Millers Tire Too is THE best place to take your vehicle in Richmond. I love the fact that they don't take appointments. Dealerships are so far behind it may take weeks to get your vehicle even looked at. I am always greeted like family by staff (Amanda is probably the friendliest of the bunch). Fair prices, locally owned, and friendly employees...what more could you ask for?They stay busy because they are good at what they do.

I can t find a better place! They have taken care of me in every emergency I ve ever had and make me feel safe. It s hard to find a place that doesn t make me feel like they re taking advantage of me financially since I know nothing about cars as a young lady lol. Very reliable and fast service at an unbeatable price. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family!

It is very hard having a child in college and you not being there when there is an issue with their vehicle. But what I would tell you is take it to Millers in Richmond. Amanda helped us out with her flat tire this morning at a great price for a broke college kid. In an out very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone, its obvious they care and you don't get that everywhere. Thank you!

Idk what kind of auto shop doesn t do appointments and just says show up and maybe we will fix your car if we have time.Jesus Christ, it would hurt to actually have some personable people working the service counter either. Just looked at me like I was an idiot asking for an appointment and bothered that I even came into ask such a thing.Great first impression though . Not

Had a flat tire. It had a hole in the side of the tire. They said they didn't know how I made it there. Anyway they got me in and out fast. Good service

Our A/C needed minor repair and they worked us in during a very hot/humid series of days. This meant a lot since we had to make a 9+ hour trip home 2 days later. We are grateful to the company and the person who recommended Millers.

Great people and place l trust them completely! I have been going there for over 20 lo Tires was across from the Richmond Register. They are a GREAT FAMILY, and I value them as my friends! This is my first review of them, and it was l long overdue.

These guys went way above and beyond their duties as mechanics the day I pulled in with much needed help for more than just an oil change or an air coolant replacement. One guy in particular removed a groundhog out from underneath the bottom of my car hood. I didn't get the name of the guy but I really commend him of a job well done because my 7 year old granddaughter and I was in panic mode. Thanks you guys for your support to the elderly for all occasions above any situations...If I had pictures to show I would have posted.

I have made three visits to Miller's now, for a prepurchase inspection, a tire stem repair, and for a set of new tires and oil change. All of my visits have been very reasonably priced and done the same day. They take walk ins, which usually makes getting your car worked on a lot more convenient.

I highly recommend this shop. This is the only place I've taken my vehicles for years and I've never had anything even close to a bad experience. They are knowledgeable and very honest. Prices are always fair and there are no sales tactics. If anything, they will try and talk you OUT of doing something unnecessary.

They charged my wife over $200 to change her SPARK PLUGS. I had already bought her spark plugs for less than $30 and was going to replace them myself, but she needed them replaced quickly. They told her they were the wrong size, apparently bought her something else, and did the job. I was at work when she had this done and frankly I was livid when I found out. I thought perhaps they had replaced her coil packs too for that price, but no. Just plugs. Get this - - her car was running rough afterwards so I removed the plugs to check them and wouldn't you know it, they were gapped wrong! I gapped them properly and it was purring afterwards. I don't know if they're buying parts from the most expensive dealer, taking advantage of women, or both.EDIT: You are correct that this is from ~2 years ago. I was searching for local mechanics and after seeing similar reviews from other unhappy customers I felt the need to share our experience. Perhaps I should also add that I recently checked the price of the exact iridium-tipped plugs one would need for this job at Auto-Zone and they are selling for only $40. That's after inflation. Spark plug replacement on this particular vehicle is roughly a 20 minute job WITHOUT power tools. I suppose if you can adequately explain how a MAX ~$120 job ($40 plugs plus roughly $80/hr as the standard rate for mechanics) cost >$200 I will gladly remove this review and publicly apologize.

The guys here are great. I was traveling from Indiana in my tahoe and got 2 flats at once. Fast friendly service with fair pricing. Definitely recommend

Always impressed with Millers Tire Too! As busy as they were this morning, I was able to get my oil changed and tires rotated pretty quickly. This store stays busy because they are good at what they do and don't try to take you to the cleaners on repairs. I recommend Millers to everybody looking for car repairs, oil changes, or tire work.Great customer service gets my business every time and these folks know how to treat people!

