We were driving through on a guys trip for an extended weekend from Indianapolis to Tennessee. We initially stopped after noticing our tire pressure was low after filling up at the exit just north of this facility. Upon arrival, we attempted to have the tired filled up so we could drive to another facility as they were already running behind a couple of hours. However, the tire was losing pressure much faster than expected and we wouldn t have been able to make it to another shop. We started to exchange the tire with the spare and asked if we could use their rolling jack. Jon instead said that he would take a quick look at the tire and if it could be repaired they would do it. They took it off, repaired it and got us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much for your kindness and getting us back on the road. Great to see good people exist!

Sean at this location stated that it s my fault and my fault only that if a wheel cap cover is broken during installation, there is no immediate refund on the part, or have the part paid and shipped to me. I paid $210 dollars for the tire and tire installation to be performed by professionals and taken the sole responsibility for any broken parts during installation.This part costs $15 dollars and Sean refuse to paid for it at the time. I am waiting for a manager to call me and go over this. It s very frustrating to have the blame set on the client while your technician broken the part during installation. You not only lost a client today, but I will make sure to tell anyone I know to stay away from this place. That responsibility I will take.At 3:30 pm of 08/04/2023 I have received a call back from Sean. At this time the store will have the part shipped and ready for pick up.Wheel cap has been picked up, tire discounters have done the right thing. I wish next time no client has to go through this.A new problem has emerged 2 days after my first visit. Now the tpms sensor on the service tire is no longer working. I reached out to the store and Sean was available, this time I have received all the care my car needed in a fast and professional way. I would like to point out that a new tpms sensor was installed and taken care of by the store. Thank you for everyone s time involved doing what s right for the client.

I've been here about 4 times in the last 2 months dealing with tire issues (not caused by TD) and they've been great to work with. Austin has been helpful with everything. Definitely recommend these guys.

Has to get some tires done here and was told it couldn t be completed because of deteriorated tie rods. Fair. Had them replace, told me after I brought it back in that my subframe was gone. Waited until the second visit to tell me. The reasoning was fair in which they told me they didn t get a chance to look at the rear when I first brought it in.

Went for an oil change 69.99 and windshield wipers and air filter. Was told I needed the road ready package. Ok, I'm told it's 127.00. Ok seems high but Ok. I ask about the windshield wipers the guy behind the counter tells me the ones with the package are the cheap ones I could upgrade. The new bill is 154.00 for an upgrade to windshield wipers? 30.00 more? I said you know I'm not sure how this became so expensive, well your air filter is 40.00. But the air filter was already figured in the price so now I tell them just give me an oil change cause now I'm feeling taken advantage of. New price 84.00 I then ask why is it not 69.99 like on the counter in front of me? He says my car takes more than 5 quarts of oil. Still way to high now I'm upset, but just do the oil change and I just won't come back. I get the bill and it's for 5 quarts of oil. So 15.00 more for oil I never received! Be careful here scam artists taking advantage of seniors and women! I sent corperate a e mail and never heard back from them. I was a regular customer, not any more! Buyer beware!!!

This place is awesome, this is the only place I take my vehicles. Super friendly, pricing is very competitive, and they can usually get you in amd out very quickly.

We had a flat on our 5th wheel toy hauler while driving on I40 near Knoxville. We were scheduled to stay overnight near Richmond so I started looking up tire shops. Called Tire Discounters and talked to Tim. Tire wasn t something they carried but he said he could get it the next day. I called a few other shops and no one could get it next day. Tim ordered and said he would call when it got in, but not sure what time it would be. He called just after 11 next day as we were driving to his location. Tim and all the technicians were all very nice and professional - got our tire changed on this big rig quickly snd efficiently. So very glad I called them. Highly recommend!

I have 3 vehicles and a fifth wheel camper and all of my tires come from Tire Discounters. Great service. You might have to wait but the service and price are worth it to me.

