Best experience ever!!! They worked well with me on trading in my vehicle and buying another one. They were able to match my current credit unions percentage rate and the application process was a breeze. They also had all of my paperwork ready to sign by the time I got off of work that day. Will definitely be back and will send others to buy a vehicle there as well!! Very relaxed environment!!

A++++ dealership. What an experience. If you're looking for a dealership that wants to take care of you and make sure you are happy, you better go to Newton in Russellville. I can't say enough about the people that work at this dealership. My wife and I visited many dealerships in multiple states looking for our next vehicle and we saw everything you could imagine. None of those dealerships begin to compare to Newton Chevrolet in Russellville. They have that small town charm, but take care of you and treat you like they are a huge dealership in a big city. From top to bottom everyone we interacted with was great. From my first phone call with Steven, he was very helpful and made us aware he was out to help us. We met Shelby (our salesperson), she is amazing. Was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. Even showed us features we had no idea the car offered. Greg was very personable and assured us that everything we wanted or needed would be addressed (they stood by it). Josh got us through the signing process very fast and was a pleasure to deal with. They treat you like family, not like the next payday. You can tell that all of the people who work there genuinely enjoy what they do and who they work with. Such a family environment. I will definitely look to do all my future business with them.

They were great! I came late on a monday and everyone was so nice to me. Josh set everything up before he went on vacation and Christian was amazing helping me out.Glad to have bought a new truck from these guys!

I was able to make an appointment for the very next day to get my oil change and tire rotation. Most dealerships are 1 week or longer wait. The customer service was excellent, my service advisor was very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere and environment was good, comfortable and relaxing, the television and complimentary water is nice but it would be even better if you had a vending machine in the waiting room with lots of snacks and refreshments. I also, appreciate Sunbit financing,the fast service and complimentary vacuum of my vehicle floor and cleaning of dashboard, very good! I will be back my next oil change!

The staff at Newton Chevrolet were definitely a pleasure to deal with. My daughter had found a 2017 Mazda CX-3 Grand Touring on their lot that she immediately fell in love with. Upon showing interest on the website we received a call from Shelby who super pleasant who took our information to pass along to our salesman who busy with another customer at that time. Tim got back with us very promptly and sent photos and Carfax information and then videos of the car inside and out from every direction and pointed out anything he found that wasn't showroom perfect on the car. We truly appreciate such and honest and upfront approach. Our initial contact was on Thursday and Kylie was confident that was the car for her. We negotiated a price and electronically signed a buyers order that evening. We live approximately 2 hours away and could not make it by the dealership until Saturday morning. When we arrived they had the vehicle sitting under the canopy out front freshly serviced detailed and ready to go. Tim and the business managers took care of the final paperwork very promptly and in such a friendly yet professional manager. This was my daughters first "big girl" purchase and a very proud moment for her. The staff of Newton Chevrolet were very helpful and made this a wonderful experience for her. Thank you again to the excellent staff of Newton Chevrolet of Russellville!

Just brought my vehicle in for the 4th time to get its original service from when I bought the vehicle. Each time they tell me they did there best and to come back another time. This time the manager Steven just told me that his staff has bad luck and to have a good day, gave me my keys and didn t even give me a return appointment to get it right. This place is really low class. Take your business your business somewhere else if you re smart. There service is a joke. This is there detail work

I'm from another state and always worry when something goes wrong with my truck. But Dalton and the service crew took care of the problems in one day and got me on the road again! They actually treated me "better" than family. I would definitely recommend.

Stellar service at Newton Chevrolet Buick GMC! We bought a car from them all the way from Colorado...1st time buying a car "sight unseen". The staff was very responsive and there was always great communication. Zack listened to what we were looking for in a used car and soon had us in the perfect car for our family! We used to take all our cars over to get serviced before the new service management took over, but not any more. They are overpriced, and workmanship is not what it used to be, and the service writers do not seem to care. Twice when we came to get our cars back from service, the radio was cranked up, and the glove box was open. The only person I would trust is in sales, Steven Weir, we have bought several cars from him, and he will treat you fairly.11/04/23 - Zach Newton reached out to discuss the issues we had. After a discussion, Zach assured us that he would address these issues, and asked for the opportunity to try to make this right. As of today, it appears that Zach kept true to his word, and has done all the things he said he would. The fact that he kept his word, meant a lot when that was part of the issue to begin with, with the other employees.

Amazing! The folks were very accommodating, and very kind. Tim Rich is a very open and knowledgeable salesman that did not badger us and was very patient! He went above and beyond, even filling up the tank before we left! Susan the evening shift reception receptionist was very sweet and helped to entertain our daughter while we worked out business, and Jason was a pleasure to work out the financial side of it with!