Brought my lifted truck in to get the wheels balanced due to the truck shaking at higher speeds. Joe Francis was extremely professional and knowledgeable. After talking with him I quickly realized they could fix the problem due to their state of the art equipment and trained staff. Truck rides perfectly now thanks to Joe! I will definitely be using your services in the future!

I had a oil change at Gates Hyundai, I've had trouble with them before but this time they left the undercarriage protector unscrewed and when I went back they said I damaged it. They were gonna replace it for $500!!!Miller's got my car in the day I called to look at it, they said it was simply the screws needed to be put back in!! They fixed it, I'm so grateful and relieved for the small fix. I highly recommend coming here, they're really nice and honest about what was wrong with my car.

As a local business, they treat all the customers with kindness and respect. They answer calls promptly. The prices are affordable and reasonable. The only thing I can think of that can be improved is that on the receipt/ticket, there are no listings of specific details of parts they use. You don t know if they re good or bad. But, I trust them and have not had any problems.

These people are wonderful! We moved to Kentucky recently, and they came highly recommended by everyone in my family. I've taken my cars to them 3 times now, and every time I am impressed! This last time, they checked my car out because it was making a noise and they tried all day to get it to recreate and checked everything inside and out and said they couldn't find anything wrong with it! And they didn't charge me a dime!!! They could have easily gotten over on me or even charged me for their time, but they are honest and good to the core!! And there wasn't anything wrong with it. Must have just been a rock stuck somewhere that came out on its own. I highly, highly recommend them. I'll be using them for all my car needs! Thank you, Miller's!!!

Great place for all your general maintenance on your car or truck. Staff are extremely polite and knowledgeable and takes time to explain what you car is needing. The staff takes the time to get to know you and when you become a repeat customer they automatically have become familiar with you car or truck and how to take the most cost effective preventive measures. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

I had a tire with a slow leak and took it to Miller's. They looked at it and wasn't able to fix it, but was still able to help me out. It was the weekend so new tire cane in Monday. In the meantime, they added air and said if it needed more air before Monday, just bring it in and they would fill it up no problem. They did not charge me for that visit and when I got the new tire, I was charged only for the tire, which was reasonably priced.I'm truly impressed with their shop, they had amazing customer service and was concerned for their customers. They are fair, honest and knowledgeable. Truly a hometown shop with their customers in mind. Awesome guys!

Only 1 star because the tires are on the truck. Nearly 2 hours to mount and balance 4 tires. Staff was incredibly rude and tech literally eating a bag of chips with the truck on the lift. Lost a potential future customer and won t recommend do anybody. Maybe their shop rate is just that low but I doubt it.

These folks do business the right way. I was expecting to pay a hefty bill for labor and parts on a repair job they did on my Honda Odyssey. They only charged me for the oil change because the repairs didn't fix the problem. I can't tell you how much that impressed me. What they charged me won't even come close to covering what they paid their service tech on the labor for the attempted repair. I highly recommend!

My wife & I were on our way to The Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion when our ABS light came on. The front brakes felt like they were sticking. We exited the interstate and asked for a repair shop and Miller s Tires in Richmond Ky. was recommended. We slowly made our way there only to find out they were slammed! The owner said let me call my other store Miller s Tires Too. They said they would get us in and they did. Joe and everyone were great and they got us back on the road to having a great weekend! Thanks to all of you guys! I highly recommend this place!

I dropped off my vehicle at lunch time to have my wheels lined up and rotated because it pulled to the left pretty good. I asked them to check to see if there was any wore out tire rods. You would think they would automatically check stuff like that being a professional mechanic you think they would check the ball joints before making the customer waste there money well I got off work to get my vehicle and when I got on the road it was pulling worse then it was me just wasting $70 I was upset and drove back and told them it s worse then it was can they have someone to drive it they did just to come back to lie to my face and told me it drove straight well of course I get back in my vehicle to find out they never fixed anything. I m going to find out myself what parts are bad I may take them back in there and show them why couldn t they have just checked it from the beginning. If you go there to get a alignment done you can expect them to lie and not check first if you have wore out parts I would go somewhere else if I was you.

I had a completely blown tire on my trailer. I arrived 10 minutes past closing on a Friday. Luckily the door was still unlocked. In 8 minutes I was leaving with a new tire on my rim. GREAT customer service. I would recommend this location anytime.Thank you for helping me after hours.
