I bought a head light in Lexington today. I tried to put it on and discovered it was high beam when I needed low. I dropped the lamp dust cover and it s lost in the bottom of my car now. I returned it to the big hill store and the man says alright I ll go out this on for you. I was like huh? You re going to put it on?? The lex store never offered, I probably would have to spend $25 on a new cover if they had.

Came in for a battery check and replacement. Friendly staff. Helpful in replacing and testing battery. Store was pretty clean.

Helpful folks. If parts are not on the shelves in the customer area, they can usually find them in the back. Prices are great. But, the smoking and vaping inside the building makes me want to stay away.

Incredible service! One of the clerks helped me install the battery and price matched their competitors prices. These are things that O'Reilly normally do. But they did more; they were super friendly and kind. One of the clerks bought my crying daughter a little toy. They went above and beyond!

Very friendly, they actually had the right wiper size in stock! Didn't have to wait for an order to come in, on a shipment, or get it from another store. This was after an ice storm that we had, so a lot of people were in need of new wipers! They even had them on sale! Customer service was courteous and quick! They even installed the wipers for me within less than 5 minutes, no problems very courteous!First time there definitely will be a return customer! This was during outbreak of Coronavirus, and were wearing masks, and social distancing, like they should be

There is a reason I don't shop at AutoZone and I come here. #1 my 200 is not normal the last time I bought a battery from them it took 4 tries for them to get it right. I don't have a regular 200 it's basically a Charger with the Hemi badged as a 200 and it's a convertible I gave up and went to O'Reilly. I know, hard to grasp the guys here get it! However I can't thank them enough they saved my bacon this weekend. I buy my parts here because of the service they give and it's always great. I had to install 2 battery's on my F350 dually diesel over the weekend. Fun times. One could be charged and with money being super tight I was so thankful. It's a free service too! It saved me tons on having to buy only one instead of two since the guys at the shop ran the other one dead. Buy the extended warranty it's worth it. When it comes to your hard to find stuff you will want to come here.

Excellent customer service by the manager and others representatives. They greeted me as I came in the door. They waited on me quickly. They were polite and checked me out promptly. This was not my first visit. The same manager waited on me the last time and was great then as well.I would highly recommend this store to anyone needing auto parts.

This store HAS the parts you need! Needed a hose harness for power steering on a 20 year old vehicle. They had it on the shelf, on the counter, and in hand in about 2 minutes. People working there are efficient, friendly, and quite knowledgeable.If you need auto parts, don't hesitate to shop here first!

OReillys is usually where I get auto parts but, there has to be something wrong with the people at the Richmond location. They re about half way retarded. I always call ahead to make sure they have the part I need in stock and the last 3 or so times they have said they do. So I go down there and request the part I asked for over the phone and well what do you know, they re sold out. How do have multiples in stock and then sell out in less than 10 minutes?Also, none of the staff are wearing face masks although it is mandated here in the state of KY. Obviously they can t read.

Went there in September for a new battery. Went yesterday to have them replace the battery. The manager let me know that an employee had put the wrong battery in my truck, one that was 350 cca above the correct battery. It was not an oem battery, therefore voiding the warranty. They made a mistake and it fried my amps, who knows if it s fried the regulator on my alternator, that is less than a year old. He refused to replace the battery, I had to buy a new one. I will not shop at O reilly s again. Terrible customer service.

Want to start by saying I know absolutely NOTHING about cars... so when my headlights went out while my husband was away, I had no idea what to do. I popped into O Reilly s on my lunch break to pick up some bulbs, and planned on just teaching myself that night. It must ve been pretty clear that I was anxious over it, because not only did the cashier (I believe his name was Hank?) give me some pointers & sign me up for rewards, but the kindest customer to the register next to me walked me through step by step and let me know to wear heavy duty gloves. When my husbands headlights went out a week later, I bee-lined straight back to O Reilly s! Always a great environment and great people!

So incredibly helpful. I had a rusted screw and couldn't change out my license plates. The staffer who helped me brought out pliers and got the screw out, zip-tied, and told me what store I can get better screws for the new plates. Don't waste your time at Wal-Mart if you want good costumer service (went there first and all I was told was that they can't help, even though all I needed were some good pliers), go to O'Reilly's instead.

I've shopped at Autozone, Napa, Advance etc. and this is the best I've been to. Very kind and helpful staff. If they don't have the part, they can usually get it next day.