I was driving through Richmond to Tenneseee and was losing air in my tire. Turns out I had a huge nail in my tire. It was a Friday evening 5 mins before closing time and Jon Hall and Will Hardin stayed late past 8 o clock and patched my tire. After another tire company had just told me they couldn t help because they were closing. They went above and beyond and didn t make me feel like an inconvenience. Top notch service!

The Richmond Tire Discounter s team did a terrific job replacing the defective tire pressure sensor in our Toyota Avalon. I stopped by Saturday afternoon for them to test out the sensor. Sean and the team confirmed it was bad. They scheduled me to return Monday so they could replace the sensor quickly before I had to drive to Knoxville. When I arrived on Monday the team got me checked in and made the repair quickly.Sean and the entire team at the Richmond TD are always very professional and genuinely concerned with taking excellent care of every customer. I am glad they let my family be a part of their customer base.

I took my car in to get the tie rod replaced and an alignment done and the next day suddenly my car has a new problem with the transfer case. My car has never had this issue before taking it to Tire Discounters.

I bought 2 tires for the front of my car they did not put the hub caps on right last one on the right side front on Thursday went back today and all they said was we will keep an eye out for it. Didn't offer to replace them or anything

I had a last minute issue that caused my steering wheel to shake at a certain mph and drive my vehicle for work on the weekends. I called the awesome folks at Tire Discounters in Richmond, Kentucky and not only were they able to fix the issue but did it last minute before close of business on a Friday evening. Not only was it a huge convenience for personal and professional reasons the fix was was done correctly. I m able to get back to work with confidence. I highly recommend this location for most of your vehicle needs.

Sean was very helpful with my full set of new tires. He even helped me sign up for financing when I wasn't approved for their credit card. Definitely recommend this location

I have been a customer since 2012 and I love the place, as well as any one can a mechanic shop. I have been building back and upgrading a Jeep TJ and have been in there at least 6 or so times this year for alignments after I upgrade parts or tire balancing when I got new wheels. My buddy's that build jeeps enjoy tire discounters as well. The great thing about alignments there is the price is right a they back it for 6 months as long as you don't change any major parts. I have bought tires there and had mechanic work done there, I must say they are great and very knowledgeable.

I had four tires and tps replaced. The TPs were operating perfectly before they were replaced. Now the tps aren t working. I brought the issue to management and I m still encountering the same problem five weeks later. What does one need to do to get good service?

I was on a business trip and car tire blew out. After calling around to multiple places Tire Discounters was the only place that had a tire that would fit my car. Within a few hours they were able to replace the tire and do an alignment. The technicians were super nice an very understanding of my problem. I couldn't recommend a better shop.

They did a great job, there was an issue with one of the tires I had them order. They called and offered a solution that worked out great. Highly recommend!

Tim and the guys there have always taken very good care of me and my vehicles. They've always been thorough, hospitable, and concerned with MY time. They are honestly the first and only place I go for tires, air conditioning repair, brakes, or any other work.

We were 4 hrs away from home and had to take our car in because it was making a weird noise. Tire Discounters got us in without an appointment. Thank goodness they did, they found that the lug nuts were loose on one of our tires. We would ve had a very bad accident if our tire would have came off going 80 mph. Special thanks to Tim D. what a life saver!

Got a new set of tires for a great price. Sean, Tristan, and Jordan were fantastic to work with. Wouldn't go anywhere else to get tires. Always feel like family when I come by for any type of servicing.

