s just say it was due to an unfortunate event in my driveway.Their expertise is top notch. It s Rare to find their level of professionalism! The paint turned out perfect! I went to pick up my truck after a long day of work and it was late, I was welcomed to my truck being started and the heated seats turned on. It s all about the details for me! Hopefully I will never need them again, but i ll spend the rest of my life referring them! Wesley did an awesome job on my truck. My truck went from a sad looking run down truck that I didn t really want to drive to now feeling super proud to be driving it and claiming it as my own. He was not only professional but completed the job in a short amount of time which I was not expecting and made sure to communicate with me during the time to let me know the progress. I would recommend and suggest everyone and anyone to use Wesley, and you won t be disappointed.

Top notch service and quality repairs at a very good price. The job we inquired about was one that possibly couldn't be done. Not only did Family Collision get it completed, it looks as good as new. What we found most impressive was the thought process on how Family Collision could offer quality repair and keep costs down at the same time. Mission accomplished!! All while getting the job done in a timely manner. You can tell they care about the quality of work and their customers. Great place to work with!!!