Poor quality service! Even after my last bad experience, I went back again on 5-26-23 to have my 4 truck tires replaced. I had them put Michelin Defenders on which are great tires. After several hours, I get my vehicle back and drive home, all is good. The next morning, my family and I hit the interstate and at highway speeds, the front end starts shaking. It took me 2 weeks to find the time to return but they found that they didn't balance correctly. The passenger front was out 2 ounces! The drivers front was out 1 ounce and both rears were 0.5 ounces out. I had to wait over an hour for them to repair and return. Unacceptable work and ive been in contact with the regional service manager which thus far hasn't changed anything. When checking out, Tim told me they have problems with the bigger wheels, mine are 20's, and the "should" be calibrating the balancer every morning. However, it was implied that they don't follow their internal procedures. I was offered 1/2 off another service but I declined due to lack of quality work.Original review: Had 4 trailer tires replaced. The day after, one was losing air. Took me a few weeks to find time to take it back. On the day I returned, they were busy so they asked that I leave it. Right after getting back home, I got a text and email stating it was done so I turned around and went back out, probably about 15 minutes one way. During checkout, the guy told me the valve core was loose so all they did was tighten it and refill. I could've done that myself but I thought it was a bead seal issue so I didn't even check the core. Regardless, all I got was a "sorry about that". I'll likely consider somewhere else the next time I need tires.

They helped us out replacing a flat tire during a long road trip. Staff worked us around several scheduled appointments and had us out in a couple hours and everyone was very polite. Cost was a bit more than I would have thought but otherwise great.

Went in early January to have two wheels re-balanced. Guy with beard said it would be 60-90 minutes wait but he could make an appointment at 1PM that day. The work was done that day exactly as promised. Called today 8:30 AM about mounting two tires I bought online. Chad wouldn't acknowledge that they can make appointments for same day and with two cars in shop and one appointment scheduled my wait sitting there could be 2 hours. DENYING what they did for me LAST WEEK gives me a serious lack of confidence.

I dropped my vehicle off at 9:00 AM and requested an oil change and tire rotation. I was fine coming back to pick it up later. I was notified at 5:00 pm that it was ready for pick up. It is a 30 minute drive for me to get there and back home. When I got there at 6:00 to get my vehicle I examined the tires and they did not rotate them. Needless to say I was disappointed. I went into the store and told them they forgot to rotate the tires. They said that it wasn't necessary at this time. I told them that there is over 15,000 miles on the tires, I pull a trailer every day for work and we are going into the winter season they need rotated.I should of been called and informed of their personal decision before they told be my truck was done. I had to leave my truck there over night and return the next day to pick it up. It was a lot of hassle just for a basic service.

Tire Discounters in Richmond Kentucky are my heroes. My son and I were driving from Indiana to Tennessee when we got a flat tire in Berea, KY. After calling the Walmart in Berea to see if they had a tire to fit my vehicle (which we were told that they do) we were towed and dropped off. After sitting for a while waiting for Walmart to change the tire, we were then told that they didn't have a tire. We were stranded and they didn't seem to care so I called Tire Discounters. Tire Discounters didn't have my tire either. After about 15 minutes of worrying about how we were going to get to Tennessee Tire Discounters called me back. They didn't know me from Adam, I didn't give them my number. They not only got my number from caller ID but found a tire for me in another town that they were going to go get it for me. AMAZING customer service .It took Walmart quite awhile to figure out how to put on my donut tire so I could get to Tire Discounters before they closed. We made it 5 minutes before closing and they stayed open to help us. They gave us full service (tire change,alignment etc) and didn't rush us out. Best customer service experience that I have ever had. I only wish that I lived closer because they would be my go to for tire services. The gentleman on duty May 31st, 2023 definitely need a big pat on the back.

I rated my experience a 5 star review because of the genuine care we received from Tim at Tire Discounters in Richmond, KY. We had a little mishap where my 6 year old tangled himself up in his seat belt and couldn t get out. I mean he really couldn t get out. He was twisted different ways and everything we tried wasn t working. We had parked at Pet Smart and that s when we realized he was tangled up. I considered calling 911 but knew they would just cut the seatbelt. We drove through the parking lot to Tire Discounters. My mom walked just inside the garage and told Tim about our situation. He brought a tool over to my vehicle and had my son untangled in just a minute. Tried to pay him for his help but he wouldn t take any money from us. I figure the least I could do is this Google Review. Thank you Tim!
